Got a nice fade! All the barbers in the shop knew how to cut a variety of different styles. During Covid I called into a lot of shops which were all booked some with just one barber. This barbershop told me to come roght In and were cool! I’ll definitely be back!

This was the worst experience I ever had in my life! I called ahead asking if they accept walk-ins and if they work with kids with special needs. The guy on the phone said yes and was really nice so I told him that I am on my way. Upon arrival no one spoke to me when I came in. Then someone finally said something and I told them I just called. Two men then started to have a conversation about who will cut my sons hair in front of us like we weren’t there. He then proceeds to tell me that they’ll cut my sons hair but they do appointment only. Mind you I just talked with a guy on the phone minutes before my arrival.Once my son FINALLY got in the chair I told him he’s special needs and the sounds scares my son. The sounds also magnifies in his ears which also makes him cry in pain etc. (my 2nd time explaining this) I hold my crying son in the chair and I proceed to tell the guy what cut I would like him to have. He stays silent and keeps cutting. Then after what I think is a “break” I tell him for the second time how I want his hair cut and he then explains to me how my son is crying already and how my son doesn’t want it cut. Again now explaining for the 3rd time how I called ahead and asked if they cut special need kids hair.At this point I’m frustrated, tired, & ready to go! I then ask him how much? He told me $20!!!!!!!!! WOW!!! $20 for a 2 year old cut THATS NOT EVEN WHAT I WANTED TO BEGIN WITH!!!! And they only accepted cash... so I HAD to drive around to find an ATM!!Definitely the WORST experience ever! Unprofessional to the MAX & price for a child was wayyyyyy too high for a mediocre cut! Just moved to Austin & seen the reviews as why I came.. Never again!!!!

Amazingly bad customer service, saw about half of the workers with masks incorrectly worn, woman that cut my hair cut it completely wrong, half the time the workers are talking to each other while cutting your hair . definitely would not recommend

Not the place for walk ins...Barbers are extremely talented but if you dont have an appointment or arent a VIP regular dont expect to do anything but sit and wait.

A colleague of mine told me that her husband goes to Legendary Cuts so I gave it a try and I do declare that I have found my new barber shop as Brooklyn has done wonders with my lambs wool and he is my new master barber. I must also add that this venue hosts other well qualified barbers and I would highly recommend Legendary Cuts to my friends.

Very good job by Barber/Stylis Tee.He took his time to perfect his craft and you can tell that he loves what he does.You dont find barbers like him anymore.He didnt rush my cut because the crowd and I will be making this my permanent barbershop/Barber.

I wish I could give a -5 for the 19 miles I drove to&from from this place for NOTHING. My son has an obvious Odell cut. Big faux hawk down the middle & tapered sides. Last Saturday afternoon he decided he wanted a hair cut. I called said establishment & the gentleman said they were closing & wasnt taking anymore clients.Understandable. He said they will be open on Tuesday. I said great and asked, is there a cutoff time on Tuesday because I leave my job at 5. He said NO as long as I get there before 7pm. The right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing at this place. I showed up today(Tuesday) & Barber A said they are not taking anymore clients & Barber B acted like he has never seen an Odell cut before. What really bothered me was after I explained this situation both barbers were like oh well, basically unbothered & acting ready to go. While I was fuming in traffic on highway 183 on my way to the house my son said Barber A was the last person who cut his hair.

Just went inside right now, a little before 5:00 pm on Tuesday, June 21st. I saw three people: one barber, one in the chair and one on these bleachers they have inside. Barber looked at me and asked what are you looking for? I asked for a cut. He said Ah, I got a lot of other people coming in. Being that its kind of a big barber shop thats understandable, but he didnt look like he even wanted to be there. He also didnt offer to give me a cut, offer a fake apology or try to maintain my business, so I guess this barber and his shop have too much clientele. I hate to have to keep looking because I heard good things about this shop, but that kind of reception isnt worth me dropping $20+ on a 1 with a low fade.

Rude, impatient barber. Sat in the chair and explained exactly how I wanted my cut. He said I didnt know what I wanted and told me get up because I dont know what I want and hell have somebody else get theirs cut before. Would rate less than one because out of all my years going to the barbershop, Ive never been treated this rudely.

Very unprofessional. I’ve booked an appointment with Jeremy (Kutta) twice and both times i’ve received a response that he can’t honor my appointment because of time discrepancy on his behalf. I just moved to Austin, TX so i had high expectations from the reviews; however, that expectation is gone down the drain. I’m wasting my time from work, taking extended lunches, just to get a haircut. SMH! Terrible first impression of a business.
