Poor customer service and not on time. I am dealing with Jerry on my vehicle repair. He is been coming up with different date every week. Since 20 days he keep saying that it’s going through painting process and changing the delivery date. Tough to work with him and I don’t recommend this shop to anyone. Every time you call Jerry says that he will update the status and he will never comeback. It’s became tough to follow up with him.
The overall job done on my vehicle to repair body parts was done very professionally and with good detail. The project time tables did change more than once and i more than likely had to be proactive in calling to obtain updates with the mgr overseeing my vehicle. I would appreciate more updates especially if they pertain to the delay in delivering my vehicle, as i didnt feel they prioritized me as a customer from the original 10 day delivery to picking my truck up 31 days later. however, the overall job they did was very satisfactory to my judgement.

I only started driving this year, and dont really understand everything about being a car owner.Charles walked me through everything, it took less than an hour to replace my mirror and he even test drove my car to make sure the computer systems were perfect.100% will go back.
Communication + Urgency: LackingI had to follow up with them too many times to create the sense of urgency required to get this done.I had to do their job for them by calling the 3rd party vendor and inquiring about how they take payment for a part required for my vehicle so we could receive confirmation and get it shipped. I should not have to start a 3 way call to force communication and get progress on my service.Trust: NoneThe manager tried to convince me that the issue I was hearing might be normal and that I may be more sensitive to it due to the accident. This was their way of trying to get out of fixing the issue.Initiative + problem solving: LackingWhen my part was delayed month after month by the manufacturer I would have expected Autonation to come up with another solution. Instead, I had to suggest they cancel the order and source the part elsewhere...

2012 Toyota FJ Crusier: bumper wing replacement and small dent in fender. This is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I had a small job so I was not using my insurance co. I bought a replacement bumper wing on the internet. I tried to swap it out myself but my hands were not strong enough. I expected an estimate under $500. Jay Alvis came out to take a look and immediately began to remove the damaged bumper wing. He wrestled with those clips but soon had it out and the new one back in. Gave me a tip about straightening the bumper and said Remember youve got friends here. What a top notch fella. I will be a AutoNation customer from here on out. They dont make them like Jay anymore!
Was able to get in quickly on a Saturday. Thats where the great service ended. Their rep that that handles Allstate claims wasnt there that day. Apparently that means no one could schedule an appointment to actually repair my car. 2 months, 3 voicemail, and Ive yet to receive a callback to fix my car. Just poor service overall.
My catalytic converter was stolen off of my prius a while ago and my insurance had it towed here. Charles kept me in the loop through out the entire process and explained to me the different prevention options I have to avoid it happening again. Im very happy to have my car back and in perfect running condition!
I had a great experience at this Autonation Toyota Collison Center. Also the same dealership that I got my Toyota 2020 Carolla.I had an accident by someone hitting me in the rear-bumper and their insurance provider was State Farm. I needed a full bumper replace and repair, including some of the frame parts underneath that needed replacing.Tim (unfortunately I didnt get his last name) took great care of getting me a visual estimate and gave me the quickest way to file a claim with State Farm.Once I had a file claimed and put my car into the shop, my repair process was handed over to Jason.Jason Alves (nicknamed Jay) was an incredible representative when writing up estimates and dealing with State Farm.Unfortunately, State Farm is a whole different story and I know this isnt a review forum for them but it does pertain to the excellent service provided by Jason. State Farm was refusing to pay for of the parts needed for replace and repair, the lower bumper.State Farm had three forensic experts look over the pictures of the lower bumper and the scratches due to the accident. They decided that the scratches and damaged werent due to the aforementioned accident. Ridiculous and I suspect they were just trying to worm their way out of paying for the part.Jason actually called them with me on the line and we spent a 40 minute conversation with State Farm before the forensic experts were sent the pictures of the bumper. A day later, they still refused to pay. Disappointing.Jason was awesome though, he found a way to have the original lower bumper cleaned, buffed and repainted with no extra cost to me! I didnt pay a thing out of pocket for the repairs!So Jason, Tim and the crew at AutoNation Toyota Collision really understand great customer service and over delivered!

Had my Catalytic converter cut out and stolen for the 2nd time in a month. My insurance company chose AutoNation to perform the repairs for my vehicle. I was properly notified multiple times updating me and answering all of my questions. I asked if some type of contraption could be manufactured in order to possibly keep from having my CC stolen again. The repair man, im sorry i dont know his name, made me a custom bar and Horseshoe clamp to prevent anyone from wanting to steal my CC again. I am blown away by the kindness and professionalism from Charles and his crew. I truly felt taken care of and that this group at the Collision Center takes pride in their work.

Friendly staff, when you can get a hold of someone. And decent work. I had hail damage throughout my car, and many aspects were repaired great, paint looks good.The reason for 2 stars is because of so many little tiny issues. There are felt screw covers in my back door handles, both of these were missing, and when asked about them, they had no clue, but would look around for them. I ended up just buying them from Lexus because it was easier than fighting them for them. Another issue was broken tabs on my plastic door handle door cover. It was now rattling around, and eventually just fell off. If you are going to do $10k In repair, and you break a 20 dollar cover....just replace it instead of trying to hide it. Lastly, my sunroof now makes abnormal wind noise all the time. I called several times and left messages to have this looked at again, but never got a return call. I live out of town, or would have just shown up in person.
Charles and his team helped me greatly and timely. I busted my rear window and they fixed it quickly and were very helpful and respectful. They picked up and delivered my truck due to the Covid and I did not have to take it to them. I recommend them highly and without reservation! Thank you Charles and Auto Nation! This is my fifth Tundra and the last three I got from Auto National!

South Austin Toyota collision center kept me informed every step of the way even if I didnt answer the phone.
Initially gave an ok rating, nice guy to work with, relatively quick and decent work. Then I realized there were some major errors with the repairs and communication became poor. Once this was brought to the attention of the manager, Charles however, things got resolved immediately and he went above and beyond! He helped me out with with a quick unrelated part assembly and even gave me some gas to get home safely when he noticed I was on E, now that’s customer service!
5 star customer service from Jared Bogan. He put me at ease right away, explained the repairs and quoted a very reasonable estimate. Completed the work ahead of schedule and car is as good as new. Great job!
I was very happy with the repairs done on my car by AutoNation. Color match on my new parts were perfect and my rim looks brand new. They also washed and vacuumed my car far better than I’ve ever done. Hopefully I don’t need body work again in the future but if I do I will return here.
The pricing was (as far as I know) reasonable, the body repairs seem excellent, and the service manager (Jerry Lewis) was cordial and helpful.
I keep getting notifications and emails to write a review about my experience at AutoNation Collision Center, and I would love to...but my vehicle is STILL NOT FINISHED. But, I guess I will anyway. I took it in for repair under my insurance back in early/mid September after a wreck. They ordered the parts initially and it was supposed to take about a week to complete. Then, the final day of that week, I found out that they had ordered the wrong rear axle for my vehicle, and that the correct one was on backorder for over a month! They were at least nice enough to provide me with a loaner during that time. Honestly, I think it would be bad business not to, though.Luckily, the correct axle did arrive sooner than expected, and they completed the repairs. I returned the loaner, and then a few days into driving my truck, I heard a new noise that was never there before the repair work was done. Cue me having to go back and take the truck in again to be checked out. I was told that there are still additional parts for the rear differential that were not ordered or installed, and that it will take at least a few more days for the parts to arrive and to be installed. Also, apparently without these parts, damage could occur in the long term. Meanwhile, I am without a vehicle and I have already turned in the loaner since everything was deemed completed.The main redeeming factor from this experience so far has been that the person Ive interacted with, Chase White, has been very responsive, polite, friendly, and very easy to work with and get a hold of. If it werent for him, I would probably lower my rating.I may come back and edit this review once everything is actually finished. But that has been my experience so far. I will also mention that I have used this same repair center once or twice in the past with no issues at all. It just seems like this time has been a roller coaster.
I went in for some minor body work. The process to get an estimate was simple, and the information I was presented was honest and concise. The estimated time for repair was right on the mark, and the repair workmanship was satisfactory. My point of contact through the process has been Arthur. His updates while the vehicle was being repaired were daily and informative. Highly recommended.
Auto Nation is fantastic and they really do take care of their customers. I had to take my vehicle here for repairs on it. They kept me in the loop at all times and Arthur was fantastic. Everyone in the office is pleasant to speak with. All employees are so willing to help. Once my car was out of the shop, I was thrilled to see it. My only issue is that my mirror adjust button that is on the inside of the driver door, is now shoved in the door. So, I cant move my side mirrors. But thats not a big issue, I can fix that. I would gladly take my vehicle to this repair shop again!

Charles took care of me and made sure all my questions were answered and went through each step of the repair process with me in detail. He assured me that my car would be left in good hands.Charles got my car back to me a week earlier than expected. Charles even helped me install my dash cam! Great service, great communication. A little over a month ago, I was involved in a car wreck in Austin and my Toyota was rear-ended with pretty significant damage to the trunk/lift gate and rear bumper. I had the ability to choose any body shop for the insurance-covered repairs and opted to go with AutoNations body shop since I have had good experiences with their regular service department in the past. Using original Toyota parts was also important to me as the car is not very old and Id like to keep it as close to manufacturer/off the lot condition as possible.The team here was exceptional from start to finish. Relying on someone elses insurance is never easy to do and is very stressful. AutoNation knew exactly how to work with the other drivers insurance company and could talk me through next steps and what to expect. They were also flexible with my schedule and communication preferences. Its not like car wrecks happen at convenient times and as chance would have it I was headed out of town on work travel during the time the repairs would take place. AutoNation upheld my request for email communication during that time as I would not be available by phone and I had clear understanding of the repairs as they were happening as well as next steps.I was able to conveniently pick up a rental car on site which matched my make and model that was in for repair which made it very nice for continuing my day to day while my original car was in for repair. The Enterprise folks on site modeled great customer service and were helpful in helping me secure a vehicle appropriate for my personal needs.When all was said and done AutoNation was able to use all Toyota parts as I had requested - which is great because these usually cost them more - and I have full confidence driving my car knowing original manufacturer parts are inside. At inspection I was very pleased with the quality of work. Completely new body parts had been installed and undamaged original parts were able to be recycled and seamlessly integrated into the repaired area of my trunk.Its been a little over a month since my repair here and I am still very happy with the work and honest interactions I had with the staff. I would recommend coming here for body work, especially if you own a Toyota.

Been to the AutoNation Collision repair shop twice in the last year. First time I dealt with Charles White and the second time Jerry Lewis. Each time the shop appeared to do quality work. The manager Charles Reed is fantastic! First time the work took an extra day and I was paying for a rental car so he gave a discount to compensate. Second time, it was another partys fault and they had a lower estimate from a cheaper shop around the corner. Mr. Reed made sure I got a new bumper, not a junk yard one, and matched the other shops price. Everyone is friendly and easy to work with. First time, Mr. White was patient while I cleaned out my car and drove me to the airport so I could get a rental which I had ordered online. Thank AutoNation Collision and Mr. White, Mr. Lewis, and Mr. Reed!Happy 4th of July and US Independence day!7-9-19 Mr. Lewis was in the midst of a busy day, but took a few minutes to print a recap of previous work done. Charles Reed made getting my rear bumper fixed the easiest process ever. He kept me informed the whole time so I was never wondering how long it would take or what the next steps were. They also finished everything in a week, which was great! Highly recommend!

Avoid this place at all costs. They superglued parts in place. I had to take it back because they failed to identify repairs needed as well as fix their poor quality repairs. This place should be disgraced with their poor customer service and poor services.
Ive unfortunately had to use the collision service twice this year. Chase has been amazing both times. Theyve provided feedback and delivered my car promptly. Having Enterprise on site helps a lot, too!
I took my car here to get some damage fixed from a collision. The person that hit me had bad insurance, but AutoNation dealt with all of the headaches regarding the insurance company, and made my car look like new again. I was skeptical that it would look as good as it did, but they truly delivered a great result with outstanding service.

Personally the customer service is terrible, they do not respectfully attend and do not have good service in Spanish since Mr. Rivera was rude when talking with me and Mr. Rodrigues never returned the call to give me detailed information about the repair of My car . Now I have to wait, I do not know how long to repair my Toyota Camry because all they say is that the parts have already been ordered and they have not said when it will be ready. Excellent cars very bad service in the collision workshop.
UPDATE: Ive had multiple problems with my car ever since this repair. Dropping to 2 stars, and I plan to talk to the service manager soon.The people are really nice. The place its kinda dumpy tho, and the guest lounge is a small room with 2 bathrooms, so the whole thing just smelled like pee.They apparently dont recycle here, in 2019, in Austin. The woman who handles all the paperwork had a file cabinet next to her desk along with a trash can fill of paper. The same was true for AutoNation Chevy off 183 too. Must be an AutoNation thing.

Auto Nation Collision did a beautiful job of fixing the damage on my Toyota PriusV, BUT it took twice as long to get the work done. Their employees were very nice, but I was without my car for just a couple of days shy of one month, thats ridiculous.
Very good customer service. I had my friends car given out for damage servicing, he was treated very well. Had an issue with the check issued by the insurance company, but they took care of that without any issue.
Jerry was great! I always got updates on my vehicle and got my car back on time.
Repair was finished ahead of predicted time, and was very well done. Did not have to wait long to retrieve it, and the on=site Enterprise folks did a good job as well.

I like the free oil change here that is offered if you purchase your vehicle from the dealership. The waiting room has plenty of seats and a couple of televisions. They also have free wifi and even rent out ipads if you would like one. There is complimentary snacks every so often which is nice too. The personnel is always nice and helpful and I never feel pressured to have any unnecessary work done.

Work completed in a timely manner, very nice job!Reason for 3 star is Autonation sends way too many review requests, this is the foourth or fifth survey/review Ive been asked to write and I am friggin sick of it. After the sale is part of customer service as well and, in my opinion, you guys need to get rid of about 80-90% of your post service contact emails! So tedious and annoying!
Automation Collision Center are the best in the business and customer service!! Arthur Balderas is the greatest, he does very well to inform me in whats going to happen and how long it will take, also him and his team make sure everything is done right the first time. I have had work done on two separate vehicles with Autonation and their work is perfection. I would recommend anyone needing repairs to their vehicle to go with Autonation Collision Center!!

Since a Prius is different in many ways from other cars, I thought it would make sense to have it worked on by Toyota. The work was performed as scheduled, and I cant tell that it has been worked on.
