Great Company with great tow Prices

It says they are 24/7 but they not...also 5 different people called about my car that got towed. They were saying they didnt have it but 1 my BF coworkers called and all the sudden they had my car... been tryna get it for a week now.They have very poor communication and they dont really like to answer the phone.

The two guys where nice and polite. Made sure I was safe and out of the weather. I would recommend this company to tow semis and whatever needs to be done.

Luis was really chill and helpful and even pointed out why my car wouldnt start.

Car got broken into. I asked that it be locked when it was towed and it wasnt. The key was left inside the car where it could have gotten stolen and it was left in the on position so the battery was dead when I went to go pick it up.

I’ve been waiting almost 2 hours now, i’ve been trying to call & the line just hangs up.also the lady that my boyfriend spoke to on the phone sounded like she hates her life and her job.update, they came while we were already pulling off with another towing company, TWO 1/2 hours later without a call or warning.

We had a weird issue...im sure all car towing issues have some weirdness involved but this sucked. Our Driver was amazing, Understanding and patient with it and found ways to work out our situation to make it so this heap of a vehicle could get home. 10/10 will call again when my sisters beater stops running again.

He was such a great help. This was the second tow company I had to call and he took care of everything. I was VERY happy.

Fits towing can out to our mud hole were we had dropped a fully loaded 53 dry van trailer off and the mud swelled our trailer the tow drive hooked everything up made sure that he would not damage our trailer and was able to lift our trailer out of the mud with no damage. Nothing but helpful will be using them again

WHEN I CALLED TO FIND OUT “WHY?” DIANE IN THE OFFICE COULD NOT GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION OTHER THAN IT WAS ACTIONED OFF AND I WOULD HAVE TO CONTACT D.O.L. AND CORRECT THE SITUATION MYSELF. SAID IT WAS NOT HER PROBLEM ANYMORE. THE ORIGINAL FITZ WOULD TURN OVER IN HIS GRAVE IF HE KNEW HOW THE COMPANY WAS BEING RUN NOW.I HAVE BEEN A LIFELONG RESIDENT OF THIS AREA AND KNOW IT HAD A BETTER REPUTATION LONG AGO. I call on Friday to get my moms handicap equipped van that is at there yard, no explanation as to why it is there. I ask how much the daily rate is and agree to pick it up. They failed to mention they are closed on the weekend and that it will cost an extra 80 plus for after hours service. No wonder they do not lost business hours! Rip off

I wouldn’t give them a star if it wasn’t a requirement through google. My boyfriend called today to ask about availability for a tow and the woman who answered was so ridiculously rude. We asked her if there was any availability for today or tomorrow to tow a car from algona to renton and her response was “no”. There was no reason given, no explanation, nothing. Just her going silent on the other end and a “no”. I suggest anyone needing a tow calls elsewhere and avoid this kind of treatment altogether. This is not a way to treat customers and it’s definitely not a way to represent your company.

My driver was stuck on I 5 south on exit 162When I called them for a tow for a car carrier they stated it’s $225 per hour . My driver texted me at 8:30 pm stating just got there . Tow truck brought car carrier to Freightliner and hooked at 10:39 pm . Total 2 hours . Bill should of been $460. They charged me $1,000!!!!They failed to advise me they charge from time there dispatch till time they arrive . This should not happen . Paulette failed to advise that at Fitz Towing . I would agree on that . I called Fitz Towing and talked to Diane who stated to me she was going to text owner . The owner never called back . Meanwhile Freightliner gave them there PO number to pay for bill . This is very dishonest business practice. They do not care .check reviews !!!!! Run and use a different company as this company will rip you off

Our van died and our shop contacted Fitz to have it towed. Fitz called me (late afternoon) and we agreed they would tow it 1st thing the next morning (9:00am).Fitz forgot(?) about the van and didnt get to the van until 2:00.Guess I wont get our WHEELCHAIR VAN back from the shop today. Hope my wife doesnt need to go anywhere this weekend!

Very unhappy with their towing practices. They charged me double (2 hrs @ $372) because their new hire could not find the largest collision place on Central avenue in Kent. My car was hauled from the Kent East Hill (116th & 248th) down into the valley (3.2 miles). I waited at the collision place as agreed for 45 minutes. I called the dispatcher and was told the driver had been waiting at the wrong collision place! If they would have taken my cell number like I asked them to twice, they could have called me, but they wouldnt take it. When they finally arrived with my vehicle the surprise bill was $372 if I wanted my car back. Yes, the entire ordeal did take about an 1hr and 45 minutes, BUT 45 minutes of that was not my fault, they could not find the most prominent collision place in the entire valley (with an enormous sign). Fitz Towing will not return my messages. I will avoid this company like the plague from here on out and will also ask the KENT PD to stop using them.
