Great customer service and friendly staff. Prices arent bad.

I wish the manager (lady) was nicer to the staff. I had seen a bad attitude more than once. Then stylists, on the other hand, are the nicest. I would always go with Marjie and Sheila because not only are they awesome at what they do, but they also would feel like family. Im sad Sheila is no longer there. Glad my Marjie still is around! Im giving a 5-Stars because of them, manager needs some re-training and be nicer. Period.

Ask for Esther! I am picky and I always trust her with my hair needs. She takes her job very seriously and it means alot to her to make sure she does her best on your hair. She takes her time with you.

I went in like 2 days ago to get my haircut before work. I forget her name, but the beautiful nice woman with purple hair did an amazing job on my hair. She was quick and prompt and I couldnt have asked for better service. Thank you so much.

This place is just awful. I just waited close to an hour for my son to get a haircut and the woman just said that there were more than 5 people ahead of me. These people checked in online and/or called ahead. She couldn’t have told me after I already waited there for an hour?! She must be out of her mind thinking I’m going to wait over an hour for Supercuts. The gentlemen behind me also left.As we’re leaving, there’s only one person waiting there. They rather wait for their virtual customers than actual serve people who are there. This place is dirty too. Avoid it

I cant win with this place. If I walk in, online appointments walk right in and get priority. Today I made an appointment and it didnt matter. Sat there and waited 20 mins past my appointment time. When I was called another stylist told mine that she skipped somebody. This was after I was seated and being prepped. They literally told me they were going to help someone else and I would have to continue to wait. When I explained I had an online appointment, they said all that does is get me on the wait list. Funny how that doesnt apply when I walk in. Also, i would like to know what the confirmation email means. Sure looks like an appointment to me, not a wait list.

Great place to get a haircut, happy and cheerful hair cutters @this location, cupel weeks ago I went to the location @ 2222 both times sings were open when I went inside the stylist said we are closed, she very stress!!!!

I came like an hour before they closed for haircut, deep conditioning, and blow dry/style. They did a great job! The conditioning treatment worked well (and it was only $10)I paid $50 all together which was a little more than I anticipated but she took her time blow drying and styling my hair after cutting it. I’m pleasantly surprised & will definitely be coming back.I can’t rememer the stylists name, I just know it start with M and she has an accent, but she’s amazing

Great staff at this location. The manager Pam always decorates the store according to the season or holiday. I really enjoy that little flare.I get my haircut by Esther.She is the best.She has been cutting my hair for years.I’m extremely happy with the service Esther provides.

Been going here to see Miss Marjie for years. Nayeli is wonderful too. They take there time and dont make you feel rushed. They also make you feel like the most important person in there while cutting you hair. Would not go anywhere else.

I had a bad experience at a place across the street. Sheila and her gals welcomed me in with open arms right before closing on Christmas Eve. Not only did she do an amazing job but she took her time and made me feel like a valued customer. All on Christmas Eve!! I certainly recommend going to see Sheila at Supercuts. She is top notch quality!

Nice staff, reasonable prices, and consistent cuts. Just call and ask when the slower days are and show up then with little to no wait...which is usually Tuesday and Wednesday.

My wife was told that her hair couldnt be cut without completely wetting it. Shes a senior citizen and this is the first time in her entire life somebody pulled this type of unnecessary upsell on her. They charged $16.00 just to wet her hair and blow dry it after a rather mediocre cut. Im seriously considering cutting her hair myself next time.

Not sure how they manage staffing but often when I went to this location they only had only one hairdresser Available after 5pm what makes you wait for almost 45 minutes for a simple haircut.

I like this Supercuts. The employees are friendly and always do a good job. Typically has a shorter wait than most.

Change of ownership. This location is had a total makeover and the crew that used to be over off near the Target on 183 has moved over here. They do a great job, are super friendly, and quick!

The person cutting my hair was supposedly the assistant manager but not only did he cut my hair like a complete amateur he also charged me extra by telling me that my coupon was expired WHEN IT WASNT! I assume all the money went in his pocket. This supercuts is not recommended at all though i would like to say that when i complained, the manager was really understanding.

Margie is the best, she is always accommodating, she listens, gives her opinion if asked, she is patient, kind and very professional, very good stylist, I trust her judgement, also the manager Pam is great ! Thanks Margie 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely wonderful. I believe the ladies name was Salie and I told her what I wanted to be done and with no excuses she did exactly what Ive been wanting. I am definitely going back to get my haircut by her, thank you, I hope I got your name right Salie.

This store has the worst customer service. I get that it is super cuts not Paul Mitchell. But when you walk in during business hours with other customers in the store and the only thing said to you is were closed. We talking not even a hello sorry but we are closed. Just a quick get out.

No one greeted me when I came in. I was then told a price, then after service was completed I was told a different price. Paid almost 45 dollars for a children’s wash and trim. Hair was not even styled, just blow dried. Def won’t return here.

I dont like leaving crappy reviews on people but this time i cant keep my mouth shut im sooooooo unpleased with my treatment.... we got there around shift change and as soon as i walked in I noticed the morning girl was eager to leave ... never a good sign and I had a bad feeling .... and out of the 3 that were there i got her in rotation !!!!! D:< she started off by saying my hair was difficult and not behaving which is so unprofessional then she stated that she usually gets clients that are difficult..my hair cut is simple pixie with a 3 all the way around no blending ..... ok ok the biggest issue was when she grabbed her bosses clippers !! They hurt worse than a tattoo .!!! So sharp and they were digging into my skin ... so much so that she cut me multiple times ... It is now 9 pm I got the haircut at 1pm and it still hurt and its still swollen... I had other PROFESSIONAL hairdressers look at it and they said its going to be infected !!!!!!!!! And to top it all off she left pieces of hair on my neck and my hair is in even !!!!!

My wife is very picky with her hair. Sheila at Supercuts is the only one she trusts. Shes not only awesome week hair but really super nice

Its really hard to rate a corporate chain store 5 stars but I have to say, Maria, at this location is absolutely phenomenal....yes she not be able to communicate articulately what you want and yes she make take a little longer than normal but she is thorough and precise...youbcant match that quality for the price. ..everytime I gu there without an appt. I pray I get her as my stylist...def tip at least 40-50% every time. .give Maria at the research and anderson mill location a raise

I parked in front of this store with a Penske truck because all i was going to do was drop a package off at the ups store around 4:30pm on a Wednesday the 9th. There was already someone parked by the UPS store so i parked right behind them. I knew i wasnt going to be more than 5 minutes. (dropping off the package took me 3 or 4 minutes). Getting ready to drop off the package pull close enough to the curb so people could go around. I looked over into the Supercuts store only to find some grouchie older lady with a rude expression on her face that was obviously very mad that i parked there. So being a good samaritan (it seems like i am getting to be the only one who is good to others in this world, sadly) i moved. Having to maneuver this Penske further through the parking lot it took me a bit longer.Well, The worst part about it was she was not even cutting hair, a matter of fact there was not a single customer in that store nor about to walk into it.... I dont even have to go into that store to know that they have verrry poor customer service. So I go to type this review and sure enough, others on google feel the exact same way I do. What ever happened to southern hospitality??? Sorry Supercuts but i will be avoiding this location and will be letting everyone i speak with know about how much southern hospitality they have in that store....

Last two times here Ive walked away before a cut. When your backed up with customers and leave to go on break, you tell me my business is not important. Two strikes, wont be back for a third.

Niurica cut mine and my daughters hair. We had to wait few min but she took her time despite being busy and both her and other lady were very friendly.
