This has been a totally unacceptable customer service experience on every level for over a year now. We find it really telling that when they want to sell us another policy (we have 5 policies in total with them), we get calls and emails almost daily. Yet when we actually need their assistance with a rare claim they choose to respond with radio silence. Steve Vinklarek himself makes excuses that they are just so busy, and yet when he gets wind that we may want life insurance he is suddenly available and taking the initiative to reach out to us repeatedly. Whats worse is that their claims department is the worst version of the stereotypical insurance company that does everything possible not to pay and honor your policy. We are canceling all of our policies with them and would encourage others to look elsewhere.

Best Motorcycle Insurance Prices for New BikesWhen I bought my new bike, I was shocked at insurance rates from other providers. State Farm gave me a great rate that was almost what I was paying on my 8 year old bike. Steve was recommended to me from an old coworker who was a long time client and spoke very highly of him and his team. I am so glad she did because I have had nothing but positive experiences with them. They have always been so helpful and patient, walking me through all the aspects of my policy when I first joined (it was my first time getting insurance off my parents plan). Even more recently, I moved and forgot to update my billing address with them, they called me to let my know my payment didnt process, they let me call them back a few hours later (since I was at work) and were very patient with me, getting to the root of the problem. My husband had been a client of Steves for many many years until he passed away and I assumed all the bills for my son and I. In the 10 to 15 years working with Steve on car accidents, roof problems, other incidents, Etc., I have never been disappointed once. At any point that I have had to call, Steve and State Farm have immediately taken care of my case and have been so reassuring and they have let me know that I need not worry and in every single case that was true. I have never had to call back and say did you take care of this or that; they promised they would take care of it, and they did, plain and simple. So, I have no complaints whatsoever and that kind of security is virtually unheard of, especially these days. I also have to put a word in for the staff. They are the first thing you see or talk to when you need them and the phone never rings more than two or three times, the staff immediately takes down the information, has never been rude, if it is after hours or on weekends I am assured that they will have the local office call me the next day and true to form, they have never disappointed either.
