I have been with them for over a decade and I don’t know why. The customer service has always been awful. I received a call today regarding updating my insurance for lower prices and ask they call me back, she said an email was on the way. I thanked her and never scribed the email. I called the phone # that called me back 4 times, (I even looked it up) and every time they answered they said it was the wrong #! The last time they spoke in Spanish the entire time. I told them I was reporting them to Corporate and I immediately did so. They also told me that the COVID REFUND was basically coming possibly later in the year, contrary to the letter received from Met-Life saying that the refund was going to be in June and July. Their company is not dependable trustworthy.
Dont understand the negative reviews. Ive been using Wave for about 10 years for auto, renters, and commercial business insurance. Theyve always been wonderful to work with. Everytime my rates go up, they find me a better deal, and everytime Ive moved home or office, theyve handled the updates to my plan. Theyve saved a lot of time and aggravation. Ive referred a lot of people to them. Great customer service, very professional company. So glad I found them.
This place is good at signing you up and taking your money.If you have a problem, like an accident or billing problem, they dont call you back or want to speak to you. They just give out an 800 number to the company your policy is with. If you arent getting anywhere with that 800 number, your out of luck.
Have been working on same issue for months no, no returned phone calls, emails are weeks apart. Plan to pay your premiums and expect nothing in return. Would highly recommend any other company.
