I had an appointment today, Sept. 20th. I walked in and the hairstylist wasnt wearing a mask. I tried to ask if they had a mask policy but she ignored me and continued talking on the phone so, I left. Shame, I liked their haircuts in the past but Covid is still active and I am cautious.

I wish there is 0 stars to give the woman who did my hair, lets put the miserable customer service and attitude she gave me a side, the hair cut was so uneven she messed up my hair and claiming that she is charging me less than what should be which is $21 instead of $26 and that is not true cuz the highest price is $21 for this locationSo disappointed i could do better if i did it myself! will never come back and i will fix my hair at another place tomorrow

Jenny is so gentle. My son (2.5) was perfectly still THE WHOLE TIME. Hes never still. Austin haircut company for your kids or your wasting your time.

Uneven cut. Sideburns cut to the top of ear, no style, visibly uneven. Seemed like he knew he messed up. After going home I saw long strands he missed. Not good.

I have long thick hair that I usually spend over an hour in the salon for. I got a shampoo and haircut and was in and out in 10 minutes. Needless to say it was not thorough at all. My hair was not even dried. If you really need a haircut and can’t find any other place, this place is fine, but keep in mind that you get what you pay for.

This was my first time in the US...having a haircut and so I was a little skeptical about where to get it done from. I also have a sensitive scalp and fine hair so finding the right salon was very important for me. While I was doing my research on Google, I came across Great Haircuts, especially known for its great services and affordable/reasonable price range. I read a lot about Jenny in particular and decided to get my hair trimmed here and by her of course! Jenny was really wonderful and understood what I needed perfectly. Maggie cut my hair, I have pretty long hair to my mid back and I wanted about 3 inches cut off and some added layers and face framing. I walked right in and got a hair cut which took less than 30 minutes and looks great. Very happy! Affordable and great service.

I went in for a trim and bangs . But I came out like a little girl that cut her hair. Although I showed a picture to the hairstylist to make sure that she got what I wanted, she ruined my hair!!!!Of course My style has completely changed with the funny bangs!!!So, never ever come back to this place.

Stylists have bad attitudes. Snooty, snap answers to simple questions. Never do they answer the phone. Its to hard to do that and anything else.

I got a great haircut and service from Maggie today. I was a walk-in and only waited a short time. Maggie is quick but thorough and gave me just what I requested. She was friendly but didnt chat my ears off. Great pricing for services and I like that you can opt in for extras.

My husband and I have been coming here for a few years, we always ask for Jessica. She Rocks! She really listens to us when we tell her what type of cut and style we want. She takes her time and is a real professional, yet also very friendly and nice. The whole staff is friendly and we really feel welcomed when we walk in, we are always greeted by the employees. We will continue to come here and have even passed the word to our friends - If you want a good cut and style at a reasonable price, come to this store. The restroom is always clean and stocked and the whole store is kept nice and neat / clean. Well be back in about 6 or 8 weeks.

Please check out this place. This has probably been the best place for me to get my haircut in recent memory. In my humble opinion, from what I saw during my Monday lunchtime trip, this place absolutely deserves the business.For context, I started growing out my hair, for the first time ever in life, a little under two years ago. Ive listened to varying advice from friends but only recently have I actually started educating myself on the health and maintenance of hair.As a college student, and as long as I live relatively nearby, I will make this my regular go to place. This place is too much of a value to not come here for those like myself who are on a tight budget. Haircut + Tip < Everywhere else I had gone to in the area, not even including the tip.Jennie is absolutely what I have been looking for in a hair stylist since I started growing out my hair. If I had to describe her in one word, I would say shes amiable. She said Hello, Ill be right with you shortly, as she was finishing up with her current client. However, unlike almost every other salon Ive been to, she really only took a short amount of time. I hardly waited five minutes after walking in until I was in her chair. What really convinced me is that she had not a single air of pushy salesmanship. She spoke to me like a human being, almost like an established friend. She made me feel like she truly understood my naivite in my journey of growing out my hair. Instead of suggestions, she gave me options in such a way that SHE HELPED ME DISCOVER what I was picturing in my head. Before I knew it, she was done. I wish I could communicate how much time passed, but the entire experience with her made the passing time negligible.Jennie single handedly has made me a loyal client for this establishment. My one regret is that, with my hair growing out and all, I am unable to frequent this place more often. I surely will be returning, and Jennie better be there when I do.

Fast, fresh, and consistent. Jessica does a great job with my hair, and it always looks good when Im done. Also, if you come in at the right time, theres never any wait. Just walk in, get the cut, pay, walk out. No trying to upsell you, and my $15 cut was every bit as good as a $40 cut at Floyds.

The only reason I go there is because of Jennie (rate her a 5). She has done my hair for years. Never disappointed. Two other stylists I have observed always seem to be running off at the mouth. In other words, they talk too much. If you decide to go to this place, call ahead a make sure Jennie is there.

Honestly I didnt like the way they did my kids hairstyles ... The lady that did my youngest sons haircut was so inpatient with him complaining about him ... that he didnt want to stay still ... its their job to try their best and not be impatient ... The guy that did my oldest son haircut did it the way I didnt ask him to i told him to fix his line and he made it worse did it rough to the point he now has a cut on his head ... They did it too quick it look like they didnt even took their time to do it right which they didnt

Ive been growing my hair out to donate it and after putting it off for ages, I finally bit the bullet and had it done today at Great Haircuts. I didnt even have to sign in - they were able to get me in right away. The stylist (Jim, I think?) checked with me multiple times to make sure I understood how short it was going to be and make sure that was okay. He was very aware that cutting off that much length (it ended up being about 10 inches!) is a big decision and can be a bit scary. But the haircut turned out great and my hair is bundled up and ready to send off for donation (donate to Children With Hairloss - they never charge the kids for their wigs and they accept shorter donations than other companies)I will definitely be back to Great Haircuts because they made it fast and easy and I felt completely at ease.

So this lady has a problem with other races or what? Because im asian, it doesnt mean that I cant speak English. So she spent less than 5 min for my hair. When back at home, I realized that she didnt even care to trim my side burns and theyre sticking out. The fringe looked like a mess because some places were absolutely longer than the others. What kind of hair style is this? I had to spend money to have another haircut.

They only took 5 mins on my haircut and it was awful. I could not believe my ear when the barber said looks much better, huh! Sorry. not at all!

I went in for a quick beard trim (easiest task possible) and the stylist still managed to mess it up. He took out my dear sideburns, blamed me for not telling him and didnt care that he ruined my haircut.But honestly, I got used to bad hairdressers given how abundant they are. What made this experience x10 worse was that he stunk of cigarette smell and didnt bother to wash his stinky hands. Horrible experience.He did a bad job, disgusted me with his smoker smell and charged me $7 for a (literally) 2 minute task. Never going back, and you shouldnt step foot in there.
