Everyone is friendly and pleasant. The office has very up to date equipment. They thoroughly explained what was scheduled and the cost for each service, letting you decide what you wanted. The dental hygienist is thorough with the cleaning and explaining how things looked. An assistant cleaned and did the fluoride treatment. I was impressed with the doctor and would not hesitate to have him do work on my teeth.

I had a great experience at Station Dental Aurora. Like many, I have a fear of the dentist. However, the folks here are so caring and did everything to put my mind at ease. I’ve had one half of my mouth deep cleaned and go in for the other half in a couple of days.I would especially like to shout out to Aaron, the dental hygienist. He is absolutely wonderful and did a great job on my teeth. He is extremely gentle and understands deeply what it’s like to be the person in the chair. I cannot send enough praises!I would highly recommend anyone come to Station Dental, especially if you’re scared of the dentist. You’re in good hands here.

I had a terrible experience with Station Dental and would not recommend.The dental services themselves were okay compared with other dentists I have visited, but the appointments took longer for the same results. Its primarily the communications around billing and the seeming lack of communication between staff that motivate me to give this office such a poor rating.While they make an attempt to be friendly, they either do not communicate with each other or do not communicate with patients. The dentist performing the filling the day of my appointment gave me a sort of second assessment, in which it seemed he did not trust his previous colleaguess judgement, which is fine - a different opinion. I was told by this technician that I would be having fewer fillings done than originally quoted, signed off on a price for the appointment. I was then was told at the time of payment (after all services completed) that they had actually decided to do an additional filling so were now billing me for it, inconsistent with my estimate AND what I agreed to have done that day.I then received a letter in the mail that my insurance hadnt covered as much as they had estimated, so again was on the hook for more than what I signed off on for services. While this is not entirely uncommon and I intend to pay the difference, just a day or two after I received that letter advising me this, I received another call asking me to pay this balance. Any office that performs unauthorized services, does not seem to work as a team, and is more concerned with acting as a debt collection agency than the health of its patients is not somewhere worth spending your money.

I am incredibly grateful for station dental Aurora for their persistence in getting me in ASAP. They also called me in early to check out the problem I was having. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of dental work. I chipped my front tooth and the lady who fixed it is AMAZING. You can tell she is super knowledgeable and loves what she does for a living. All staff was very helpful. I scheduled my next appt to have my other teeth observed and to have a cleaning done. I brought my son to Station Dental Aurora for an emergency visit! They got me in within a couple hours of calling which was so helpful! The care we received was the absolute best and I was very impressed by our overall experience! The staff was extremely nice and did amazing work! They cared for my son and did a fantastic job! I went in for an emergency visit because of a hole in my tooth caused by a cavity. I was in severe pain (as one can imagine) and in need of help. I got there, the receptionist was very nice, professional, and competent, easy-peezy check in. Heres the not so good part of the visit. Whilst attempting to take x-rays of the tooth, the dental assistant shoved the piece in my mouth and I almost threw up because I have a strong gag reflex. I told her that, TWICE, and she had the audacity to say, Let me tell you how this is going to go. And then it all went for bad. What youre not going to do is TELL me what youre going to do to ME. In these overly sensitive times, the co-signing defense of service employees who are in the WRONG needs to end. Today it ended with me. She learned a valuable lesson today, treat people as individuals and be respectful or accept the consequences. While the dentist was very nice, he simply referred me out to get a root canal and I left in pain. The stars are for the receptionist.

By far the best Dental Clinic. I had a lot of work to be down from military negligence. I was scared and upset at the current state of my teeth. But they assured me it would be okay. Assisted with making a plan to get it all done without it being overwhelming. My Dentist is calm and compassionate. You can hear it in her voice when she speaks to you. The Dental Hygienist is knowledgeable and will try to make you laugh. The woman at the front desk are so warm and sweet. Highly recommend if you are like me; terrified of the Dentist. It was my first visit and i was slightly anxious about visiting the dentist after so long. I arrived and i felt relieved as i walked in. Its a beautiful office, with nice welcoming staff. They do not follow your insurance guidelines for billing. They are trying to stick me with a fee that isnt billable per contract with my insurance. Very poor billing staff and Very argumentative. Even worse than my ex. If my bill isnt settled by the time I receive my appeal then the medical board of examiners, the joint commission, state licensing agency, and the department of regulated agencies will be notified. I highly recommend getting your dentistry needs elsewhere.

I went in for an exam and cleaning and was told I had a tooth that need a filling because it could become a problem at anytime, even though it never bothered me my entire life. You tend to believe what a dentist take you so I went ahead with the filling, which ended up being a root canal, which is now not crowned and is broke. I think because of the pandemic they were looking to make far money and now Im left with a bad tooth that was perfectly fine prior to my visit. I no longer respect dentists.

What can I say, just a great experience from beginning to end. Everyone is so nice and make you feel like you belong. I really like Dr. Miller. She is very sharp and answers all my questions.

Station dental is legitimately the only place where I have not felt judged for the work I need done. Stacey is an incredible hygienist and the front desk staff is superb. Absolutely love this office! Everyone hates going to the dentist myself included, however after finding Dr. Miranda I must say going to the dentist was no longer a hate. Station Dentals staff made my experience easy and painless as possible. The Dr. and her staff gave me a new smile for the first time in over 20 years! Ive had dentists tell me Id need veneers to fix my smile which would cost me thousands and thousands of dollars! Never once did I have a doctor offer to try and drill on the teeth or examine an alternative to such expensive dental work. Dr. Miranda literally fixed my two front teeth in less than 20 minutes. What I suffered with for most of my life was fixed in less than 20 minutes absolutely unreal! Ive had 1 crown and an inlay done with the Doc and I couldnt be happier. Of course, shes my wife, so I should say that. But its really no exaggeration. Station Dental - Aurora with Dr. Kim Kennelly recommended a root canal and crown on a badly infected tooth but the endodontist said the tooth cant be saved! Dr. Kennelly is a very precise liar, she attempted to scam me and the insurance company out of big bucks nearly $4,000! Always get a second and third opinion from a specialist. Station Dental also claims the unnecessary x-ray ($300+) will be written off but I have a feeling this dentist office will be submitting a bill to my insurance company. Good, I shopped around because I would have gotten ripped off! Price gouging is her specialty.

If you needed a dentist you don’t anymore. Just go here, seriously. You won’t be disappointed.. Unless you hate great service and better people.
