The entire staff is super nice and friendly even at 7am. Andrew was my advisor and he was wonderful and took great care of my car.
I really hate giving 1 star, but, I was interested in a truck cab chassis and they said they wont title it unless I purchased a bed from them for 7100 bucks. I way way to win customers over yall. It only shows that you dont care about ppl as much as you car about money.

Nyle Maxwell’s overall customer service is just nothing but pleasant. From purchasing on the lot to maintenance at the service center, every single employee that I have interacted with has been incredibly helpful, kind and accommodating. Notably at the service center, Suzelle was extremely helpful in assisting me schedule my appointment around my busy life. Additionally, Nick gave me consistent, timely updates and went out of his way to ensure I received their amazing service. This dealership hires a wonderful staff and I’m thankful to have that resource whenever dealing with something as important to me as my Jeep. Thanks y’all!

We stopped by after seeing a truck online, and Hunter was the salesman who was the reason we ended up driving home in it. After having a very bad start with another salesman, Hunter turned it all around for us. Courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. We were thoroughly impressed by Hunter, highly recommend you ask for him if this is the dealership you are dropping in at.
Worst service department! Had my Jeep towed in Thursday afternoon. No communication Friday.and no communication Today. Called service once looking for my advisor and was told he was off today. Fine. Asked the advisor who picked up the phone if there had been any progress on our Jeep. We were told not sure but would call us back today on an update. Didnt hear anything earlier this afternoon and decided to call and see if any progress was made. Called 5 times and was transferred to service 2 times and no answer. Called 2 more times and no one picked up. On the 5th call Leslie picks up. Asked if I could talk to someone at service since my vehicle had been there since Thursday. Was told all but one advisor with a customer was gone. And that someone would call me Tuesday. I understand the holiday weekend. But what I dont understand is how no communication unless you get mad is customary. I take that back. Shortly after I got the automated message from the service advisor I asked, any idea on when my Jeep may give in to be diagnosed. And the answer I got back was, hope to tomorrow. So vague and cold. Bottom line I am not happy with the service of this company or this company as a whole for allowing this kind of service. I bought my Jeep here and decided to take it back for service in good faith but those were mistakes 1 and 2. After this I will never use these guys again for anything.
Every time I visit here for service I am treated with respect, no matter what. I cant say I have had a better experience at any other dealership in Texas. I loved my experience so much, we bought a second vehicle from their Fiat dealership... And, same thing! Happy buyer and happy customer!

Had to bring my Dodge (that I bought from a different dealership) here. They were prompt, kind, and caring, and I had no issues having my extended warranty follow me. They were able to get the issue fixed in a few hours (sensor had to be replaced), and I was able to pick my SUV up the same day!
I get my car serviced here regularly because of the convenience. Theyre located near me and are very easy to get to. I love Ashlee, who is my service advisor. I havent had to have any major work done yet in my new car but their oil changes are quick and easy and if you need a ride because you arent able to wait on them, theyve got a shuttle. Coffee and donuts are great, and the seating area is nice. Beverley, the cashier, is wonderful as are the rest of the staff Ive had to interact with. Recommend.

Had breakfast with my wife and the food was cold. Other customers were having issues with their orders also. No management around. Waitress tried to make it right but the food was terrible. The food and quality of service has gone down hill very quick. Go somewhere else for better food and service. Amayas on 35 or dos salsas is a way better option. Futher drive but well worth it!

I needed a light bulb fixed so I stopped by after lunch rush as advised per service rep and when I show up I was told to come another day or call the next day. I called and was then told I needed to leave my car or wait 2hrs. In the past I have been able to stop by and get it fixed in 20mins. Very disappointed.
Buyer Beware: Many of the service pain points is covered in the past customer reviews. Taking in car to get service right away do to random stalling issues. They said its going to be until 18th of Dec to get a rental car.Service Department ... Rating 1(Poor) to 5 (excelent) here is my feedback...1) Customer Service: Rating 1 - They show no empathy, no issue resolution, and are confrontational. Rootcause may be management level further discovery would be neend to confirm.Recommendation: Invest in customer server training, research ticket system to capture issues, and use reports feature to analys top pain point drivers so you work at continuous improvement.2) Response time to service custmer: Rating 2 - I would prioritise my issue as urgen as my wife car radomly stalls. Troubleshooting SLA should be 1 to 2 days. Rental accomdations should be 2 days out not 11 days.Recommendation: Great news your breaking process because your are growing now focus on forcast growth so you can be properly have right resources (staff, rental etc)3) Repair time window - Unknown going to take it in with no car rental :(NPS Rating: Would you recommend to a friend: Response NO

The car had the supercharger with a sound and they did not fix it for them it was normal, I had to take it to Covert to change the supercharger under warranty
