Since August of 2017, in my new role as an executive global event planner, I’ve hired Envoo on a regular basis and I can depend on Alex to bring me punctually to the airport and I can depend on him to pick me up . Alex is always early and on time for pickups, whether at 3am or midnight or late evening. Very unprofessional, they did not honour the advanced reservation contract and dumped me abruptly at the eleventh hour late at night prior to my early morning flight, for another customer. I was utterly shocked, never had been treated like that using a taxi/limo/shuttle service to the airport.I had made a reservation via their site 5 days earlier, and they confirmed via email and text that the driver will be coming 4.30 am on the date of my flight, and no re-confirmation was requested/necessary. On the night prior to my flight, they called my phone (because they have another customer waiting, otherwise they would not have called me), however I could not get to my phone within that brief 10 minutes of them trying because I was in the bathroom preparing for bedtime, and did not hear my phone ringing. They then proceeded to text me that they are cancelling my reservation because they have another customer, and I did not answer my phone. Wow, calling me so late and unexpectedly, and never even consider the many reasons why one could not answer the phone in those brief 10 minutes. This is not the way to run a service where people rely on punctuality. I did called them back, of course, and gave them the chance to reinstate the reservation but they refused, so this gave me no choice but to report their service as bad. Definitely will not use them again.

The driver is always on time as requested if not early; always pleasant; eager to help me with whatever I need; a great sense of humor. I call ENVOO before any other transportation service because I know I will get dependable service wherever I need to go.

They saved the day! When another cab company flaked on our reservation, ENVOO was able to pick up 12 people immediately and again later in the evening. Highly recommended.

Quick and easy, same day reservation, driver/owner was patient and courteous while my wife and I with our infant and 2 teenagers for ourselves together at the airport from our trip to Orlando and back home to Austin!!

My husband made a reservation in advance for a 10am pick up to get to the airport. They were supposed to contact him before arrival and never did. At 10 am when they hadnt arrived or bothered to contact him he called and got no answer. He tried texting and they responded they were on their way. When he asked their ETA driver responded 10:25. Driver did not show up at that time either. Had to text again. He finally called at 10:30 to say he arrived and was out front. We walked outside because we didnt see the taxi. He was parked at the wrong house next door. Really? Cant read clearly displayed house address or tell time. Would never use them again. No excuse for not calling and not being punctual.

We had a terrific experience with Envoo as part of a group outing to Austin for the weekend. On short notice and with 13 people to handle, they made multiple trips for us between downtown Austin and Lago Vista. When you consider it was approximately 60 minutes between our destinations, theyre willingness to accommodate us (at a price better than Uber) played a key role in the trips success. Furthermore we left a few items behind and the next day, on their own time, they made a special effort to return those to us. It was reliable and trustworthy service at its best.
