You know you found your FOREVER insurance person when you reach out to them to see if you have roadside assistance with your policy and she tells you she is actually not far away and can come jump your car battery for you. I honestly cannot recommend Penny high enough b/c the fact that coming to help was the first thing she thought just describes the kind of person she is and the values her company holds. I would like to say Elaine and Penny made the transfer process quick, comfortable, and effectively. I got to these ladies due to my dissatisfaction with my prior agent. I googled Penny before going and read her past reviews a majority rated her a 5, and with my experience today I could understand why. She takes the time to listen and act on any concerns you may have. ill definitely be referring her to others.

It took 5 days total for me to get my quote. I waited assuming I would get a loyalty discount and my rates in texas would be lower than in louisiana...only to be blindsided with twice the normal premium. No discount for 15 years of using farm bureau. I now am insured by progressive. I pay 20 dollars less per month than i did in louisiana, and my quote only took 3 hours. Very dissatisfied with the service i recieved from this office.
