Mario’s tire shop provided great service. I stopped by to get new tires for my Jeep Patriot and they didn’t have them in stock. It took 1 day to get them in. I had to leave out of town so I called them to make sure they would be able to hold them until I returned. Which they did for 3 days. Once I was ready, I stopped by and got my new tires at a very reasonable price all things considered. Just remember that there will be a charge of they dispose of your old tires otherwise you’ll have to take them with you. Also, be careful going in and out of the shop as it only has 4 spaces, it’s located at an intersection, and it is a very busy street. I recommend. You call ahead to make sure they have your tires. And then stop by during the day so you don’t wait and there’s less traffic.

On 04/16/21 I went to Marios for a specific problem. I had just purchased a used car and two lug nuts on the left rear tire had been messed up by someone else and I was unable to take the tire off to have it balanced. First I took it to Discount Tire and they didnt have the tools or expertise to do the job. Then I took it to Marios. This was my first time using Marios but it wont be my last. I was met by Mario and explained what was going on. He smiled! Within 15 minutes he was able to remove the old lugs, spin balance the tire and had me out the door as a very happy and satisfied customer! Total price, including the spin balance and two lug nuts was $20. Cheap and he knows what hes doing. If you have a specific problem with tires or wheels, Marios is the place to get it fixed. Highly recommended.

Had this company mount and balance 4 new tires I supplied. I have been in the automotive industry 48 years, have done it all. Mounted and balanced tires,aligned front ends, computor diagnostics,brakes,transmission repair,ect. I had no warning lights on on my wifes 2014 avalon, I maintain this vehicle. He broke the air pressure sensor, then tells me it was missing 1st. Lie; I informed him your wrong, if it was missing my tire press. monitor light would be on, went an bought a new one came back, gave it to him, and he states, you know, I am not going to charge you now, I asked why, he told me that my lugbolts were all weak, he showed me a broken one, so I believed him, go home, checked, another fell off in my hand, measured all my bolts had been over tighted with air impact. Replaced all 5 on the right rear, VERY DANGEROUS SHOP!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!! When I confronted Mario, he tried to threaten me that I was on camera, he denied any damage to my lugstuds. Stated I could take my car to the toyota dealer an they would tell me, toyota lugstuds have history of breaking, I have been a toyota,lexus, nissan tech for 35 years. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!!!

I bought a brand new tire and patched up a nail in the other and 3 studs were broken off just to put on the new tire. Very dangerous and the owner was very rude and refused to help us with the problem. They all denied that anyone even did it and then said well we warned you to be careful when driving home. What’s the point of buying a new tire and then I can’t drive. I have always came here for tires and now I will not be back. Thanks

This company is indebted to my client for more than $2,900 for tires. My client supplied the product and labor to install the product, and has not been paid by this company. Every attempt to try to reach this company is ignored, and our client has not been paid. We have sent letters, made phone calls, and sent emails, and have been entirely ignored. I would be careful when doing business with this company, as my client has been trying to get paid since June of 2019.

Yesterday was one of those rainy cold days (44°)I got was about to head to work, when I realized I had a flat tire. So I googled for Tire places on Lamar, and found place, but guess what? It was closed (I guess because of the weather.)So, I drove around, and every place I found, was closed.Suddenly, I saw a car on a jack.I asked if they could fix my flat, and they did!I’m sorry, because they were under the rain, at 8:30 am, cold, and fixing my tire.At the end I paid only $10.Thank you guys. Awesome service, inexpensive and well done!

They replaced the 4 tires of my pickup, at the end they refused to place back my spare tire, a teenager working there said his boss told him not to do it. I had to go to the tire shop couple doors south they put it back in 5 minutes for a tip.This guys have signs of credit cards accepted at the door but they asked for cash, no credit cards and no receipt, I want to believe they have a good reason for that.NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

They fixed my tire for 2 days and I pay 10 bucks but also I give 10 xtra dolares as a top to a guy If I wouldnt give him that money I probably have them right now to repair my tire again because they didnt do it

Went in to get 2 used tires, in great condition btw,not only were they fast,(30 mins. tops )they were real friendly, I also had 2 dolly wheels that they promptly fixed for me they couldve easily said we dont do that,but did it! I came here last night it was 7:45pm and I knew they where about to close and ready to go home I thought Ill just ask if they can help me if not I understood but when I asked a guy there if he would be able to help before I can finish me question he said NO WE ARE CLOSED I said okay what time do yall open he grab a tire and walked away very very rude no kind of communication skills. There were 3 cars that were in their parking lot and 1 one up on jacks. He could of said sorry mam we are closing but we can help you first thing in the morning at whatever time they open. I would of understood cause they have been working all day but I am still a customer. Communication with your customer is better then brushing them off with a very unfriendly and unhelpful attitude.

The younger gentleman stripped two lug nuts on the passenger tire failed to tell me and when I asked why the tire didnt get changed she said because they were stripped I sat here and watched him do it in my truck and then try to argue with me about it and still charged me full price to do the tire mount and balance on the other three that he did the worst tire shop to go to
