One of their Insured hit my moms vehicle and then refused to respond to Mercury Insurance so they waited 2 1/2 weeks for him to respond and he responded but only called once on the weekend and no one was in the office. He decided to respond on the very last day and now I get my quote from Mercury and they told me to get a quote also then my quote gets rejected because it’s to expensive and cost way more than theirs. Now they want me to go find another quote that is either equal or less than their $700 quote. Going around in circles waiting 1 1/2 month and still can’t get the car fixed.

Mercury in my opinion has the worst customer service and are all about screwing you over, even if you have been a customer for over 5 years. I was in an accident almost a month ago and barely heard back from them last week. They told me my car was a total loss, which I knew only because I contacted the Collision center myself. Now, they are low balling me on the valuation of my SUV. Whatever you do, do not waste your money on Mercury Insurance. They will take your money no problem and then when the time comes for them to help you or get you your money, GOOD LUCK.

As close too a scam as you can get. Amazed they are still allowed too operate.

They phish a lot.Gave you a cheap quote then dig after the fact (they also told you not to renew your current policy to lock you down) some dirt on you to jack up price.And they jack up price for wrong reason -Some not-at-fault accident happened half a year ago.

Had an accident. Now going in circles of them telling me they cant look at my car for 30days. Also they place towed it to said they were going to junk yards to fix my car which is illegal. They promised a rent a car and now being told i have to pay for it. Called another bidy shop where Im going to take my car and he said my car is totaled and that my insurance company is just milking it. Worest company to buy insurance through.

Property claim management at this office is beyond incompetent and untrustworthy.
