Arrived from California and the Porsche dealership is top notch. I was a little worried about going to a new dealership to have my car serviced. But to my surprise the facility right off the back is outstanding. My service advisor Leona Griswold is amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Truly happy with the service and the facility.

I can’t say enough good things about the after purchase care you receive at Porsche Austin. They are extremely professional from start to finish. Keeping you abreast of all the details. They are also extremely conscience of not wasting your time. My service advisor Jordan always makes me feel like I am a priority which is always appreciated

I drove my vehicle into the service bay area/ garage and the employees standing in there looked over their shoulders at me (literally), turned their heads and continued talking to the other employees. No greetings or smiles, nothing. They just ignored me. One female employee with long blonde hair looked me straight in the eyes for a a few seconds and when I kept her stare, she turned around and ignored me. She was pretty dead-eyed and her heavy makeup didn’t hide anything. I don’t know if all of these employees were just having a bad day? The employee who took my vehicle was friendly and smiling so that was nice. My service was completed promptly.

Highly recommend Jordan who was extremely responsive and demonstrated highest level of professionalism. He is knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. My experience with his peers was a big turn-off so I’m glad to have found an awesome service advisor in Jordan!

I had reservations taking my Porsche into the Austin dealership - been servicing my car from the Houston dealership. Initially, I had a hard time getting scheduled but was able to speak to Jay who got me in right away. Jay handled my concerns regarding my coolant levels and updated me through the service process. Jay was very professional, polite and handled my concerns respectfully. It would be great to offer a reasonable car detailing service for when your car is picked up. Also, the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the expense of the interim service. It’s plainly too expensive for what is involved. However, I prefer keeping all my service in one place and having a loaner from Porsche.

Porsche Austin just performed my annual maintenance on my Porsche. This was my first visit to their new Arboretum location. From drive-up to drive-out, the service was exceptional. In their new facility you can sit in the lounger and watch your car being serviced. This was a first for me. I must say that the service technician was very careful with my Porsche while he did his work. The service was timely, my car was washed and looked great upon return. I was pleased. Jennifer was my service representative and she was excellent. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend Porsche Austin. Well done!!!

I was visiting family out of town when my air stopped working on a hot Texas day. Josh made sure the air was repaired immediately and took great care of my needs. This was the best service I’ve experienced.

The new location is amazing, I love being able to see the work shop while sitting in the customer lounge! The entire process is very efficient, getting in and out with a loaner car took less than 5 minutes and everyone was very friendly and seemed like they loved working there.

First of all, I want to thank you for wanting to know what I had to say about the service that has been rendered to me at the Austin Porsche Dealership. I want to apologize for writing so much, but going to that dealership is so exciting to me that I’ll always have something to say. I love the amiable atmosphere, and the way that I have always been treated as part of the Porsche family. I want to start with the general manager, Mr. Aldo. There’s something very special about that gentleman that expresses respect. Even though I am older, I’ve always admired his soft spoken manner. It was very nice of him to make time to speak to me, for I know he is extremely busy, and yet he walked over to the coffee shop to talk to me and my wife. I don’t know if I mentioned this before, when I first bought my car, some of the electrical things are very complicated, and Nick was extremely patient with me, because those things are not easy. He explained to me everything on the display and the menus and sub-menus. And before leaving, he mentioned to me that if I still have problems understanding, that he would send Eli Mendoza over to my residence to further assist my wife and me in understanding those complicated things. Mr. Mendoza had to drive 20 miles to my house and take a little over an hour explaining to us. I appreciated that so much, for he was so pleasant and patient with me, for he had to repeat himself several times to help me understand. Fortunately for me, my wife understood it first.I want to thank Nick and Christian Ames for taking the time to visit with me last time I was there. And I know both of them are extremely busy. I hate to repeat myself, but they very graciously repeat themselves for me, and are very patient. And I can feel the sincere wish they have for me. I truly believe that if I have any problems, if I have any further questions, I can call them. That’s very comforting to know. Even though I’ve been there several times, they never get tired of talking and visiting with me.

Jordan did a fantastic job handling my 2009 911 CPO repair and tire replacement. He was very responsive handling my issues with the utmost professionalism getting me back on the rode quickly.

I received premier customer service from my Service Advisor, Jay, when I purchased 4 new tires and a 4 wheel alignment for my 2018 Porsche Cayenne. The dealership, personnel, and the the service provided was exceptional.

Follow up by the service advisor, Leona Griswold, was excellent. She met all of the commitments she made to me in terms of completing the job on time and delivery of the car.

I had an emergency road trip I needed to take but I knew I need all new tires plus an alignment. Josh got me in the very next morning at 7:30am. I planned on waiting because I knew it would be impossible to get a loaner on such short notice. When I check in, Josh Grooms felt it wouldn’t be comfortable for me to wait 6hrs, so he orders me a Lyft home (49 min away). Knowing they would have my car all day, I’m trying to make sure I have everything else lined up to leave first thing in the morning…BUT just three hours later, Josh called to tell me he was able to have two mechanics working on my car so I could get it back ASAP! I was able to run all my errands without being up wicked late. Josh went way out of his way and I walked away incredibly happy and relieved, knowing I didn’t have to worry about my trip.

Got my wheels repaired and had them order the housing for the gas cap/door.. they provided a lyft home for me, and as always, took excellent care of my vehicle. Since moving to the new house, this dealership has rocked
