The staff is amazing and Dr. Kim is such a wonderful caring person. She makes sure her patients are comfortable from a blanket to taking a needed break during a procedure. They also have set up so many safe practices during this Covid pandemic that I felt safer than seeing my doctor. I would highly recommend her to anyone especially if you have ever had a bad dental experience like I have had. I like getting my teeth cleaned and know if I need a procedure I will be well taken care of. This office is very heart felt.

I had a great first time experience. The hygienist was thorough in her work and explained everything. Dr. Kim also explained everything and told me the plans for the future of my care. I was surprised to know that I can get my crown done completely in one visit along with a few fillings. One stop shop including fitting me in her schedule with my work schedule which is why so switched to this provider.

I had my partial plate dentures replaced with a full denture & a partial with a bridge iust over two years ago. Dr Kim did a beautiful job. I get so many compliments. I return to the office every six months for a cleaning. Each time I have been there my experience has been incredibly personal and professional. The staff & Dr Kim are joyful, welcoming & demonstrate the light of Jesus in their interactions. Dr. Kim believes in grooming long term relationships with her patients. Her and her staff are very caring, nice, and technically good at their jobs. It really feels like a team effort from the time you walk in to the time you leave. Everything is like a well oiled machine. Dr. Kim believes in leading technologies that most dentist don’t invest in. This provides quicker turnaround of some services, and allows for better diagnosis and analysis of quality of service. I’ve been a long time patient and I prefer Dr. Kim to the previous three dentists I’ve had.

Covid report:I am so happy with Dr. Kim and her medical/dental staff. Clearly she has everything under control. She had all the latest equipment to protect both their staff AND me to keep my visit healthy during my urgent visit. They have a specific protocol that you follow and they are using equipment that is used in hospitals in order to keep everyone as safe as possible.As a dentist, she is nothing but professional and considerate. She constantly educates herself and her staff to use efficient and contemporary approaches to dentistry. I have been using her services for many years so I don’t have much comparison, but I can tell you you would be lucky to have her and her staff on board as your go-to dentist. Plus, as a side, there’s nothing better than your dentist telling you there are some services which can ‘wait until next visit’. Pretty nice to hear When money is tight.during Covid.

I travel from Iowa to Illinois to see Dr. Kim for many reasons. First, you can expect quality and thorough service at her practice. I am currently completing an invisalign treatment, and Dr. Kim has provided me with all the information that I need about what I will undergo. She is open to sharing what my experience will be like, as well as willing to show me via computer technology what my money and time/effort will give me. She has been very flexible with my traveling back and forth and works with me to make sure that I complete my treatment in a timely manner.Second, Dr. Kim regularly checks in on me to see how my treatment is going. At my last appointment, she let me know that I can call at any time if I had questions, concerns, or experienced unexpected pain/discomfort. In all my years of having dental work done, she is the only person who has offered me this opportunity.Last but not least, you can expect Dr. Kim to treat you like a family friend and/or colleague. When she takes on new patients, she works to her highest potential to make sure you are comfortable, taken care of, and treated respectfully. Dental appointments can be very intimidating, and Dr. Kim understands this. During a procedure, she will typically ask me how Im doing and whether or not wed like to take a break. When she knows that a particular procedure may be uncomfortable, she will always move slowly and share her highly optimistic and positive attitude. You will leave her practice smiling (both literally and figuratively) and glad that you chose her.Overall, I give my highest recommendation to Dr. Kim. She is highly intelligent, effective, and warm to all of her patients. Her staff complement what I have stated above.

Once again, I cant begin to say how fortunate I am to have found Dr Kim and her team. At over 60 years of age, my smile and dental/oral health is better than it has been in DECADES due in large part to the OUTSTANDING treatment and care I receiveat Lincolnway Dental.

August 2020: This is an update to my earlier review. Still five stars! I happily travel from Chicago to Aurora to see Dr. Kim and her staff. My TMJ discomfort is much improved with Invisalign and Im only about 25% into my treatment plan. Ive also started seeing Dr. Kim for my general dentistry needs. She is top-notch. She is gentle and kind and does excellent work. Ive had three fillings repaired so far. One was a filling in the front of my teeth and it looks wonderful- cant even tell its there. Her assistant, Trishy, is also wonderful and kind. I was apprehensive about dental work in the time of Covid. Dr. Kim has invested time and money in state-of-the-art air filtration and PPE. I really appreciate her investment is me and her staff. I trust her immensely.————————————————————————————- October 2019: I am so happy and relieved to have seen Dr. Kim. I’ve been struggling with some dental/TMJ Jaw-related chronic pain for months. Dr. Kim performed a very thorough examination and was even able to identify areas of particular concern without me having mentioned them. She listened carefully to me and my concerns and offered me her professional assessment of the issue and how she could help. By the end of the appointment I felt that I was in very good hands.Her bedside manner is wonderful. She is so kind and patient. Her staff is wonderful too. They squeezed me in and Mary and Trisha stayed late in order to accommodate me. The office is clean, freshly remodeled and nicely appointed with refreshments for clients. I’m looking forward to my journey with Dr. Kim and look forward to posting updates as my treatment progresses.

I have known Dr. Kim and her staffs (Kathy, Karen K, Karen M, Amanda, Trisha, Lety, Katrina) for about 5 years. It goes back to my old days when I decided to shadow her before starting the dental school. She, kindly, allowed me to see her dental works upon patients agreement and taught me how to better serve patients and provide appropriate dental care to each different patient. It was always enjoyable to see how much her patients were happy about the treatments.Dr.Kim is also dedicated to community service for several years. She has been participating in community events to promote oral health care and serving as a volunteer dentist at local shelter for underserved population.Furthermore, Dr. Kim is really passionate about teaching and educating people. I was the one of her interns 5 years ago and have seen about more than 5 interns later who came to learn and gained some dental experience before starting the dental school.You might think that I am just writing good sides of her since Ive known her for many years. But think about it. If the staffs go to see their dentist to fix their teeth without hesitation, then the dentist is definitely doing a successful job since the staffs are the closest referrals who watch the dentist all of the time. As of my understanding, all of her staffs and their family members can proudly bring any of their friends, families or whoever to Dr.Kims office and of course, they are not worried about opening their mouth to her.If you know anyone who is nervous about dental treatment or is not sure who to see for regular dental care, I would highly recommend visiting her office for any time soon!
