For the first time in my insurance buying life I actually feel like I have an ally. Melissa has been a blessing. Not only has she helped me find the best coverage she also saved me a lot of money. I switched my insurance to Allstate when my old company refused to insure one of my sons who had gotten a couple of traffic tickets. That was a rude awakening, but I found Fleming and Conway who have been so very helpful. I have auto, home, and umbrella insurance with them, and I have been pleased with the helpfulness of their agents and their availability which is immediate with one phone call. Our family is pretty quiet and uneventful, but a couple of things have come up lately and they have always been able to make resolution as painless as possible. I would recommend the agency.

Immediate responses to my requests, often via email to save me time. When I need a detailed interaction they answer on the first ring and I have what I want within minutes. I wish they handled more than insurance! Lastly, when I have had difficult life changes, they were so calm and professional, it was easy to handle my business and move on with my new life. Our company buys rental houses. Recently, we were going to closing on a house and realized we had forgotten to arrange for insurance. It is a good company I really like it and still have insurance with this company but the road assistant is not worth cuz I called for help about a week ago and I had two tires flat but they didnt shows up on the time and then I called my friends for help thanks a lot form my friends that they helped me out and I hope Allstate bring the changing about the Road assistant to make sure get the customer as soon is possible to fix the car to get the job back .
