Needed to get rid of a car Nov 2020. Got some others quotes but theirs was the best and they were very friendly so went with them. Steve came to pickup my Accord the same day and arrived sooner than the time he estimated. Even helped me clean out my car!! Haha. Awesome. What more do you want! Im calling today for another car pickup and its the only place Im calling.

Steve doesnt keep his promises.He called us and asked to buy a truck for him from Copart auction  . We won a truck and sent him an invoice . It’s never been paid. The auction charged us $890 for unpaid vehicle.  Every time when I call he promises to take care about payment but it’s been more than a month. Nice to do business with you, Steve.PS. You never told me the date when $400 deposit was made.

Do NOT trust these guys - all of a sudden vehicle didnt start. I started it three times in the morning - never had a problem starting before they arrived.

Professional, friendly and honest! After calling around to multiple others for pick up of inoperable motorcycle and them never showing up, SMB was the ONLY company that kept their word and came to remove it.
