Poor customer service. I was transferred to this office to do a policy re-write. The girl who answered the phone claimed she could hear everything I was saying but my name, asked me to repeat my name 3 times and then started saying my name incorrectly. When I said something to her about her saying my name incorrectly, she claims she couldn’t hear me. I told her I felt she was doing it on purpose and she hung the phone up on me in my ear.

I previously had Farmers, but much like the retail banking business it was impossible to get personalized service from them. Never contact me before expiration policy
Amanda Escobar was referred to me by one of my friends who has Allstate with her agency. He told me that Amanda and her staff took care of him during a claim that he had with another insurance company. The other insurance company did not want to pay for the claim stating they were not at fault. Amanda and her staff stepped in and were able to help get all repairs to the car. Additionally, they always take care of my calls each and every time that I have called. Amanda is always there to educate me on how insurance works and how to protect me in case I have an accident. Her knowledge is invaluable!

I have never had such a terrible experience with an insurance company. I cancelled my policy June 1st and continued receiving emails about my not-terminated policy until yesterday! I was barely given a termination paper to sign JUNE 28TH when I asked for it to be terminated on June 1st! NOW they try to tell me I owe $225 from adding a car in April? Why was it not added to my auto draft bill in May? So so unprofessional.
