Overall a very clean and inexpensive place. The only thing I didnt like was how extremely hot it was in the arcade. We went for a kids party and the pizza and soda were good. The nachos were made fresh and everything seemed very clean.

What there this afternoon or a bite to eat after my aunts funeral. We had people in from as far away as Minnesota and we our hungry and what to Luigis Pizza and fun center. The game rooms in laser tag and all those things just donned my cousins from out of town. We had seven extra large pizzas. Pepperoni and cheese sausage and cheese everything Hammond pineapple sausage only taco pizza watch the pizza. What are the things that is popular now is the thin crust pizza and this is where Luigis excels. There wasnt any left so thats a good measure of the quality. I would say that some larger paper plates to eat the pizza with instead of the real small ones and some paper towels on a roll at the table instead of the little napkins. Would be an idea. Im going to have to go back and try and Italian beef I havent had one for a while and theyve always been great.

Best pizza hands down that I’ve ever tasted. Extra cheese, pepperoni, and bacon came out exactly how I wanted couldn’t ask for more. Pizza was $30, but the quality makes up for the price. Great job to Luigi and The Chefs that make this delicious pizza.

Fantastic place, great food, games and a nice amount of games for small children as well. Better prices then all their competitors too. Their food is a lot better than most arcades.. We dont mind driving a little farther to come here. Always a great time and atmosphere.

The pizza was as good as I remembered from the last time I was here years ago. Everything was quick and the crab pizza is a must try. The laser tag and games are both decently priced. Overall still a good place to have an afternoon of fun with friends.

Went last night wife and sons family to get some food and fun in.Got there a 7:05 and went to place our orders and finally a girl came to thecounter and said the kitchen is closed. First we thought she was kidding but then she just walked away. My wife had to stop her and ask again. She said the kitchen closes early.Please post the hours of operation better on your web page, facebook and other social media.Realize that gaming is all profit, bar is like pouring profit, and food is only a min 300% markup, some people would like to get something to eat after work, closing at 7 seems a bit to soon.

Always have fun here! The food is great! Best italian beefs! Pizza is great too, but I love the chicken chunks! Friends and family love to come here as well, to play the games and the laser tag!

Ive come here since I was a kid. This was one of the only pizza places that would deliver to my home. The wings were okay, the Italian beef is always good, but the pizza was the real star. The taste is well-balanced enough that I didnt need to add any extras like crushed pepper flakes or parmesan. Ive had thin crusts, deep dishes, wings, and sandwiches from here. The only one I found lacking were the wings. Other than that, I love the food and will definitely eat from here again. And if youre looking for family fun, the laser tag is always a good time.

A nice local family restaurant and pizza fun house.You place your order at counter, then sit with number and they bring your order to the table.The food was good and had fresh ingredients on the pizza and good appetizers. We ordered the walking taco pizza where they use cheese instead of pizza sauce. There are also pitchers of pop and bar area for watching sports and drinking beer or alchohol.The building was clean and well maintained. And the manager and staff were all very friendly and helpful.They have laser tag and arcade room with prizes for the kids. Weve been here for birthday parties and the kids and adults have had good time.Would definitely recommend for affordable pizza night out with kids or birthday party. Looks like they can seat many people if needed, also has private party rooms for events.

Have celebrated my all my kids birthdays this year.In March,August, and most recently in December for my daughters 14th. We have also gone for others birthday celebrations.it gives the kids things to do like the arcade and their most favorite,Lazertag. Very affordable,great food and good place for the adults to spend time chatting away. No matter how full or empty it gets, the atmosphere is great and inviting! I will continue to go their up until my kids tell us not to....

Granddaughtersbirthday. First time there since Covid. There were maybe 4 families present. Luigis did a great job maintaining social distancing. In most cases people were more than 6 ft apart. Masks and gloves were worn in the arcade by everyone. Some games were shut down to maintain the distancing . Pizza was typical kids pizza. Staff were accommodating.

Ive only had one pizza from here but my brother works here, and from what Ive heard its a nice place! I gave it four stars only because i personally havent actually been there to eat or play in the arcade. If i go Ill be sure to give it a proper rating!

Fun place for the kids and pizza is good. Tried a few apps and they were all salty. Games are pricey. $20 does not go a long way.i feel it needs an update.

Anyone that knows, luigis has been around for quite awhile so its not one of the new state of the art blah blah blah...that being said u wont find friendlier young staff, very attentive, good pizza and decent prices, also 30 mins of laser tag!!! We were so wore out we didnt even finish the last round! Also they work very well with groupon NO ISSUES was very stress relieving when u come into an establishment with a coupon...just call ahead just to confirm is always a good idea!

Local place so sad covid is affecting sales.Bought 12 of the snowman kit pizzas. All of the kids loved them. Such a great idea. Definitely order some for an easy fun gift. Support Aurora small business.

We placed our order thru the phone and when we arrived to pick it up all of the cooking staff were not wearing a mask. We asked for our money back and after we told them the reason just an okay was said. This may not be an issue for everyone but for my family it is.

VERY disappointed tonight. We moved to Aurora last May and were told about Luigis. We average ordering from Luigis a few times a month. Always enjoy the pizzas. The delivery person is always very friendly. However the other menu items seem to be shrinking in size. The garlic bread that came with our lasagna order tonight was only slightly larger then a townhouse cracker, and the lasagna was half the size it usually is. No dressing for our salad. Luigi’s is always a fun place and within budget. Their laser tag is fun for adults too and their pizza is always great! The customer service is good here too.

We LOVE going to, eating at, & hanging out in Luigi’s!!! We enjoy playing in the games center, sitting at the tables for long times watching families & friends celebrating milestones, and (in our case) visiting with siblings twice a year (if not more when we sneak an extra trip in so my CA sister can have one last slice before she heads back to her own home until we meet again.) AND... it’s the PERFECT place to celebrate in the private rooms - we have done a few baptism parties, so many church events, multiple school functions (so many!!!), and so much more. This is THE place - A-town at its finest!

Very poor customer service. Was told 3 different stories and when I approach them with my concerns it was a lot of blaming and making me feel like I was in the wrong for speaking up. The manager had an attitude and didn’t try and understand or meet my needs. As a high paying customer due to I have a lot of kids will never return.

We went early so there hardly any people there wich was good. The games though!!! They are expensive! The pizza 🍕 we waitites over 30 min wich was annoying . But I guess it was good a distraction for my kids from being home 24 /7.

I love their pizza! I grew up with Luigis Pizza back when they were on Galena Blvd and their food is still great. Kids and adults alike have a blast playing laser tag and the game room is a fun time too!

Went for a team/family event and the service was great. Pizza was good too, a cauliflower crust for health options was a plus. Kids had a great time on the games. We still need to come back for laser tag.

Good food and friendly service! We had cheese pizza and boneless chicken wings/popcorn chicken. The chicken was for the kids but it was delicious! Fun arcade games even for younger kids. Our 3 year old and 5 year old had a blast! My son cant wait to play laser tag when hes a little older. Clean bathrooms which is always a plus! We will be back for sure 😊

Unfortunately the pizza was very disappointing. On June 1, 2020 I used the online ordering system from Luigi’s website for pickup. When I got the pizza home they forgot the black olives and the pizza slices were not cut all the way through. Then when I actually ate it, there was minimal pizza sauce. I double checked my receipt and the olives were on my order, so I did not forget to order them. I used the online ordering system to relay my disappointment and have not heard back, so now I’m doing a Google review.👎🏽I want to support local shops, but you have to give excellent product! Honestly, a chain that’s closer to my house and cheaper makes a better tasting pizza, and they don’t cheat you on the sauce! Step it up Luigi’s!

I hadnt had Luigis pizza since they were on E. New York st in Aurora. I have to confess Ive been missing Auroras best thin crust pizza. I mean the crust was so flaky it melts in your mouth it was to die for good pizza. People if you havent been I urge you to go and get your piece of heaven here on earth.
