Krystal Transportation did an amazing job for my daughters wedding last weekend! We booked a Limo Bus to take guests to and from the hotel in Dripping Springs to our Rehearsal Dinner in Austin. Our driver was prompt and very courteous. Our guests really enjoyed riding in luxury without any worries - it was so much fun! It was a great way to get the party started. We also booked a limousine to transport the bride and groom from the wedding reception to their hotel. The driver was on time and so polite and sweet. The newlyweds enjoyed the ride, complete with champagne and a just married sign on the back of the limo. Great service! From the initial booking conversations, email follow-up, pick up and drop off, Krystal Limousine was flawless. They had competitive pricing with other local companies and were so easy to work with. We requested a later pickup than originally scheduled as our day on the lake went long. Antonio was quick to reply that it would be no problem. Antonio was prompt to pick up, friendly and the vehicle was immaculate and a treat for our night on the town. He went above and beyond. This was by far the best transportation experience weve ever had. We took a group of 25 from a wedding to downtown and we had impeccable service from the initial booking to the end of our trip. Daniel was our driver and is one of the friendliest humans on the planet. Half of the people we were with have taken a party bus with us before, and both times the bus broke down. Thankfully, we did not experience that with Krystal.The bus was extremely nice and the stereo was awesome. We left a bit of a mess and I wanted to pick it all up before leaving, but Daniel insisted that they will take care of it.We will ABSOLUTELY use their services any time we need transportation services.

Our group probably wouldve felt like we were going to prom in a limo and I was really grateful for some other options that are still luxury and professional. We required 2 56 passenger buses and a 26 passenger executive limo spread out across two days. The vehicles were BEAUTIFUL. Clean, New, Shiny...our guests were very pleased with the transportation which was important as they were traveling about 45minutes to the destination in Dripping Springs.The Service: Each and every single pick-up was early. I have ridden in both the Bentley and the Escalade and both times it was a great experience! The drivers are always polite and knowledgeable about the city and the best places to go. Ive taken a look at the Lamborghini and cant wait to book that for my next special occasion!
