My father Mike, his car broke down 30 mins away. Only coast 117. Next day took that same car to I&J mechanic, 7 mins away, only $90. Their workers are always kind and great. Love how they send ya the recipes.

Needing a tow is typically not a good thing. This time, it was, for me; I discovered Classic Towing! After calling a few towing companies in Aurora and either not getting an answer or gruffly being told “It’ll be a couple of hours”, I stumbled upon Classic. They answered the phone on the first ring, and the dispatcher was very pleasant and helpful. The truck arrived quicker than she said, and the driver was cheerfully professional. When we got to my home I was concerned because I have a very steep driveway. Ben was able to get my car up the driveway without scraping anything, and placed it exactly where I wanted. The cost was very reasonable and I could not be more pleased with the overall experience. If/when I need a tow in the future, Classic will be my first (and likely only) call. 5 stars all around! Had Classic Towing tow a tractor-trailer for me in Aurora. The driver Tony worked really fast and had everything hooked up in under 45 minutes which I really appreciated since heavy wrecker services always charge by the hour. You just never know what you are going to get with a wrecker service. I have had tow truck drivers take almost 2 hours in the past to hook up which gets expensive. Classic has guys that know what the hell they are doing. Great service. Great people. If you need a semi-truck towed in Aurora call Classic.

The dispatcher was quick to answer and was very helpful. The driver who rescued me was very courteous and professional. I was given an estimate of 20 minutes for the truck to arrive and I think it took about 25. Thats close enough for me. Ive only had to have a car towed twice in my life and the price was comparable to the last time (family told me it was also comparable to their towing experiences).

Had my motorcycle towed from Naperville to Honda in Aurora. They took really good care of my bike. They put it in this cool dolly on the flatbed tow truck. I recommend you call Classic Towing when you need a good tow truck service.

Had a great experience with this towing company. The driver was so friendly and polite. Being a woman and stranded alone in the middle of the night the driver made me feel very safe and comfortable. The cost for towing my car from Aurora back to my home in Naperville was very reasonable especially since I was broken down at 1 in the morning. I am sorry that I dont remember the nice drivers name but they should give that man a raise. I highly recommend Classic Towing to anyone that needs towing service in Aurora.

Very poor service. I called in a day in advance and made an appointment for 10:30am. I called a was told that the service will be an hour late, not the end of the world. 2 hours later I receive a call asking if I still want the service... and that they’ll arrive in 25 minutes. Nearly an hour after that they arrive unprepared for the services requested. Luckily I found another place that helped me in a timely manner.

Everything was solid from start to finish.I called and Becca, who answered the phone, was very helpful and courteous. I got a fair estimate for a motorcycle tow and I was able to schedule it in advance. (No other towing companies were able to do this)The next morning Bill showed up right on time and loaded up my bike without any issues.I would definitely use this company next time / recommend these guys for a Bike tow. And hopefully I wont have to call you guys anytime soon! lol

Used Classic Towing to tow one of our commercial trucks in Aurora. They got to our truck very quickly and charged a fair price. I would use their towing service again and would recommend to others.

Broke down on Farnsworth in Aurora. The police called Classic Towing to help me. Price was already set by the police department so I didnt have to worry about getting ripped off. If you ever need a tow in Aurora or anywhere else for that matter its best to ask the police to call one of their towing providers. That way you dont roll the dice on whether you get an honest towing company or a scumbag company. Classic Towing did a nice job. Very professional.

Naperville classic towing was one of three companies i called for rates and for the fastest service as i was in heavy traffic broke down. They told me 30 mins which was the earliest time than the other two so i accepted and they asked for a payment to secure spot (which i was hesitant to do) but they did show up way before time. The dispatcher was by far the most easiest to speak to...as for price i was very happy as it was worth every penny for the equipment used and time and friendliness from dispatcher to driver. Will be using as my go to towing service from here on out! I Recommend for everyone possible!

I never do this but had to leave a review... my day was already a mess n then my jeep broke down... called Classic and they answered on the second ring and the lady was soo nice! Very calming, understanding and able to help lovate me to send a driver!! The driver arrived to me before the ETA and helped me safely into the truck then professionally loaded my broken baby and towed me to a repair shop... everything went so smooth and the price was definitely within my range! These guys really know what they are doing. I had a vehicle with a broken ball joint stuck in a tight spot in an alley behind my house in Aurora. I had two separate tow companies sent by my insurance company that came over and told me there was no way they could get my car out of the alley. I found Classic Towing on the internet and gave them a call. I sent them pictures of the situation and they told me no problem. Once the tow truck arrived... 15 minutes later my car was on the way to the repair shop. Of course I had to pay for their service while my insurance company tows were supposed to be free... but seeing as how those tow companies were incompetent I guess the old saying is true: you get what you pay for.

Classic Towing was called by the Aurora police department after my daughter was involved in an accident. I was an absolute nervous wreck but the driver, Dante, was extremely compassionate, friendly, and helped lessen the stress of a bad situation. I didnt make the original call to Classic Towing but I sure am glad the police did. A big thank you to Classic Towing.
