It was a pleasure to be treated like valued customers throughout the sale and follow up. Even the finance check-out at the end was low pressure, fair, and fun. This was my first experience with BMW. And it was a great experience!! Everyone was very nice and helpful. Christophe J. talked me through every step and was always available to answer my questions throughout the buying and manufacturing process. He went above and beyond. As I was leaving the dealership after a test drive, my car wouldn’t start and Christophe immediately went and got someone from the service department to help get my non-BMW car started. I was able to follow the manufacturing process step by step as my car was built and was even able to track it across the Atlantic from Germany, which was very fun. I would definitely recommend Christophe Joly and everyone at BMW of South Austin.

Incredible experience from start to finish for this first time BMW buyer. I came in to compare the 3 series and x3 and was able to test drive both. My client advisor, Dylan, did a great job walking me through the quirks and features of each model in detail. When I had some initial hesitations with the options for the model on the lot, Dylan offered to work with me to custom order a model from the factory instead. Truly a no-pressure sales environment.After further research and realizing the car I test drove had everything I wanted (and nothing I didn’t), I worked with Laura in Finance to finish the deal. Unlike other dealership experiences, my financing process was very transparent, and I never felt like I was getting pushed to purchase anything I didn’t need.For better or worse, I don’t think I’ll ever be able to drive a car that’s not a BMW again. And when the inevitable time to upgrade comes, I’ll be giving my business to BMW of South Austin.

As everyone knows buying any new car has been a challenge this year to say the least. I custom ordered an M3 in March, it was then plagued with the now normal delays, a recall at port, and finally…5 months later…damaged in transport to the dealership. Kristian (our now longtime family friend), was super helpful and invested in my cause the entire time. Him and Deborah worked hard to make everything right in the end, and now I have an absolutely epic car, along with some new friends. The dealership is immaculate and a lovely place to spend some time. Most of the employees are also owners of the brand, and very knowledgeable/passionate about the cars. Despite the many challenges I faced, it’s a great group to work with and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Looking forward to the next purchase in a few years 😁

By far the BEST buying experience I’ve had! I’ve been a loyal BMW customer for 10 years and this is my 3rd trade-in. I’ve never had a bad experience, but this time set the bar pretty high for future visits. Leandro was amazing. He made the time to visit with me about my trade-in options while my 3-series was in the service department. I didn’t have time to close the deal on the same say, but he was still no pressure, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Ive purchased many cars from many different dealerships, and this had to be be my best experience by far! In the current used car market you have to go where the car is, and act fast when you find it. Christophe with BMW of South Austin was great to work with via e-mail from a thousand miles away. My thanks to Christophe and everyone there for helping an out-of-state buyer, I know thats extra work. All of the staff were super friendly when I flew in and it was a great car buying experience.
Christoph was my sales person and was very professional and accommodating. The finance office was very good as well. One thing: When the tire and wheel warranty is offered, do it if your BMW has run flat tires. Nails/screws cant be repaired, the tire will need to be replaced. Learned that the hard way.

I especially appreciate that she stays in touch as the car is serviced so you know whats happening as its happening. Additionally, this dealership provides a valet service (a certain radius from their location, includes downtown!) so if I dont feel like ubering or cant get a ride to pick up the car they will either bring the car to me or pick me up and bring me to the dealership to pick up it. (I have other vehicles so I do not need a loaner). It is a wonderful service I have used multiple times.It is always a treat to visit this dealership, everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Extremely dissatisfied with the service. My last 5 oil change the oil filter wasn’t ready. I scheduled in advanced to avoid long wait time but each visit they told me they have to order the oil filter. Not sure why they wait for me to arrive to order the filter. My average wait time for an oil change is about 3 to 5 hours. I’m screwed because I purchased the oil change package from them. I have 2 more before I can start going to a different place. I took my vehicle there at 10:00 am. I just left and it’s 2:45. I’m almost late to pick my son from school.
Nice dealer, but for car haulers there are no places to park or unload. If you don’t want to risk becoming roadkill, best to park on the street by Ferrari dealer half a mile before.
Jay, Britton, and Heidi were great to work with. Fast and efficient. Also too, in a time where other dealers are price gauging due to lack of inventory BMW of S. Austin wanted no part of that. Fair prices, great service. Our new BMW go-to.

He was able to help find the perfect certified pre-owned X1 for me, which I was grateful for in the current market! They kept me updated on the status of my car (state inspection and license plate installation), made sure I knew where the waiting area was (snacks and water!), and even sent me a video of the technicians/inspectors analysis of my car.I have come here twice now for state inspections, and I see myself coming back for more than just the yearly check-up.5/5, well deserved.

Heidi is the best. I called the dealership this morning to refresh the maintenance plan on a 2019 330i that I purchased from an online dealer. Heidi was able to pull up the vehicle information, sent over the contract, and completed payment over the phone for me in just 5 minutes. I visited the other BMW dealer in the area and they straight up said they couldnt do it. Ill be going to BMW South Austin from now on.

About 2 weeks ago I tried to inquire about a vehicle via phone. I then had some correspondence via email from a different person. When I tried to call the number given a different individual answered and proceeded to tell me “I am not will to do a deal with someone who is not in the local area.” (I live in San Antonio and was willing to make a drive to purchase a vehicle). He then went on to say the reason was because I won’t be a local returning customer and that he prefers local residents to return and continue their business in South Austin.Borderline discrimination if you ask me… it’s a good thing I fight for his freedom to treat people the way he did…

Purchased my first BMW this past weekend and was a great experience. My wife and I had planned a trip to San Antonio Saturday morning, but right before leaving the house, decided to take a quick look at BMW of South Austins website. Found a couple vehicles that looked interesting, figured on our way to San Antonio, we could stop by. At 830am called and spoke with the sales manager, he said to see Dylan Radzavich when I arrived. What a great fortune, Dylan had the car ready to test drive when we pulled up a little after 9am. I drove the car, parked, went inside, made the deal and was out the door with my new 320i well before noon that same morning.

The car is absolutely gorgeous!We received a great technology tour with Colby Phillips, who was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Finally, we met with Ryan in finance to arrange financing. Ryan was great as well...professional, friendly and very helpful. We locked in our financing with BMW at a great rate and off we went in our new 430i!We could not be more pleased with our experience with BMW, BMW South Austin, Christophe and everyone we worked with, right down to the receptionist.

So many things to say about this Dealership, the Hendrick Organization and the people on their team. Everyone from the front to the back goes above and beyond to try and meet and exceed YOUR needs! From the Sales Team, Finance ladies, to Peter, who got all of my needs set up in customizing my car to me, to the Service Department and I LOVE the advisors and the Managers are always willing to help where they can, which is amazing! Lastly, I’ll stop rambling, but the technician Ben has stellar technician videos explaining your cars needs and are very informative! Buying our first BMW from BMW of South Austin was a great experience. We came in a couple of times to work with Kristian, our salesman. He was patient and did not pressure us into anything that we didn’t feel was perfect for us. Everyone else at the dealership was friendly and honest, including Ruben in finance. We feel like we came away with a great value in a vehicle and look forward to a long term relationship with this dealership.
My husband and I had the unfortunate task of replacing my previously totaled vehicle. We had been car shopping for 2+ weeks and were becoming very discouraged.The moment we stepped foot at BMW South Austin we could not have been met with better customer service. Christophe was our sales representative and renewed our faith that good customer service can still exist! Additionally, we met Steven (manager) early in our experience and he was equally wonderful. We completed our experience with Laura in financing and have never had such a smooth purchase of a vehicle. Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Bought my 2018 BMW M2 from John Amador and the experience was nothing short of perfect, John has passion for these cars and made the buying process seamless. John was honest throughout the whole process about the cars history and showed me proof of everything that the previous owner had as far as service history is concerned. Heidi Marhofer walked me through the paper work and made the whole experience simple and helped talk me though some of the maintenance and wheel protections plans (which ive used twice already!) And to finish the experience Ali Fakhreddine talked me through the tech and paired my phone! The staff was very helpful and i would recommend anyone to purchase a car through BMW of South Austin!
This place feels like home. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment you step in the door. This is now the second time in about 6 months that weve bought a car from Montye and Steve and its not a coincidence. I never thought of myself as a BMW-guy, but the way they treated my wife from beginning to end when she bought her X3 was second to none. I was so impressed with the customer service that I figured Id consider BMW when it was my turn. When I fell in love with the new 4 series, my first call was to Montye to set up a test drive. The next day, I was headed back to pick up Hulk. Why? Because these gentlemen want you to have the car of your dreams and make the process smooth and easy. They work with you and provide guidance when you need it. Theyll tell you what the smart move is even if it means not making an immediate sale on the spot, because they want you to be a customer for life and start a relationship, not just make a sale to someone they never plan on seeing again. I truly appreciate that I feel like they have my best interests in mind and that is why I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a car when the time is right. The customer service doesnt end with Montye and Steve, however. Everyone from their tech geniuses to the service staff have been great and bent over backwards for whatever weve needed thus far. Bottom line: If you want a BMW, youd be crazy to go anywhere else.

Our service specialist was very helpful and his product knowledge is very extensive. We got exactly the vehicle we should be driving, as never we had never owned a BMW before. He put us in the car that suits our needs best and not over sold us one. He gave us a fair offer, given the fact that it is a sellers market, due to the lack of inventory.
