Granddaughter and I went in to get our nails done. Her nails were done good at good price.I had a bad experience, the nail technician kept filing my skin and using buffer on cuticles. She repeated to hurt me and I had to stop her. My nails look terrible and hurt. First time I ever had a bad experience like this I will never go back.

I ABSOLUTELY love this nail salon!! The owner Wendy, is so nice and friendly! She’s also so easy to work with ! If you don’t like something on your nails, she gladly fixes it with out being mean or giving you attitude! Prices are very reasonable and I just absolutely love this nail salon! My nails always come out looking so good! I can take them any picture and I come out with nails even better than the picture.

They are busy here so make an appointment. Everyone here does a good job. I got the powder dip so my natural nails dont break or chip and honestly its one of the best work Ive had in a long time. My last nail dip lasted 3 weeks with out fading or breaking or pulling out.

I got my nails done July 31st a Saturday, two nails broke on the 6th which is a Friday so one week and a day. I called and asked Wendy to fix my nails letting her know I haven’t even had my nails done for a full two weeks not to mention she did a terrible job on my eyebrows!!! So I come in today They fix my eyebrows they fix my nails well then I get done and she wants to charge me $15 and for my eyebrows and nails when it was less than a week ago!! Don’t go here terrible customer service and very long wait even if you have an appointment’

I cant say enough good things about MK Nails. Lee was my technician this week (my first time was with john), and shes simply lovely and extremely good at her job. She took awesome care of me. She actually added a service that she felt I needed badly and didnt charge me (I brought this up, and her boss confirmed it and thanked me for being a customer), and she did a wonderful job. She gave me an extra couple of coats of gel to make sure I had enough glitter as I had told her I liked the minimal glitter in the color I chose. She has a conscientiousness of detail that is incredibly unusual and admirable. I walked in and had no waiting time - its a reasonably large salon, and staff are accommodating of walk-ins. They have the most competitive pricing I have come across yet in Aurora to boot. I love how much they openly appreciate their clients - I left smiling and the experience was friendly and relaxed, as opposed to awkward, or one during which I am impatient (often the case in the past). So pleased to find such a fantastic place near my home!

The nail technicians are all amazing and so sweet and nice, it was my first time coming to MK nails. We had a girls day and it was 6 of us and I can’t explain how incredible the technicians did. My daughter and I had Wendy and she is such a sweet lady. Our nails never looked better. If your looking for a good place to have a pedi or a full set come to MK nails and ask for Wendy.

Everytime I come here ! They take good care of me. I don’t trust anyone doing my eyebrows but I trust them!! they are very nice & friendly ! Yu feel welcomed when yu enter MK Nails & salon ! Definitely recommend.

The technician that was working on my nail rushed to take my acrylic nails off, and tore it in the middle all the way to my skin. I liked how they did my nail, but dont takeoff your old nail here. I didnt understand the rush. Their was no line, nothing.

I went in for a nail soak off and she insisted of ripping my nails off to take less time. Ruined my nails.

Pleasantly surprised by their professionalism and customer service. Very competitive pricing, nice facilities and John gave me a complimentary hand massage when I got a fill after I expressed disappointment that they don’t offer them as add-ons - that was really sweet of him. I will be back!

Quality is top here, the volcano pedicure is amazing. I highly recommend green tea or citrus! If available ask for Lisa! She is awesome and also offers semi permanent makeup!! I got my brows done and they are perfect!

My eyelash extension hurt for 3 days. My eyes are still watery and red. My own eyelashes are basically supperglued to the fake lashes and Im scared to take them off because I think lashes will go with the false ones. Scared to go back and have the lady take them off cause shes rough and pull some bottom lashes that were stuck to the to cause of the glue...so yeah

My experience was not great at this place. They were not rude, but I felt very taken advantage of and honestly ripped off. My daughter and I scheduled an appointment for an evening of relaxation. It ended up not being relaxing at all. We were done with pedicures and a full set of nails each within 40 minutes. They worked on our hands the same time as our feet which made for an uncomfortable sitting position in the chair. Which is not a big deal but I was really hoping to relax. Then, I should have paid $25-$30 for my daughters set of acrylic nails but they ended up charging me $45, so after all said and done I paid $190 for everything. You would think with that kind of price you would at least be happy with the end result. I did not get to pick the color that went on my toes, my daughter left with nail polish on the skin of her hands and two of my nails were not filed properly and snagged on my hair and my sweaters for days afterward. My daughter also ended up with an infection on her toe which required antibiotics. Honestly, we WILL NOT go back. There was another gal who reviewed that she also ended up with an infection which made me nervous going here, but I had received a gift certificate. We will be going somewhere else for our nail redo!

I just spent $85 on pedicure and a fill....I came in with white tips grown out, ask for a fill. Clearly I wanted the tips painted white since my nail was showing from in between the old white tips. The lady started putting on the top coat without painting a new white tip. I stoped her and asked why she was doing that. She painted on the white tip and told me I should have told her that in the first place...that was implied when I asked for a fill with French tip. The pedicure; i got the deluxe one. It was nice but the paint job looks like I could have done it at home.Over all Ive given this palce a couple of tries and havent been impressed. The total always comes out more than quoted. I wont be coming back.

They always do a nice job. They also let you know what would be best for your nails. I appreciate that they answer my questions and dont pressure me to spend more and more. Very clean location. This is now my regular spot. I have tried some new styles and havent been the biggest fan, but thats my choice. My dip nails always last 3 weeks no problem.
