Never noticed the shop back there, but glad we found them online. Friendly, brief, and to the point over the phone. Accurate with their time and cost estimates. Then followed through with sending good work out the door.We just needed regular (but overdue) maintenance brake work this time. Both our trucks are due for alignment and general tightening up, among other things. Well be checking back in the fall to get them camping and 4x4 adventure ready again. Thanks!

I hardly ever write reviews (I should more often), but Ive never been happier to give someone my $ for an alignment. These guys were super friendly, informative, and got my Jeep running nice and true again (they are the 3rd place that tried). If you need an alignment, and especially if its a more difficult one, these are your guys!

Steel brake lines on my 2000 Honda CR-V rusted out and broke. The auto shop I usually go to was unable to do the repair. Austin’s Finest assessed the whole brake system, gave an accurate estimate, and put in a lot of time removing and replacing all the rusted lines. Difficult repair given the extent of the rust damage and location of the brake lines, running in the same conduit as the fuel line. They got the job done fast and for less money than I expected. Everything looks solid on the repair. Confident in the quality of the work. I’ll be going back to them for future brake and suspension needs.

I had my brakes and alignment done at Austins Finest. I had a last minute brake job and alignment needed before a trip, and they were able to get me taken care of quickly and affordably. Jesse was upfront about timing and costs, explained everything clearly, and hustled to get it ready by the end of the day. Another employee (I didnt catch his name) explained some pulling in my steering due to new tires, and when I came back a week later to get it fixed up, they did it fast, cheap, and perfect. I highly recommend Austins Finest to everyone and will be getting all of my brake, alignment, and suspension work done here from now on!

The guy who finally decided to help with my alignment said I need to change 1 tire before he could fix alignment, when I left to change the tire he said I needed to do the other tire too. I told him with frustration in my voice why didnt he tell me that the first time so I wouldnt have to come back and forth he said I could just return tomorrow I said no Im here and he wasnt clear the first time what I needed so fix my alignment because he didnt want to work on my car because he said they were gonna close it was barely 3 oclock they dont close until 5 !. But the jerk decided to have someone help fix it for me which I appreciate him I didnt get his name but he was an older hispanic guy, thank you if youre reading this!

These guys are the best, and Ill be doing my future brake jobs here thanks to their help on Friday.So my brakes went out on Thursday night, like something really bad that I know is going to cost me a lot of money. I made a few calls and nobody had openings until Monday, but Austins Finest said they could get me in first thing on Friday. I didnt even make it out til mid day, and Jesse remembered me from the phone and got to work on diagnosing the car. Hoping that hed be able to do the repair, I headed home. Sadly, he called me to tell me he thinks he knows the issue but due to my car being a hybrid, he wasnt equipped to work on the vehicle. I went back to pick it up and Jesse explained the problem in detail and why he couldnt do the repair. He never asked for a dollar even for doing the diagnosis, and I appreciate the complete honesty as obviously hed prefer the business.Armed with the information Jesse told me, I was able to find a shop that should be able to do the repairs. Unfortunately its not going to be until next week, meaning Im without a car for the weekend. Really wish Jesse could have done the repairs! Like I said, I will be bringing my car here for any future brake issues.

Not sure how these guys got any bad reviews. John and Jesse are super cool guys that are willing to talk and discuss so Im sure if theres any issues they wouldve been on top of it to fix asap. Brought in my old Mercedes ML that had rust that ate through both rear brake lines and they were able to get me in and out in the same day while also swapping out front pads and rotors with my own parts that I brought in.No BS. No crazy upselling or dealership-style fear-mongering. Would definitely recommend.

Just got my pads and rotors swapped in less than 30 minutes. I brought my own pads and rotors (front) and they installed them for $100. Can’t beat that!

These guys got me taken care of quickly and at a great price. I mentioned I was a ride-share driver and they promised to get me back on the road asap. 2 hours later I was back to making money with a new set of brake pads and rotors.

Took my lifted 96 f150 to them after Lambs and 4 Wheel Parts couldnt align it properly (even though they had it for 2 full days!). Austins finest had it driving straight as an arrow within a matter of a few hours. I will be taking my truck to them for every alignment I ever need from now on. Great, friendly service.I brought my E250 van in because it seemed the rear brakes were grinding a bit, or so they sounded. I assumed the pads were worn out and needed replacement and maybe the rotors turned.These guys checked the braked thoroughly on all four wheels and all were in great shape. What I was hearing was the result of some odd tire wear caused by bad shocks (which Id had replaced a couple weeks before). It was just the sound of the tires I was hearing and nothing more.They did all the disassembly, inspection and reassembly and DID NOT charge me a dime for any of it. And its not like I was an old customer. This was the first time Id ever been in. Now THAT is old fashioned, great service!They could easily have charged me for their time and done some brake work that wasnt really needed but they didnt. I call that honesty and integrity that is often hard to find in vehicle repair places

Absolutely amazing experience. I have a 2016 Toyota 4Runner that just got a 3 inch lift and knew I needed a quality alignment due to the lift but I didnt want to take my brand new car just to anyone and have someone mess it up. So after researching I read all the good reviews this shop had and decided to take the risk and the staff is very knowledgable and genuine. The alignment that was given made my car feel like how I just drove it out of the Toyota dealerships lot, perfectly aligned. Fair price for their great work. I highly recommend.

The service here was great! They called me with every update to my car with the options and pricing that went along with it. The part for my car ended up being more specific than originally thought, so it took a little longer, however they stayed open late to finish my car and called for me to come pick it up the same night. This was very beneficial since I needed to be out of town the same night. My cars steering is working great and the pump no longer vibrates or makes any unwarranted noise.

Jesse and John were tremendously helpful when I had a sudden and unexpected brake failure on Hwy 183. I spoke with them over the phone while trying to troubleshoot the issue. They provided prompt service on arrival and were able to diagnose the issue quickly. It turns out that a national chain auto repair shop had caused a leak in brake fluid from a recent service visit. They took photos and video of the issue, to help me address with the shop that caused the leak. My vehicle was fixed within two hours and the cost was much less than I expected. Both Jesse and John were down to earth, explained the issue in a manner that I could understand and were especially kind, after a very stressful situation. I would eagerly return and recommend their services.

Brakes were squeaking pretty bad and went to get them checked out. They told me I still had a lot of life left on my brakes and how to keep them from making noise. Most places would have told me to replace them. Good honest business that I’ll recommend to anyone.

These guys are liars, or lazy.I went there for a basic front toe alignment, they charged 150$, and I drove off with the vehicle, driving exactly the same as when I brought it in.They tried to use their con-artist skills to convince me that I should have gotten the full alignment package at which was much more expensive than all the other shops in Austin.I ended up taking my vehicle to my buddy who works at a dealer in North Austin.He hooked up the vehicle to a modern day alignment machine and showed me how the Toe adjustment was still serverly out of alignment.Which means these guys didnt do squat, except ask for free money...Literally, go anywhere else when you Google, alignment shop near me.

Finally a place to trust for service.. had my BMW 750 aligned after two other shops thought they got it right.. hard car to align.. not for these guys.. so then needed my truck brakes done and again, guys knocked it out of the park..

I had my front brakes repaired during a cross country trip from Cali to Atl. Front pads and roters were replaced on my Accord for $325 - which was much cheaper than any other quote I was able to get in the area.These guys were genuinely kind to me. These guys are cheaters. I brought my car to them to replace the break pads. They told me that it will cost me no more than $60-80. But after they did their job, they charged me $100, saying that the work actually costed $130 and they made a discount to me down to $100. They knew what kind of vehicle I brought them, couldnt they tell me in the very beginning how much it was going to cost me? The work actually was only 15-20 minutes, but still they charged a different amount after they already did the job. They didnt even tell me ahead that it will cost me more. Always hated cheaters. I dont recommend this place

Steer clear of this shop at all costs. They wont do the repairs and then charge you claiming they guarantee their work. After calling several shops and researching the issue, I took my wifes car to them to have her master cyliner replaced(brakes were spongy) and have the brakes flushed.Two days later I got a call saying they could not get the correct part. It was strange a brake shop could not located such a generic part. I asked them if they would install a part I brought in and they agreed because they were having a hard time locating it. Upon pick up, I was told the issue was not resolved and that the part was bad. I asked them if they had flushed the lines and removed the air and I was repeatidly assured the work was done. So we paid them and called another brake shop who came our home to do the work because the car was not driveable at this point. After flushing the brakes I was told the work was not done and also given a bottle of the dirty fluid that came out of my car.Not only did they not honor their service guarantee, they blamed me and the new part for the brake fluid being dirty. These guys are not honest. STAY AWAY!

These guys were friendly and very educational. They allowed me to come back in the garage so they could show me and explain a few things in reference to my brakes and tires. Very appreciative of their service. Price was as previously agreed upon. No surpises. I drive a 2015 ford fiesta. New car needed brakes changed for 1st time and I purchased brakes and rotors seperatly online. I would reccomend to a friend and I will be returning. Im new to Austin and I think I have found my mechanic.
