Its all about money. I got it. Not business friendly during covid hard times. I have been renting office space in this building for quite some time and rarely missed any payments. During this covid lock downs, our company lost a lot business, just like majority of other companies and had some difficulties with making payments on time. Tried to talk to landlord but no help. They would not only try to work out payments with you, but they will charge you late fees on late fee. The policy says they will waive a single time late fee during 1 year - which is true they will, but thats about it. Even though Gov. Polis ordered no late fees during this period, they still charged. There are quite a few offices just closed their doors and left without any notices, dropping leases. I understand landlord needs money, but boy, i would not expect them to act this way, so far all questions we managed to resolve, until now. I was about to shut doors and just leave myself as we were on brink of shutting biz completely down, but managed to survive. Now we are getting back on track, but not sure if i want to stay in this location anymore. Time will show. I am in the middle of my lease right now, but another lockdown and i have a feeling more companies will just pack and leave, no matter the lease terms. P.S. by the way, while city was on stay at home order, building HVAC was shut down early and started later. Apparently 1 hour or more was cut from both sides of the day in the morning and evening. This building windows are all sealed and if main air conditioning/vent is shut down it becomes sauna within 5 minutes, so you cant work when air is off. This cuts a whole day during period of a week. This cause additional loss to the business and nobody said anything or made any adjustments to the bills, but when it comes to the late fees, then ITS IN LEASE!NOT A HAPPY CAMPER.

At the end of the day we cant complain, the property is very nice and well maintained such as the nice pond and the green lush lawn just like in the pictures. The office space is more than what you bargain for, definitely one of the best values if your looking for a new office, especially for startups! The management is professional flexible and courteous at the least. We thank the Boxer Property management team on South Parker Rd and show our appreciation by taking the time to write this review, You guys are awesome.

Kind and understanding management. Action was taken on the same day when I voiced my concerns regarding a certain issue with the building. Im very satisfied with their handling of the situation.

This company has a biased against black people thats all I need to say.
