Clean spot a bit tough to find so look for the barbers pole. I like the positivity signs they have inside the shop. Giving it a 2 star because a lot couldve been done better. I understand everyone has to start somewhere and learn thats cool. Thats the only reason I let him cut my hair. I knew there was a 70% chance I would not be happy with my haircut. Maybe I shouldnt have had that mindset. He tried his best so I paid him for his time and even gave him a $5 tip. One of the senior barbers should oversee the cut to make sure your customers come out looking their best. Turn around every so often and look at what your apprentices are doing not just when they ask for help. After the cut I tried to keep my composure I even offered to pay another barber there to line up my beard. He said he didnt have time said he could get me the next day. I refused. Then Im assuming, the owner, offered to touch it up, It didnt feel genuine. It was a I can touch if up if you want. It was obvious I wasnt happy Im not saying beg your customer but make an effort be like. Hey man I want you to leave happy let me fix it up tell me what you didnt like or whatever Ill make it right but I was done I wanted to get out of there to be honest. On the bright side this isnt the WORST haircut of my life. But it sure isnt a good one. Beard wasnt lined up, mustache wasnt either. Didnt use a razor. Didnt even knock the top down like I requested I wanted a 6. Didnt even snip the top. Didnt shape my beard had to remind him. End of the day maybe my expectations were too high. These 5 star reviews had sold me! I came in here so hopeful. Sad to say I was disappointed and will not be returning.

Moved to Austin a few months ago. Tried a couple of men saloons around the Domain and wasn’t happy. Yes, they have fancy facilities but that’s about it. Then I found these guys. Straight up barber shop, which is a great compliment. Couldn’t recommend it more, happy I found my new place for haircuts!

Everyone was super friendly and upbeat and they did a great job and I got exactly the haircut I asked for. A little hard to find the first time as its in a business park, but they have a barber pole out front that helped to locate it. Will be back for sure!

Joy is amazing. I don’t know if she does only men but she can do a phenomenal fade and taper. I was instantly at ease due to him remembering the reservation and greeting me by name when I walked in the shop.We got to talking and immediately I knew this man was passionate about his work and his shop. By analyzing things about my current hair, he figured out how long I had gone without cutting it, as well as what instructions I gave my precious stylist. After a phenomenal cut and talk I walked away satisfied and genuinely looking forward to coming back.

Mr Derrick and Dr Joe are awesome. I go there mainly for Mr Derek, he gives both my husband and my son their hair cuts.. My son just turned 3 and he has been going to Mr Derrick since he turned one, my husband has been going there since forever, he wouldnt even let another barber touch his hair. Mr Derrick is nice.. very patient.. he makes us feel so comfortable.. most of all.. he does an excellent job and he is very clean.. i would recommend him to everyone.

Really nice and skillful Barbers, interesting enough, theirs a broad open gym in the back. Location is a bit tucked away but we found it nonetheless!

This place has pure artists in its roster. Ive only received cuts from Myren but the other barbers definitely know their way around some clippers. Ive gotten numerous compliments after my hair was blessed at this place, never an issue either.The shop itself is very unassuming. Its location is nestled in a warehouse type environment but youll know youre at the right place with the barber pole on the door and the people leaving with smiles wider than the Joker from Dark Knight. The shop is always clean and ive always enjoyed the easy going atmosphere from these guys including the convo.There is typically not a very long wait albeit ive always called and scheduled an appointment.Myren has never let me down and every time I sit in his chair I know Ill be leaving it feeling as crispy as the fades he blesses me with. Im new to Austin and after struggling to find a good barbershop, I thought I was doomed to life of expensive yet bad haircuts and uncultured environments. Then I stumbled across this place. This is literally the most professional, hospitable, knowledgeable and skilled barbershop Ive ever visited. While I waited one of the barbers actually took me on a tour of the shop! (Never happened in the 30years Ive been alive) . He walks me to the back of the shop, opens the door and what do I see? A FULL FREAKING GYM!! Literally everyone needs to go to this shop.
