Im been working with Jacki Weaver at this office. She is a quite professional who is always trying to understand her customers need and following up any issues. One of biggest reason of holding policies for a long time was because of her outstanding service Ive experienced so far. Normally, I don t expect it elsewhere. Jackie, Matt, Austin and Patrick (are the people that I have personally dealt with) are ALL great!!! Excellent customer service! They really seem to care about their customers and not only try their best to help but they are also super creative with easy and quick solutions, surpassing my expectations every time! Totally worth it, having agent(s) I can meet with in person or phone/email that actually knows ME and my needs as a customer, even if the cost was higher than their competitors, I would prefer the peace of mind that this brings! Highly recommend it! Location also easy to get to. And they always answer the phone!
