I needed a new place to live quickly and Karen replied to my Zillow ad immediately. She took the extra step to show me 3 properties in one day and we ended up starting the application process that day! She is sweet and diligent.The entire process took roughly 1 week for me. The condo is the perfect fit. I’ve lived here one year- in November. I do wish I had AC, but that is the only downside during summer.Keith was very responsive when the dishwasher went out. He had it replaced with a new one within the week and he made it clear to reach out if anything else needed repairing. He was kind and understanding over the phone. His handyman was on point as well!I am grateful to have an affordable place and to have a gem of a landlord that is in no way intrusive or pushy. Karen is a sweetheart, but I didnt care to much for Keith!!!!I actually was able to find a property that was a better fit for me. My review had absolutely nothing to do with the approval or denial process, and yes there is nothing wrong with being blunt, but it was more of an arrogance than bluntness. When you are running a business blunt isnt always the way to go, I have very tough skin. I just felt like he couldve tried a different approach, if you notice your overall 5 rating has everything to do with KAREN. Which is because she is more personable and pleasant. I guess Keith gets that from his mom (owner) because she wasnt that pleasant either.

Everyone at Maranville reality are awesome they work together as a team.are fast efficient very professional and are one of the very few companies that you can actually talk to a real live person without a computer giving you the third degree.

I was denied application for putting my name on a contract. I didnt even live in the house 3 to 4 years ago in the first year of this house I went to their office several times to remove my name in the contract they forced me to be a year my name in the contract my score dropped because of that the other person didnt I was doing the right things around the house. Now I want to rent a house from them they want to blame what went wrong on me because of problems that I didnt cause if I didnt even live there and my name wasnt on the contract anymore. there was still a lack of case, the only way to talk to them is to make an appointment or pay the application for them to deny it and keep money. i e-mailed them that it was not my fault that i lived elsewhere i didnt get any response.. i dont recommend them.you think its fair to blame me for something I didnt do.

I don’t normally review or rate places but this group has been something special. The quick responses of everyone in the offices was astounding. I was able to book a time to come see the apartment, apply and sign the lease within 3 days. Karen is absolutely the best and always made it a point to make sure the apartment was in great condition not only at move in but anytime I needed something thereafter. I am so lucky to able to have found my cute apartment for such a good deal. If you have the opportunity to work with Maranville, do it. They have made the whole “looking for a place” process just a breeze and they help take the stress out of so many things! I definitely see myself staying with Maranville for as long as I can!

Another property management company highly recommended them to me. That was about 2.5 years ago. Once I signed with them, I never looked back. They showed me everything up front and are responsive. They are incredibly careful in selecting new applicants. In this day and age, I appreciate that a lot. They dont waste time, but rather once you agree, they start moving immediately. The staff is helpful and I rarely worry about anything!

Keith Maranville was extremely rude and defensive when I contacted the company regarding my sisters death in an apartment they manage. Hung a 3 day notice on her door and never looked back. Had a court date without her evicted her and a neighbor called in a welfare check? I am sure while they evicted her the rummaged through her things as they put her items out on the street. Pretty much lied to me about her car which some one has with no title her plates on it and a key - now trying to sell it. Said some one was borrowing it when she died. Shady people. Should be ashamed. Can I say Karma?

Messaged on multiple properties via Zillow, no response. I finally text, eventually get an unprofessional reply, no apologies for such and against my better judgement try to set up showings. Magically the day of, one property is already rented and the other she canceled due to a personal emergency, kinda the oldest tricks in the book. Reschedule? I think not. My time is valuable especially what little time I have available as a first responder. Just a huge waste of time and energy and speaks volumes about how the rest of a potential rental process would go; next.

They may have found the dead woman they quickly moved to evict wasn’t paying them because she was dead inside her apartment. Sickening how quickly they get lawyers involved. No concern whatsoever. This is the type of treatment all Property Management companies should utilize. Joan and Karen went above and beyond to help us. After bring turned down by so many others(credit issues). They talked to us and were able to help us overcome our renters obstacle. It took a little extra financially and a Co signer but they supported us and we did it. They enabled us to give our children and grand children the blessing of having Christmas in an actual home all together. I cooked Christmas dinner for the first time in almost 4 years !!! We had a property manager for 13 years, she sold her company and we had to find new management. We went through four property managers from 2013-2018. We currently live overseas, trust me when I say, we researched and interviewed many companies! We gave up all hope on finding a great management company, but then we found Joan! It was a breath of fresh air to find a company that takes pride in the services they provide to both tenants and owners. The communication is outstanding, when I send emails, they always reply within a day, if not the same day. She is also a NARPM member, which was important to us, this definitely isn’t a fly by night operation. She’s been doing this a long time and knows the property managment business. Recently our tenants broke their lease, but they had the house quickly re-rented with great tenants, mitigating damages. We trust them 100%! We had a very positive experience renting through this agency. Our family lived in rental house for two years. When we moved out they fully refunded our deposit (minus small cleaning fee) which we really appreciated. They did not make up any extra charges for cleaning or fixing the property.Now my brother is renting out his property through them and is very happy with the service. If I had a rental property I would definitely rent through them too. They know how to treat the clients right.

Each time the issue was handled professionally and with the least amount of inconvenience for my family. Maranville is a family business and you can tell that they truly care about people. I find it hard to believe they have nothing but positive reviews but whatever. Its a no for me. They offered me a lease not even a week ago. Emailed rather than called today to say the offer was withdrawn because I hadnt paid my deposit. I didnt even have my lease a week.

We made numerous improvements to this rental, including bringing back to a life a dead lawn and numerous interior repairs. They refused to fix items that were reported several times then proceeded to charge us for them. Hail damage, interior mold inside the wall, and carpet cleaning that we had professionally done with a receipt. My favorite was these crooks charged us $150 to remove a pile of branches that had been there when we took over.I lost my job and had to break lease with their approval. They waited until we moved away before telling us they were going to charge us. Try had no condition of the property when we moved in, they only took over the managing the last few months of our lease. Don’t buy into their family Ma and Pa bs, they’re evil.

In all the time that I have lived and still is living in our apartment managed by them, I am very satisfied with the services that they have given me. Any problem that I have with the place is always attended to right away. I am very pleased with the way they handle problems that come up.

Was looking for a home to rent and let me tell you, Karen and Maranville Realty was there to help. I reached out to many perspective realtors advertising home rentals and almost none, other than Maranville, were able to accommodate my work schedule of 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. This is the like worst rental ever, there is so many maintenance issues in the house that they hide from us, there is water flood keeping happening in the apartment and they keep blaming upstairs houses, they didn’t clean the carpet in the house it was full of dog hair. Honestly I am Frustrating with them😡

I dont normally write reviews but I am making an exception on this one. I have been a client of Maranville Realty for almost 2 years now. I live in Texas and my property is in Parker Colorado. After a year of paying two house payments I called and spoke with Joan, she quickly had her team involved and within a month we had the perfect tenant.Anytime there has been an issue with the house they are on top of letting me know and getting the appropriate people to the house for repairs at very fair prices.We learned a week ago that our current tenant was moving out and just yesterday we were notified that they had a new tenant ready to move in on the 1st.Living a 1000 miles away there was no way I would have been able to accomplish what they have in the time they have.They are truly a life saver!

If I could give this management company more than 5 stars I would. About 4 months ago I found out that the company my husband works for was transferring him/us to Denver. I was three months pregnant with twins at the time. I immediately started calling property managers in Denver and surrounding cities. Needless to say that I had to leave a ton of messages which were never returned or I was told that I should call back when it was closer to my moving date. I was stressing out. I called Maranville Realty. The phone was answered on the 1st ring I explained a little about my situation and I was given the phone # for their leasing agent Karen. I thought here we go another message I will have to leave that wont be returned. Karen actually answered the phone. Listened patiently while I had a semi melt down . Then explained to me that it was little early to be looking for a place for a March move in because it was impossible to really know what would be available in March. But she asked me what I was looking or and I told her what we needed in a home. Karen has texted me about every two weeks asking how things were going and telling me to keep an eye on their website. Over the past month she texted me every time Maranville put another house up on their site that was even close to what I was looking for. I couldnt believe the obvious desire to help me. We arrived in Denver Last Wednesday. Unfortunately we were not able to rent through Maranville as they didnt have anything that would fulfill our needs. I received a text from Karen on Friday asking I we had arrived and if everything was good so far. Amazing. If we end up having to rent again in a year Maranville will be the 1st company I contact. The folks at Maranville Realty have all been great to work with and I really appreciate their small family owned approach to property management because you know exactly who you are dealing with. It makes talking to the friendly staff at Maranville that much easier. The property was in beautiful condition upon move in, and any maintenance & repairs needed through the course of our rental time were handled promptly and professionally. The office communicated actively any time preventative maintenance and/or lawn care professionals would need access to the house/grounds and worked well with coordinating the scheduling to accomodate tenant timing. And the website that enables the ability to pay rent online and even set up autopay is ohhh sooo convenient! Good people. Good to their tenants. Good to their owners. Good all around! Since renting through this management company, we have had a great experience with getting any maintenance issues dealt with quickly. There has been good communication and convenience with a portal online for electronic payments.

Maranville was my property management co. For 11 years.. I never once had an issue with them. Whenever anything went wrong they were on top of in in 24/hrs... They made you feel like your problem was there problem too.. I believe its because they have a strong since of family .. We have purchased our own home .. And I sure am going to miss them..
