I was insured with Jack for 2 years. The first year was alright, but the rates kept increasing and the service just went downhill. They don’t care about any of the smaller customers in my opinion! I scheduled multiple calls and I never received a call back until I mentioned canceling my policies! I am so glad to be leaving! I had an accident and the way it was handled was ridiculous. I am thankful that the other parties insurance company took initiative and took care of my car for me.

I have had a positive experience with everyone that I have had dealings with at this office. Everyone is super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I have a few different types of policies with them and I have confidence that whatever my families insurance needs are, they will be taken care of by a qualified professional. I have been with Jack Sughrue Allstate for a while. I have always dealt with Somer (the business champ). Then today, today I had the pleasure to actually get Jack. The beginning of the conversation was great until I needed details about why my policy went up. He actually told me he didnt have time to look at my policy! Really Jack, whats the benefit of having an agent if you end up calling a toll free number anyway. I left the call believing if it is not new money coming in he didnt have time.I will look for a new insurance carrier, thanks Jack for helping me with that decision.

I contacted the office and told them that I would not be renewing my insurance. They renewed it anyway without my authorization. They are now billing me and refuse to waive the bill.

I’ve been with this agency for the past two years now. My renewal for my homeowner’s insurance came up due on the 8th of August. I received a letter from the third-party agency that Jack Sughrue’s office went through for my policy dated the 29th of July, which I didn’t receive till the 5th of August. The policy required a signature for renewal, however they wanted to drop all other dwellings from my policy, including the 2nd home I have on my property. Crystal Faulk at the office offered us a different policy through another 3rd party which was almost double my previous policy and this would only cover the 2nd home and not the other out buildings on my land. Each of the policies presented required a minimum amount paid in so if I renewed to be covered but then cancelled I would still have to pay over $600 out of pocket to these companies. Crystal took no ownership and wasn’t familiar with Colorado’s laws which require at least a 45-day notice to lower coverage on a policy. I couldn’t believe that this is how Allstate and Jack Sughrue’s office would do business but here I am, without even a follow up call from Jack. Not in good hands at all.

We went in to get a quote for homeowners insurance and the next thing we find out is we get a bill for insurance. Thats with never signing anything just a quote, when i spoke to the owner Jack Sughrue he informed me that this is the way they do business at his agency. Stay away!!!!
