I came in for a dental implant and they have always made sure to walk me throughout all the steps so that I fully understand what’s happening. Highpoint Dental has been my dental office for years. I can honestly say the experience is always excellent. The staff is welcoming and Dr Baltz is friendly and on top of things. I do not look forward to finding a new dentist after we move.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a dental office. I provided my insurance information upon scheduling an appointment for me and my son. This was almost a month prior to the appointment. I went and had the cleaning and exam as scheduled. A few weeks later I received a bill for just over $400. After calling my insurance I found out that they were out of network. At no point prior to my appointment did anybody bother to tell me this. I have scheduled appointments at other dental offices before and they were kind enough to let me know if my insurance would not cover services. When I found a new provider that was in network I called to have records sent over. I was sent a form to request the release. Nothing else was asked of me. I filled out the form and requested that records be send to the new office. When I called to ensure the records were sent over they demanded a $530 payment before they would send the records. At no point was I advised payment needed to be made prior to records being sent. I said I was happy to make the payment but need the records send. The receptionist just kept repeating that payment needed to be made. They also tried to collect payment for services that I had scheduled a month out prior to finding out they were out of network for my insurance. I would not recommend this dental office to anyone unless you like being deceived and treated as though you are unable afford anything.

Went to Highpoint Dental today for an initial visit. The staff in the office were all very nice and made me feel very welcome. Dr Baltz was also great. Personable and clearly knowledgeable. Great chairside manner about him. Wonderful experience overall and I would recommend Highpoint Dental Care.

Wow. I wish I found this place earlier! I think I found my forever dental office. Before High Point, I was bouncing around from different dental offices trying to find an office I felt comfortable in. My experience was great. Let me start with the staff, they are so kind and friendly. My hygienist Salome, was very gentle (which was wonderful because I am pregnant and have a more sensitive mouth) and she was super informative. The office is very clean and pretty. No need to be worried about going to the dentist, they will make you feel very comfortable

Talk about a great experience. Heres me, mid 30s and terrified of the dentist after bad experiences in the past (so many with these stories), dreading the amount of work I need done to fix my neglected teeth. First big body of work is a crown and filling in one go. Literally zero pain, discomfort or anything bad to say about this trip. Nitrous and numbing did the job, and I thought I would need to be knocked out just to get through. Its hard to put into words how I went from fear and phobia, to looking forward to my next appointment.Dont put off making an appointment out of fear. I did that for nearly 15 years (with just cleanings every couple years, but not addressing my cavities and issues), which adds up when it comes to teeth.Dr. Baltz will make sure youre comfortable and pain free. Everyone that helped is also amazing.Never thought I would be excited about a dentist, but here we are. Get those chompers taken care of!

I have been a patient with Highpoint Dental Care for over 6 years now. After not having gone to the dentist for almost 5 years due to not having dental insurance, I was pleased to find the staff at Highpoint Dental Care. We had a lot of work ahead of us and after a few years of corrective procedures, I am happy to have a healthy smile. The staff is kind, caring and works with your budget ensuring the best care no matter the cost. I dont live as close as I used to, but I still make the drive twice a year to get my cleaning and check up.I am happy to report the staff is fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and have made the office as welcoming and comfortable as possible during a pandemic. I didnt feel anxious or at risk at any point in my last visit.

While it did take longer than expected I can’t really complain. X-rays were extensive providing the most scope for my particular concerns. Dr. was very professional and informative. I felt comfortable and wasn’t just pushed towards the most expensive option. Will be returning

I found my way to this office by following Hazel from my previous dentist. She knows about the battle I have been in since TMJ treatment changed my jaw and my bite causing so many painful issues. I was nervous seeing a new dentist but I was glad that I chose Dr. Baltz. He really cares about his patients and doesnt try to push unnecessary treatments which is a blessing to me after all I have been through. I one my bite was off but no one listened to me. He corrected my bite and that alone is a blessing.

Everybody here is always kind to me, and they never hurt my teeth/gums. Overall, they do a good job and have a friendly environment.

When I came to Dr. Baltz my teeth were in such a bad place and it was because I have been so scared of dentist… after I met Dr. Baltz and his team I was much more relieved about having him work on my teeth. Not only is he a very down to earth person, he also knows what he’s talking about and the best way to help you. He has always come up with more than one way to help me get the result in looking for. My parents went after me to see him and were as satisfied as I was. Even when his schedule is jam packed, he makes time for the people that need him.Besides being a great doctor, his staff is a group of some of the NICEST people I have ever met in my life. When I had to make a tough decision about what to do with one of my teeth, and having been under a lot of stress, I broke down and started crying in the chair. Next thing I know, Hazel, one of his assistants came to me, gave me the biggest hug and let me cry on her shoulder letting me know she understood where I was coming from, but that Dr Baltz was going to help make it so you couldn’t even tell I had tooth missing.If your looking for a dentist that will take care of you and treat you like part of the family, you should defiantly see Dr. Baltz and his team!!

Honestly I don’t like the dentist and have some anxiety difficulties, but everyone that works at this office was kind, listened, and truly cared about making my experience a positive one by showing costs, explaining needs, and expanding on teeth whitening etc. Definitely recommend Hygienist Lou. She took her time explained everything and made sure I was comfortable, but got done what needed to be accomplished! Beyond grateful for this team at Highpoint Dental.

Shamefully I hadn’t been to the dentist in a handful of years, but High Point made my worries and stresses disappear. Today I had my cleaning with Courtney and she was a gem. Kind, understanding and helped me relax about safety measures the clinic was taking during the pandemic and walked me through my cleaning. I chose the dentist because of convenience but after two great visits I happy to write this review. Nice friendly staff, the Dr spent time to see what I wanted and needed. I dont have really any dental problems so xrays anda cleaning are the services I received. I feel comfortable should I need anything, that they will be able to provide it. See you in 6 months!

I’m relocated to the Denver area shortly before COVID hit and have been looking for a dentist to establish care here. I’m super anxious about going to the dentist so finding someone who knows what they’re doing and puts me at ease are priorities for me. Justin and his staff are all amazing. After having a bad dental experience at another dentist here in Aurora I found high point dental. I had 4 front teeth repaired with crowns and the whole process leading up to getting the work done was amazing and very informative. Then came the actual procedure, ( i have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dentists ) I did not feel a thing not even the numbing shots were felt. Everything went very smooth and I was made very comfortable. This will now become the only place my family and I visit for all our dental needs. Recently I went and got my teeth cleaned. The staff and the dentists are very friendly and good. Especially Jessica who is very nice and funny, even while finishing cleaning my teeth. Also, when I went in the first time about a year and a half ago, I got checked out for wisdom teeth and right away they were able to take care of them. Very good place to go the dentist!!!

Dr. Baltz and his staff have yet again exceeded my expectations. They found a way to accommodate a last minute urgent request to see my wife who was not currently being seen by Dr. Baltz. It has been years since I have been to the dentist so I was a little worried about coming into today. Right away the staff was so caring. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and came to check on me multiple times to see if I had any questions. Michelle took wonderful care of me! She is so sweet! Dr. Baltz was very kind and genuine! Jessica was so fun and made me forget that I was getting my teeth cleaned! Melissa is very friendly and understanding! Seriously, you guys are the best!
