Alex was great, he was super responsive, professional and took a lot of pride in his work. At the end of the job I did ask him about my first floor and second floor temperature differences, he offered to look in the attic and found an air leak and fixed it. I have been using Citywide for a number of years, and they always do an excellent job. I recently needed to replace an old unit in a new house I bought. I called Citywide in the morning, Jake came out later that day, and the next day it was installed. The price was great and Jake made the entire process very easy. I couldnt recommend them more and will always use them for any HVAC needs.

Citywide was able to provide same-day service (a longshot in Texas summers), communicated clearly the expected time window and showed up when they said they would. Jake and his partner immediately identified the issue and moved to resolve it with no double talk or upselling. Completed the job and a visual inspection quickly, talked me through my issue, gave some great maintenance advice -- all at a reasonable price. Citywide is my new go-to for not only HVAC, but any home service issue I encounter. Highly recommended.

I had a power issue that I though was generated by a faulty breaker. I replaced the breaker myself and was still having an issue. I called to schedule an appointment and was given a reasonable date later in the week as it was a holiday weekend. Mike called me and came out on a holiday Monday to help. I was not home so my wife Facetimed me in order to consult with Mike. He checked my work in the breaker box and confirmed I wired the breaker correctly and that power was accurately getting to the breaker. He then proceeded to check an additional GFI on an outlet in the garage. with a simple click, everything was back on. I was embarrassed not to know the fix was so simple and skip this step in my troubleshooting. Mike did not rub my oversight in and after solving the problem did not even charge us!! We have used these guys since we moved into this house 5 years ago and we will continue to be loyal to them. Mike, thanks again for your service.

Wonderful company! Jake was able to quickly make it out to our home after our AC went out on a 100+ degree day. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I have worked with other companies that were not up-front with their pricing, but Jake charged me exactly what he told me during the rough estimate. He switched out only the parts necessary and didnt try to up-sell me on a whole new system. He also educated me on our unit while here so I can better understand things should there ever be another problem. Ill certainly do business with Jake and crew in the future and will highly recommend them to our neighbors as well.

Jake at Citywide was in the area working on another house when I asked him to look at my A/C and water. They were much more reasonably priced than some of the others I talked with and were incredibly fast and friendly. Had everything switched out the next day. I had some follow up questions and have always gotten replies within hours and fixes as fast as it would be possible to get them. Definitely recommend Jake and Citywide for A/C or water heater needs!

Mike and team are courteous, professional, and let me peek over their shoulders as they fixed several issues, both plumbing and HVAC. My favorite thing about this group...they showed up when they said they would and completed the jobs quickly! Might not seem like a big deal but when time off work is involved, its nice to know that they were considerate of my time. Work on my 2009 house included a complete redo of my main sewer line(from my house to the street), installment of a brand new AC fan motor, and water pressure valve replacement. I just moved into a new build so I think it will be a while before I need to call upon CityWide. Until then I will give out recommendations to those that are in need of help.

My AC was going on and off for several days so I called City Wide. Mike took time out of his day on Sunday, Fathers day to check out my unit. The motor had gone out and needed to be brought in from another location. He was back on Monday early in the afternoon to finish the job.It only took half an hour to finish the install and now my house is perfectly cool once again. City Wide does fantastic work. They are very responsive and go out of their way to help their customers out. Several of my family members throughout Austin use their services. On top of that they have extremely good pricing and are honest people.

A/C went out while we were on vacation, came home to it not working. We called first thing in the morning, and Jake was able to fix it before noon. Also gave me some good information on what to expect once my system needs a total replacement. Great service- fast, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable.

Very professional came late after hours I would highly recommend this company to any family or friends who need these type of services. Our AC went out at 7:30 PM they were able to make it out to our home, within a few hours and had figured out our issue. I needed some plumbing work for my water pressure reducing valve. Efrain came out to my home and was super efficient. My water flow was back to normal. Efrain was super friendly and explained everything. I would definitely recommend City Wide Services to my friends.

A/C Stopped working overnight so I called Citywide at 8:30 am. They had Jake at my house by 9:00 and problem diagnosed/repaired by 9:45. Jake did a great job - a quick capacitor change and we were up and running. He then did a full inspection and made some further recommendations. I enjoyed having Jake - he was friendly, very informative, and didnt talk down to me. He had the attitude of a teacher, and its clear he wants his customers to be knowledgable in what is going on with their system. Great service and great pricing and great speed.

I have been using City Wide Services (mainly Jake Lippe) for My home and my apartment complexes for several years now. He always tries to be out the day I call even if he cant get there till 6 or 7 at night! excellent service I highly recommend this company and if you can get Jake even better. they are very reliable and will not over charge you which is always a plus in my book when dealing with over 70 units!! I called because my AC unit outside was making a strange noise the night prior. Mike came by within an hour of my initial call. He was extremely nice and helpful, explaining what he was checking and why. Of course, when he was checking it seemed to work fine, as is the way of the universe. When the unit inevitably misbehaves causes me stress yet again, I will 100% always call CityWide again.

Air Conditioner went out yesterday afternoon when we were having a record breaking 108 degree day. A good friend recommended Citywide and I couldn’t be happier, well I could be happier if my AC hadn’t bit the dust but life happens! I got home from work and found our air conditioner had stopped working sometime that day. I called multiple A/C companies in the area and everyone was telling me that the soonest they could come see me was the next afternoon. I was expecting a tech to come out and troubleshoot my issue, instead I got a salesman trying to sell me a new over priced water heater. Nice sales people with good customer service skills for sure, (out 60 bucks just to talk). If your looking for a drain in your economy then this is the place for you. As for me I will be taking my business else where.

Requested service and they were going to charge a $59 fee just to come give me a quote for simply replacing a shower head/arm in a 4 yr old home. I wouldnt have minded if they could have at least given a range over the phone but she said she couldnt. AND, they also do not substract the $59 from their total bill if you use them. So, if they had come to the house and quoted me a fee 3X the going rate for the area and I said no they still would have charged me $59 for the pleasure. NO THANK YOU. Bad business and I am tired of bad business practices.

Called City Wide Services and over the phone had a thorough discussion of my issue. Was reassured I did not need their services at that time; no hard sale to make an unnecessary service call.Then several months later, a new issue developed; they were prompt, thorough, comprehensive, and competitively priced.I was given a quote and told the equipment replacement would be the equal quality/efficiency etc, and it turns out the equipment I needed was about a lot more money to them and was a tougher job than anticipated. City Wide kept their promise and STUCK TO THE QUOTE.
