Over priced & not very helpful. They were charging us DOUBLE what liberty mutual offered us & when we asked our rep if they could make a comparable offer we were ghosted. There were also a few weather related damages that made our rates go up even though we were told that those specific incidents wouldnt have an affect on our policy.

I want to share an excellent experience I had on 8.5.20 with Lexy from Farmers Insurance - Alycen Lucy. I was driving to Corpus Christi when my windshield started cracking and the crack kept moving across the windshield. I called Lexy to ask about my coverage for this and she looked that up quickly and then offered to call a glass company in Corpus since I was driving. Lexy scheduled an appointment for me and by 1pm I had a new windshield installed and was able to drive back to Austin that evening without worry.I want to thank Lexy for the exceptional customer service, something that is hard to find in this day and time.
