Do not go here, scandalous ran company that will act like your friend to get you signed up and take your money, then when it comes to problems or issues with a policy/ claim, they run away from the problem claiming to not be involved in the issue. Was originally quoted 50 dollers a month for a bike insurance policy, only to have it increase to 350 a month after they incorrectly wrote the policy, and put in personal info such as my age incorrectly. Was told by customer service I should be able to receive a refund, and promised a solution by this agency. After patiently waiting months for refund, called back and was told the refund would no longer be issued, because the policy was totally correct. Even though age and personal info was wrong, and a traffic stop by law enforcement even showed I didnt have insurance during the time I was paying monthly. Where was this money going then? Still no refund givin, or no admitting that they even did any wrong in the first place. Was continuously promised they would handle it all during the time of issue, and falsely informed the whole time that it would be taken care of. Tried to wait patiently for refund after promised, and had to call them because I have not heard a word from them... today after a month since last promising refund... an they seem to have forgotten about the whole thing, and the vauge parts they do remember dont add up to the real story. Still wont admit any fault, and claim to not be able to go back on conversations I had in past where they promised me a refund..Even though every time state farm answers they say this call will be recorded ... If you want real insurance that will cover you in a time of need, DO NOT GO HERE, they just want your money, not willing to do what it takes to keep customers and do what is right . some of their 5 star reviews are done by employees and friends of the firm, not real customers. Sad that companies so big act so scandalous
