The absolute worst company I have ever rented from.The property manager, Jeff, showed the house while he was drunk, stumbled and fell in front my kids. He also cussed out my wife and acted extremely unprofessional when we had a maintenance request. Scott Sharkey, Jeff’s boss, is a complete loser as well. He did nothing to help us resolve any issues and was also very unprofessional to my family. They charged us for a whole month of water after our lease ended. They also charge for any maintenance requests. We had a plumber come out and check the main line. Plumber said he found nothing, we got a bill for the service, which was agreed to be fixed by property alliance if we resigned a lease. Instead, we paid for the plumber and ended our lease early 2 months after resigning. They find the absolute cheapest route to fix things and give you a home put together with glue. These two guys shouldn’t have a job. I hope I don’t see them at the grocery store one day, they might catch a few hands.

We are extremely happy with Property Alliance. Scott has been so wonderful since the beginning. He answered all of our questions and made the rental process very smooth. Whenever we need maintenance he takes care of it right away and is always communicating with us. We have renewed our contract twice because we are that happy with the service they provide. Highly recommend them!

They do a great job! I did not have to worry about anything. They go in and check the property and see if anything is needed or needs repair. The communication is great as well as the follow up.I will definitely use again and I highly recommend Property Alliance!

I have been a renter with property alliance and Scott the property manager always been a good property manager. If we need anything that the house need fixing he always responds to our request right away. If you need to rent your house or if you need to rent this company is top notch.

Hands down this is the best property manager in Aurora. I rented out my townhome that I recently sold. I first dealt with Amber who did a great job finding excellent tenants for my property. They passed all the criteria Property Alliance requires, and I never had them pay late or cause any damage to my property. Later on I worked with Scott Sharkey, and he went over and beyond to assist me when it came time to sell my town home. He was professional, caring, and interested in making sure the transaction went smooth. While I rented out my property I had a few maintenance issues. Scott always informed me ahead of time what would be required to fix the problem. He took care of the contractors who fixed any issues, and not once did I have to deal with anything or go out to the property. I cant say enough good things about Scott. You cant go wrong with Property Alliance. They are thorough, professional, and give great customer service. My tenants left my townhome spotless.

My roommates and I were living in a 4 bedroom house in Aurora for one year and we had Scott Sharkey as our property manager and he was outstanding. For the entire year Scott was in communication about necessary maintenance on the house, made sure to tend to any concerns we had about heating, the garbage disposal and the house needs. Scott was very professional and very personable as well. He made moving in and moving out very simple and was honest when it came to returning our security deposit. When we did move out, we found out the hard way how awful property managers can be as the company we are going through now has so far been horrible; we defiantly miss Property Alliance and their level of professionalism. Thank you again for making our living situation pleasant for the past year. I would recommend Scott and Property Alliance to anyone as they were truly a pleasure to work with.
