Very cool shop! Shout out to Chris for hooking me up with a crisp Uptown fade! Having moved here from Detroit via Chicago it was hard at first finding a decent barber but the cats at this shop got skill! Plus I feel like Im back home listening to the wisdom being passed around, hearing the jokes, listening to good music, having vendors come through with good food etc., and just a feeling of comradery that only comes with going to a barbershop in the hood!

The staff at (Jackson Barbershop) are a great group of positive black men doing good for their community. Positive attitude, positive atmosphere, positive communications for each and everyone that comes in even just to sit and talk. My sons and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Jackson’s Barbershop is by far the best barbershop I’ve experienced. Great friendly staff. Ronnie always make you feel right at home. And the Barber Vic there is phenomenal. Every cut he does is precise. It’s like he’s literally performing surgery on your hair. He will alway definitely make you laugh. I always have a good time when i go to Jackson’s Barbershop. This was my first time going to this shop. I dont live in Austin so I found them online. They answered the phone and was able to get my 12 year old right in. Jermaine was very professional and reasonably priced. The parking is behind the business but you can access it from the business next door or the alley behind the shop. The best part is my picky child loved his cut. If I am ever in town again with my boys, I will bring them here.

Been with my barber Vic for 8 going on 9 years now. Followed him to Jacksons barbershop and this has been the best one of the best family oriented environments. My older cousin introduced me and now my kids wont let no one touch their heads if it isnt a barber from Jacksons barbershop.

One of the best, if not the best places to get your fade, crew cut, buzz or whatever your haircut needs maybe. Staff is always friendly and all barbers are appointments, however do take walk-ins if you dont mine waiting?!!
