I scheduled an appointment to see a car... Day of my appointment I got a phone call which I answered confirming the appointment. In addition, I got a text from another employee confirmimg my appointment and giving me the address. Good. Awesome. Then I show up to my appointment and they have me sit down and later tell me that they dont even have the car yet and it is being transported. Nobody bothered to tell me this the SAME DAY of my appointment. Wasted so much of my time. So unprofessional. I assume they didnt tell me just to get me in there to try to sell me something else but I cannot confirm this.
First time I bought a Nissan (used car) and the experience was great. Sales associate Tim was professional and prompt showing cars, describing features, explaining terms. Their cars are high quality and prices were competitive. Don (GM) also greeted us and helped answer our questions. Based on test drive we purchased a car. Chris from business office promptly finalized the paperwork (Title, Tags, etc). A really good 3 year 36000 mile warranty is also optionally available at a competitive price for extra peace of mind. When we went to pick up the car, it was in even better shape - Tim had it washed, detailed, full tank (almost new)!All along there was no pressure. This is going to be my first choice for future needs. I will happily recommend Town North Nissan to my friends based on this excellent used car buying experience.
This is the worst experience Ive ever had at Nissan. Im standing in front of several person who have their attention on their computers.I am not greeted or told someone will be with me in a moment.After several minutes I walk over to a guy texting on his phone.He was unprofessional. I told him Ive been waiting. Immediately he tells me he was busy with a customer so dont talk that way to him.I should have stopped and asked for someone else to help me or left.Jose Gutierrez was his name and I wont be coming back.
Upon coming into the service office. Several staff members were at the desk and never even greeted or offered to help. In addition other customers expressed the same dissatisfaction about being greeting as well. After about some time I was then greeted by Christi. She was very polite and helpful through my experience. I sat and waited for my services to be completed which was an oil change and tire rotation. After waiting one hour and 15 minutes Christi came out and told me my car was finished. I paid for my services and Christi walked me to my car. Upon starting my car I saw smoke coming from the back looking through my side mirror on the passenger side. I sat out my car and another service employee and customer informed me my car was smoking. The service employee then asked what I came into get done. I explained an oil change and tire rotation. He then looked into my car and reported it was possibly due to my mileage on my vehicle and walked away. I then proceed to turn off my care and restart it and still saw smoke. I drove off the lot and return immediately due to more smoke. When I returned Christi and the service employee from previously met me outside: she immediately apologized and popped the hood. The service employee proceeded to check my oil and stated “they probably overfilled it.” After checking he and Christi then confirmed it was overfilled. Christi asked me to wait again and I did so. After waiting for sometime, Christi returned to say that she has spoken with her supervisor who reported that yes indeed the oil was overfilled but it was due to my maintenance that the overfilling had occurred. I asked her to please get this in writing for my own documentation to make sure I would not be liable for damages to my motor. She said she would. She returned with the supervisor who again expressed it was my fault and admitted that the oil had been overfilled. I received my documentation and left.
Salesman Ali was so easy to deal with and upfront about the car. Finance manager at the used car part of the dealership was helpful. The only bad part of the whole deal was the person who did the final paperwork pushed to add extended warranty that worth more than 50% of the value of the car. The way he went about doing it was very shady but I was able to see through it. But I don’t want to ding the whole dealership for one person’s behavior.
I was very happy with town North Nissan, Christie, and Steve worked with me to get my Sentra repaired. The process went really smooth, they stayed in touch with my son Kirk, and myself are all the new Findings. In order to prepare the repairs for my vehicle. Thanks to both of those this process went real smooth. SK
My appointment was set at 12:30 during the weekday, but when I got there I had to wait 2hr 30 min. It shouldn’t take 2 hours plus for one simple oil change. I would like it if the workers valued my time. If I set an appointment for something simple as an oil change it should take 30 min to 1 hour not almost three.
3 hours for a simple oil change and that’s WITH a scheduled appointment!!! Walk-ins are no longer accepted (because they increase wait times… go figure) so I had to wait several days for an appointment only to wait 3 hours after arriving on time!!! It doesn’t end there… last time I came here they tried to convince me to get a transmission flush which upon inspecting the manual is NEVER required at any mileage. Then they argued there is an asterisks that specifies this is needed in “extreme” driving conditions. The only item with this asterisk is differential gear oil and upon showing them this… their story changed to having an inside connection with a “Nissan engineer” who gave them a secret scoop on this undocumented service need. I don’t think I need to state the obvious but… you’ve lost my future business and I’m making sure to spread the word. Shameful business practices and mismanagement. Let’s all do our part to divest. You’ve been warned…
We had great experience at this dealership. Got a flat tire, since the tire was due to replacement so we replace all tires. The price was great, the service was excellent. Joe was really helpful in helping up choose the right tires and provide good suggestion and even check and pumped our spare tire. Strongly recommend.
Ive been a customer for years. Today I brought my car in for an oil change and not a single service adviser was masked inside a small space. I was informed later theyve all been vaccinated and that they follow CDC guidelines. They do not. As of July 27, 2021 the CDC Added a recommendation for fully vaccinated people to wear a mask in public indoor settings in areas of substantial or high transmission. Austin is an are of high transmission. The city is down to just a few ICU beds. I wont be back until they start masking up but I doubt they will. Very disappointed. My advice is to stay away from this unsafe dealership.Edit: Ive replied to the manager who commented below. Well see if he responds.

My wife and I had our deal, already made with the Credit Union but he didnt care just so he could make his $500 added fee on the contract. Also he totally changed his demeanor when we didnt sign or go for any of the warranties. I know its his job to sell but he was so upset, that even wrote down the wrong name on the Temp Purchase sheet that we have to have in the vehicle while we wait for plates. This whole process could of been smoother, but he made us not want to go back to that dealership. EVER AGAIN. We drove 2 hours away and to come back with that sour taste of our experience. Its just sad.
Jose Herrera is a courteous service advisor who takes the time to fully explain everything. Got my annual State Inspection today -- in and out in under an hour, even though it was a Saturday morning. I purchased my 2014 Nissan Rogue at Town North Nissan and will continue to go there for needed inspections, maintenance, and repairs, as I intend to drive this vehicle until I no longer need one. Great service and good value.
I have always had a good service experience with Town North Nissan until today. I called to schedule an appointment on Monday and was told a Service Advisor would call me back to go over questions and pricing. I admit when I arrived for my appointment at 7:30 AM I was annoyed that I had not heard back and could have started the conversation off better but I still could have received a lot better customer service. When the question about my tire came up that I wanted answered before the appointment the service advisor said “Did Kristi not go over your tire warranty with you when you purchased them?” I love that I am supposed to remember every detail about my tire purchase 8 months ago and wonder if customers don’t have questions and need assistance with their what is the purpose of their role? And how it had anything to do with Kristi that I have no doubt did a great job of explaining everything. Had someone called me in advance as I had been told I would hopefully been informed that the oil change and tire rotation I had been coming in for in the past that was $29.99 had increased to $59.99 since my last visit. Definitely not worth the drive or time for Town North service center anymore.
My 9 am appointment for a simple oil change resulted in a wait of nearly 2 hours. Obviously future oil changes will be made elsewhere. The staff does not value my time. I will only use the dealership for warranty work.
We just went to look at the pre-certs available. However we were given a great trade in amount and were never pressured or felt railroaded into a purchase. Ali took all the steps necessary to make sure that we were satisfied with every aspect of our purchase. We are very happy and appreciate our purchase experience at Town North Nissan.
I ALWAYS get great service from Town North Nissan on both my 2016 Nissan Quest and my 2011 Nissan Murano. Town North Nissan has a great staff, but I especially enjoy working with Christi Munoz. She always gives her absolute best to getting our vehicles serviced. This last time was no exception. My transmission needed to be replaced and she helped me get the best service available to get it back on the road. I cannot say enough good things about working with her. Suffice to say, I look forward to seeing her on the next scheduled maintenance.

Louis C the sales specialist was nothing short of professional and courteous throughout. He handeld all my questions flawlessly, and conducted the deal in a timely fashion. One of the better experiences Ive had with a sales representative.The reason for the one star... The back end of the deal left a very sour taste in my mouth. Up to this point the buying experience was one of the more enjoyable ones Ive gone through. However seated in the finance office, I was highly pressured to purchase an extended warranty,windshield protection,and paint protection etc. Repeatedly! After making my position clear multiple times I was declining. The dynamic shifted from friendly to frustrated, upset and flustered. The final paperwork was highly rushed. Some of the signatures required was on a i-pad tablet. Rob, whom I believe I was dealing with. Rapidly scrolled to the bottom of the screen just asking for a signature. As I scrolled back up, I noticed the numbers of the deal were completely wrong. The msrp of the vehicle was Incorrect. The paint protection etc nonsense was added in at the tune of a four grand.Unacceptable period. Leaving with a new vehicle from Town North was not as exciting as it should of been. A first for myself to drive off the lot stressed and angry.
My salesman Juan was awesome from the moment I talked with him on the phone. When I arrived at the dealership I was taken care of immediately. I had been looking at a few different vehicles and he grabbed the keys for each one. The process was so smooth. Even when I had to wait a while to sign papers he came over and sat down and talked with me. He didn’t have to hang out but he did and that to me is awesome. I gave a 2 because every service its always something at this North location.. I was told last service that my brakes needed to be checked and when I TOLD the service advisor he brush it off.. I asked for new windshield wipers and I feel like they just took my money STILL look like the old ones when I tested it.. my battery to my key was saying low and they didnt have any working batteries to replace it had to go spend money at bright light to get to work properly.. over all my experience was not satisfied.. Will be going to the South location next time.. they are rude when you try to get information about your vehicle..

When I refused the warranty he was trying to sell me he got upset, kept asking and then telling me to explain why I did not want it. Turned red and acted like a child about it. Not a professional guy at all. I was cordial the whole time...I just kept saying no. Any stars I give are because of Juan - nice guy.
Easy to schedule a service appointment. The Advisor was really nice and helpful. The waiting area is really nice, they have a TV, WiFi, a really nice coffee machine (free) and a vending machine with drinks and snack. I am closer to Round Rock but rather come to Town North because their service is 100 times better than the one in RR.
Joe is great servicr advisor who took the time to understand the concerns I had as a car owner during my visit. He was very transparent on pricing and services which was really appreciated. The estimated time he gave me was within 15-20 minutes of what it actually came to me. Thank you Joe and thank you Nissan!
Juan Leyva is the guy to see! We traded in our current vehicle for a newer one and Juan made it happen right away! Christie, the friendly and knowledgeable Leaf specialist, met me right away and talked through the service plan, eliminating unnecessary expenses based on the cars history. I had a great experience at Town North Nissan. The Internet Sales Manager Carlos Lopez was awesome. I am not from the area, so I called to ask about a vehicle they had posted online. Carlos Lopez was quick to address all my needs, sent me additional pictures of the vehicle I requested, and gave me the price quote over the phone. I asked if they could hold it for me as it would take me a few hours to drive to get it. Management was more than accommodating to my request. I drove up the next day, was in and out in a flash, and was on my way with my new vehicle. I will definitely be recommending my friends and family to this dealership in the future. I bought a CPO Vehicle with Ben Beasley! The sales process was smooth and quick and everything was going great until I had to see the loan officer. That was a 5 hour wait, not even exaggerating. I spent the entire day there. It was aggravating, and I was late to pick up my child from day care. I also am nursing, and was unable to pump and was in a lot of pain. They kept telling me “you’re next, you’re next” but I was waiting forever still. If I would’ve known it was going to take that long I would’ve gone somewhere else !!! They need to do something about the process. That’s just ridiculous !
This was one of my smoothest car buying experiences I’ve had which reminded me a lot of my experience with Charles Maund Toyota. I went in with a set budget, Luis was able to get me into the car I wanted in that budget. I was in a pretty terrible car accident so it was really reassuring to have that quality of service get me back on my feet. I wanted to go electric and the Nissan Leaf was exactly what I wanted. All the staff there was very friendly and helpful and I would absolutely go see Luis again for a future purchase.

Long wait but I was told that it would be. It was at least a two hour wait for maintenance only. They forgot to put windshield washer fluid and I told them the warning light indicator showed it was low. I will bring it back by one day after some this rain stops. The representatives in customer service are very professional and I feel they’re honest with me about my car needs. They really research and give us the best deal or discount they can on the cost of our maintenance or repairs.
I bought Nissan Rogue last month. When I test drive this car, I haven’t check all things carefully, one thing I noticed tire Pressure was very low and it was not giving warning sign at, sales person told me I will fill the air. After 2-3 days, I noticed my tire pressure is again low and it was showing warning signal this time, it looks like they disable this warning system when show to customers and which is not a professional way to sell cars. Later on I complain but now one has answer, they fix by applying patch on tire. Now I have speaker problem and don’t why those things come in checkpoint report.

I received a call from Mr.May concerning my repair and i agreed with the total cost then he call back 2-5 minutes later and the cost went up $140 more dollars then what was quoted. As a service advisor he should have gotten the results completely before call a customer, make feel like price hacking (make a customer they are at their mercy) So i accepted the increase in the repair cost and ask for my old parts to see the problemand said he would keep them for me, it was closing time soi didnt askand got home looked in the trunk NO PARTS so i cant determine if the rotorswas bad or not money lost

Eric Jones was fantastic and so kind along with Tony being here till 10pm and making sure we felt the love. We purchased a 2021 Sentra and Rogue and they are great cars along with the service! BUYER BEWARE OF USED CAR PURCHASES. I purchased a truck with a severely stained & dirty interior only because I was promised that it would be cleaned thoroughly later since the crew was no longer there til after labor day. After the make ready, I was very frustrated at the sloppy job, especially in discovering that the carpets & seats werent steam cleaned as promised (completely dry with same stains). I asked for new carpet if the stains werent removable & was told no. Ive previously purchased from private sellers who flip cars & sell cars in far superior condition than what Town North Nissan sold me, as well as another dealership who was great. It is clear that executive management & the business owners prefer to sacrifice good business practice to maximize profit to the cent.

My service adviser, Christie, has been with Nissan for a few years and remembered me from previous service done on my vehicle. Christie is the epitome of professional service at its best. She should be given a raise and be the teacher of all other service representatives for all future hires at Nissan. Above standard work was also done by the young mechanic who serviced my vehicle and identified problem areas to fix before my vehicle left me stranded, broken and needing repair. I am well pleased with my experience at Town North Nissan.
I only use this place for things related to my company car. It’s close to my office so it just makes sense. Typically I have an excellent experience. I’m usually updated on how things are going, given an estimated wait time, and asked about additional services they found need to be done. Today that did not happen. I went in for an oil change and a state inspection and walked out 3 hours later with a whole list of other things done on top of what I asked for. Had they come and asked if I had time for the extra service I would have informed them I didn’t and set up a time to do it on the next available day. Instead I had to reschedule my entire day and didn’t learn why until I was leaving. My service coordinator was less than cordial. He snapped his fingers at me and caught a bit of an attitude when I didn’t mention it was a fleet vehicle. This isn’t my first time there so I know it says it’s a fleet vehicle on the account. I’ll think twice about coming there again if it means dealing with him.
I had an excellent experience at the Nissan dealership in north Austin. I have given a “thumb s up” to everyone I have spoken to about my new vehicle. Keep up the great job and I look forward to purchasing my next vehicle from you.
I would like to say that this is the second time I bought a car here. The staff goes above and beyond to get you what you want. I would like to give a extra shout out to Shams Bawani, my sales person went over every inch of the car he was selling, very knowledgeable, and he didn’t even mind the rain. I took my car in to fix a flat tire and do a vehicle inspection. Its six years old and was due for a lot of routine maintenance. The service advisor explained all the work and charges. He kept me updated while the work was being performed. The work was done right and completed in a reasonable amount of time. The price was about what I expected. This is the third car Ive bought from Town North and everything was great, as usual.
Jace May is a great staff. Maintaining a vehicle is quite costly for a student and I firstly complained why many services I needed to do. However, he was so kind and answered every question I made very nicely. Some parts were confusing in the beginning, so I repeatedly asked them to him. He was very patient to answer all my questions. I felt that he was caring about the customers safety. No doubt that I will visit this shop again in the future!
I got my cars oil change done recently here. The service advisor Jace didnt apply my coupon and charged me $50 more than coupon on my account. When asked to check coupons on my account he said no coupons are available and told stories on how oil shortages and demand grew. 2 weeks later I got call from dealership concierge that I have the coupon on my account. This is really unfair on how they attract the customers with coupons and not honor them during the visit. REALLY DISAPPOINTED!

I went in to get my AC and drivers side window checked since both werent working too well, and after dropping off the car on Saturday morning got a text message on Monday morning with a link to approve thousands of dollars worth of work to install a new AC system in the car, and no information at all on the drivers side window. Was the window diagnosed? Fixed? No info. Does my car need a new AC system entirely, and why? No info. Just a link to approve about $6,000 worth of work. Um, okay? When I called, the service agent also didnt have any info. Ummm, okayyy? The customer experience side gets a zero from me for this reason. Heads-up, yall - no customer wants to receive a text message two days after they drop off their car with a button that says Approve? for $6,000 void of any information. (To top it all off, turns out I didnt need to replace the entire AC system, and didnt need to spend $5,000 on replacing it.) My opinion: go someplace else.
This review is regarding the Service Department - Christi always calls and provides me with updates, but I really appreciate that she notifies me if there is a service promotion and gets me a good deal. During my last visit Christi noticed that the battery on my key fob was low and replaced it for me. Always excellent customer service and very friendly.
Jace was our service manager and was great at communicating and understanding our frustrations. We appreciate his enthusiasm to get our issue corrected. Definitely recommend!!

I started at 2 different nissans to get a 60k maintenance. My car is my mobile office and means everything to me. Those dealerships made me question the value of nissan and I really lost my trust. When I called town north and Leo took his time with me, listened and really just brought back the customer service that I grew up knowing and loving. Leo was truly my hero that day and I appreciate how he made me feel valued and that my money was in good hands with a team I can trust. Had 2 minor problems after the sale, couldnt seem to get anyones attention which was very frustrating. My first thought - what if it was something big? Called Brendon Porter the general manager. My second time visiting Town North Nissan for an oil change/check up on my vehicle. I was there for about 2 hours (a little longer than what I was told but no big deal) and I was given detail on what they did with my car. Will for sure be taking my car back there in the future for any car service needs. They also offer rental cars if you car will be there for awhile, which I may utilize in the future. I will also say that the first oil change I had done on my car was at Cedar Park Nissan and ended up there for over 3 hours, and they had a sales person walking around to people waiting in the service department asking if they were in market currently for a new vehicle. Didnt really care for that. Appreciated that they didnt attempt that at Town North.

If I could give this place no stars i would! Don’t recommend coming here unless you want to spent your entire day here! The worst experience I’ve ever had! I arrived early for my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, and had to wait for 2 hours and 45 minutes FOR A OIL CHANGE THAT HAS NEVER TAKEN LONGER THAN 30 mins. And typically when I take my car to Nissan in San Marcos or New Braunfels they take no more than 30 mins include a full inspection, car wash and vacuum. And this town north Nissan took almost 3 hours to ONLY do a oil change no inspection or car wash or vacuum.
The sales team worked hard to facilitate my purchase, they really did earn my business, I can’t say anything bad about Ben. But at the closing I spent HOURS waiting for the financial guy, who got legit angry when I wouldn’t buy an extended warranty from him. This guy was so rude that I would have bailed on the transaction if they hadn’t of happened to have the only one like it in the area.
So about a year-and-a-half back me and my father went to look for a pre owned car and stopped by north nissan after a hassle we settled on a pre owned Toyota Corolla. Two day after the we bought it the Corolla check engine light kicked on. I took it back and come to find out it never been worked on before i purchased it which they promised to do. Then the had the Audacity to try to charge me 1000 bucks for a repair that should have been made before i bought it. It took 28 days just to get it repaired and another 14 to get my perment plates it was the worst experince. Well a year amd a half later my car wouldnt start take it to fire stone and comd to find out north nssan installed a cheap aftermarket part and cross treaded or left loose the O2 senor and i may need to replace the whole thing. Dont not waste your money the do not care about you.
I want to thank the service and repair team at Nissan North for doing an awesome job on my Xterra today. I had a lot of things that needed to be done such as battery replacement, oil change, transmission flush and much more. I want to personally thank Jace for being friendly and for his professional advise and expertise. He provided excellent customer service and made my experience great. I bought my Xterra from them and have always had it serviced through them because of how amazing they all are. Thanks again. See you for all my future vehicle needs.

My experience with Town North Nissan was fast and pleasant. I called Nissan and spoke with Justin Overton regarding a 2021 Rogue. He was able to locate the car with all of the features I was looking for; then, the finance part was excellent; Tara Robinson made this process unstressful and pleasant. Took my car in for regular maintenance, brought up a concern to my greeting Advisor, Chris Threadgill about a noise my car had been making since purchasing my preowned Nissan but not identified by previous technicians until my latest visit. Certified technician, H. Hernandez identified it right a way. What a relief to finally know what was causing the sound I had been hearing since purchasing my vehicle. The matter of getting it fixed hasn’t been addressed yet, otherwise I would’ve given 5 stars.
I recently bought a 2020 Pathfinder. The sale person, Anthony Anderson was very helpful & informative. He was not pushy at all!!!! He made me feel comfortable & worked with me to get a comfortable payment. I am very satisfied with his services & professinalism. I will definitely come back for services on my vehicle & when its time for my niece to get a car. He just help my sister get into a 2021 Altima yesterday. He is a major asset & keeper for Town North Nissan!!!
Sales person said “we will honor the web price” (from their website that was $1000 less than the sticker on the used car).... then, he tells us his manager says that discount is only if we finance from them (I walked in with preapproval from my bank).... I had to threaten to walk away if they didn’t honor WHAT THEY SAID - which is WHAT THEY ADVERTISED!! (I wasn’t even trying to negotiate!). Second time looking here, first and last time buying from here!Then - was told at 7:30pm - less than 45 min (had a prior engagement at 8:30pm).... it is currently 8:45pm and was just told “less than 30 min”.....Currently 9:30pm.... still haven’t gone in to sign title docs.... (if this wasn’t a vehicle for my son, I would have walked long ago!)Just left at 10:00pm....(Sales person - Juan - was very nice, the rest of the outfit was incredibly inefficient! I closed on a house in less time!)
I have been a customer of Town North Nissan since 2011. I started going there because it was convenient to where I worked, but I have continued to have my vehicles serviced at Town North because of the professionalism and honesty I have always received. They have always taken the time to explain things in detail and help me prioritize the work that needs to be done. In all the years I have trusted them with my vehicles, I have never felt taken advantage of. I no longer work near Town North, and have tried out other places that are closer. Unfortunately, these other businesses have never been able to provide the service, honesty and professionalism I have come to expect. It is definitely worth going out of my way to receive this type of service and respect. I highly recommend Town North Nissan to anyone looking for an auto shop they can trust!
We had a issue with purchasing a vehicle recently and was unable to receive help from anyone except Brendon Porter the general manager. He listened to our concerns and took care of it to our complete satisfaction. We will be back when it’s time to purchase another vehicle! Thanks Brendon! 👍🏽

We used their public EV car charging station as it was listed on Google Maps. We left the car parked at 8:40pm and picked it back up at 10:30pm. When we returned, all the gates to exit the dealership were closed off and locked with chains. When we asked to be let out, the employee wouldn’t let us out of dealership. He shrugged his shoulder and said “Not his problem.” Luckily, we had a small car and were able to squeeze to side of gate to leave.

Kristin was extra helpful in making sure my car was getting the proper service. She looked up the record and made sure I didn’t pay for anything that I didn’t need.
Asked for synthetic oil change. Received conventional. Told staff on the phone what the problem was (visibly broken part) and they refused to provide price or order part in advance of me coming in (or even tell me if they keep that part in stock). The first thing the staff did upon getting into the car was tell me that part was broken just like I said.Interior is poorly maintained. There is a counter to work on laptops, but the chairs are table-height and not counter-height so it is very awkward. One power outlet for the whole counter. Scheduled appointment but took more than 2.5 hours to an oil change, wiper change, filter change and one tire patch.
I purchased a 2020 Nissan Kicks in April of 2021 . I also purchased the add ons for it like the interior coverage and the clear coat for scratches. The car pinstriping was rubbing off in some areas and I brought it to the attention of my sales person and was told that it would be fixed. It is now July 2021 and my pinstripes are still not fixed nor has my car been clear coated. I have repeatedly reached out to my sales person and he has acknowledged the conversation but nothing has been done. I then sent an email to who I believe is the manager of the dealership and have heard nothing back. I am frustrated and disappointed.Update: I was contacted almost immediately by the general manager who was able to get things going for me to have my car pinstripes fixed and have the coating applied.
