Just got a basic manicure and it was done well. Would have been 5 stars but they were longer than I asked for. Everyone was very nice and I will go again!

The pink camo is what I showed and asked if he could do before starting and the purple with smile is what I got and it’s not painted all the way up. I’m not impressed at all he could of fixed it and did it right I’m pretty passed and won’t got back he should of fixed it knowing he did it all wrong or gave me a discount!! Usually they do a great job. Last time I went the gentleman filed off my old color and added new. I told him no and he insisted it was fine. I did not see the owner and just went with it. I paid for a new full set and now you can see my old color on the side and back of nails. Not sure about going back.

My mother and I went for her birthday. My nails came out fantastic, I have zero complaints. I loved my experience, but my moms was not so great. Shewent up first as she needed an entire new set. She needed her old set taken off, and she explained to her technician that her nails are usually soaked because she has very thin natural nails. He started pulling them off and her real nails underneath tore and started bleeding.After getting her new set placed, she showed him over and over what she wanted and he kept insisting that she have very long nails and that they were very wide. They did not come out the shape or the design that she wanted. He made them long squares at first, then I was done and walked over and told the other technician to tell him that she wanted almond shape. Her technician just did not want to listen to her. She also has a hard time sitting for so long because of her bad hips, but he had her in the chair for 3 hours because he had to keep changing everything due to just not listening.I would go again to try, but my mom is very upset with the treatment she received there.

Made two appointments and got ignored for walk ins first waited 50 minutes. not sure if it’s a walk in place but they probably should’ve told me when i made an appointment for a certain time. 5-10 minutes is one thing but not an hour. walked out.

Horrible I was cut twice the whole time I was here I was rushed my acrylics are all different shapes not even what so ever I asked for marble and when it was done it looked like a 3 year old did it so I asked him to take it off and make it all white and he got all mad and said I needed to make up my mind

Ive been getting manicures for a while and had a bad experience elsewhere a few weeks ago so today decided to try a new place after reading the reviews I was a bit skeptical but went anyway.. I was VERY impressed with the service. Saigon earned my businesses today they are very clean, professional and quick. Today was my first pedicure and cannot wait for my next one!!! Loved my experience! Very professional and I love the way my nails turned out, much better than the last place I tried. They were supposed to close at 7 and my friend and I were there past 8 because of their attention to detail and care for making our nails fabulous! We will both be back for sure.

This place is by far the laziest nail salon Ive ever been to. The end product leaves a lot to be desired. I would ask a question of whether the air quality is acceptable by whomever keeps track of that stuff. 0/10. Go somewhere else. Grab a coffee instead. My 7 year old daughter does nails more proficiently

Awful. Never going there again. The guy I had was rude and pushy, he didn’t let me choose my nail length and cut me 4-5 times. The nails are too small and don’t fit correctly and some are uneven. He finished in maybe 30 minutes or less because of rushing and fast pace. Burned my fingers a few times too. Then out glue on the cut that was bleeding a lot. Never go again.Edit: they responded very kindly in my review but when I called them too “figure it out” they just hung up and didn’t even say much other then to come in for them to see. Very disappointed. Not wasting my time and going back there. It’s been a few days since then but my nails still hurt and my cuticles look god awful.

They were very professional and did a great job. They are pretty quick too. The owner did my friends nails and she was very pleased. Definitely worth checking out. Well be repeat customers.

My wife took my young daughter there... great experience, but they charged my card twice. Typically not a big deal, just call and get it straightened out. Somehow, they don’t have a fax, an email or text ability for me to show them verification from my bank statement where they double charged me. I’m an hour away. Unwilling to help me out, I’ll never go there again and ensure that I refer people elsewhere in the future. I will dispute the claims with my bank and get my money back anyways, but the fact that I have to jump through hoops to drop off a paper copy in today’s technology age is archaic.

Imy normal nail salon in going out of business so i had to find a new place so i stopped here i took a picture with me that im attaching they said ten min wait. I waited 10min got to a chair the person said he dont know how to do what i want so i asked the im gussing owner showed him pic said i wanted dipping powder. He said ok 10 more min. My husabnd told the 1st man sorry she pickey about he nails he actually said yeah i can tell and went back to doing pedis. I waited the other 10min got to the next chair and guy said u want fill rite i said no ombre dip powder he said i dont know how to do that you cant do that with dip only polish and acrylic. i said that man just told me he could. All he said was no cant do that with dip. Even though my photo was a shot from a video of someone doing it with dip. And Mind you my normal place does it all the time with dip. I told him i gusse im allset. I ended up leaving with nothing but frustration.

They were rude. When we walked in there we looked at nail polish that we wanted and the style of the nail tip that we were looking for and they were completely rude.

One of the best full sets I’ve gotten in Maine. Will be returning :)

I loved how gentle they were. I noticed how gentle they were with my hands the whole time and while filing. The nails are so cute and turned out great as well. Also pretty cheap, 45$ for my nails.

Ive been two times now an both times my nails were awful...ugh...so frustrating! They were all lumpy an uneven, the polish had bubbles...yup I could have complained but then what? I have to sit there for another 45 minutes for them to fix it? No thanks, I just wont go back...problem solved

First time going wanted some callus taken off my feet the lady doing it was very rough ground my feet till they bled and it left sores not impressed...

Updated : I used to travel to Scarborough for 10 years to have my nails done, 2 years now off and on I have gone to Saigon, quality of work has went down, I was UNHAPPY with my last set, didnt do shape or length I asked for, designs NEED work and I went back two days later to have them completely fixed, which was nice as I wasnt charged, prices are affordable but I think Ill stick to just pedicures here from now on. Ive had now two bad experiences there.

4 weeks ago on September 7, 2019 I visited Saigon Nails, I arrived at 10:50 AM and was told it would be a 30 minute wait. I was called to a station at 11:15,. We discussed the options for my nails, such as powder or gel, shape, length, etc. I opted for the powder, choose color and was finished by 12:10 PM. Other than normal growth of my nails they still look perfect today, I received multiple compliments on how nice my nails look and people are shocked that it has been a month since they were done. I am very satisfied with Saigon Nails and highly recommend them.

I never wait longer than 5 minutes before my services begin. No matter who does my nails they consistently do a phenomenal job. I am someone who gets a fill exactly every two weeks and it never fails that I leave there more than satisfied. In addition they are beyond personable and I feel like that welcome me sincerely with every visit. I recommend them to anyone that I can.

Asked for a different color the employee said it looked fine and I wanted it a light purple, mentioned it twice. It was a light/dark blue. The employee used brushes that were all clumpy on my nails.

Got a bad infection and had a greenish Film Forum around top of nail will never do this again horrible service dirty tools they are lucky I didnt sue I wouldnt do it if I were anybody

When I first started going to this nail salon, it was much better than it is today. The space is severely dirty. The tools are dirty. The tech that did my Mani and pedi, his nails were Dirty. Furthermore, the services were not of quality. It truly was a terrible experience.

Worst manicure I have ever gotten. I had a powder dip and it lasted for 3 days. I even told the man doing my nails that he was not doing them correctly and he did not listen. Very disappointed. Would never go back

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Service is rushed and sloppy. Twice now. I always give second chances. When I showed the mistakes to the owner and the technician, they were incredibly rude. I ended up asking for my money back because I had been in there for close to 2 hours, and because of addressing my concerns, they started yelling at me. I NEVER ask for money back anywhere, and they refused to give me a total refund. One woman said I could come back tomorrow and shed fix it. No thanks...not going to waste any more time in there. I had my nails done today for a business conference this week. They look awful and I have no time to get them redone. Long wait times. Not enough staff. Just dont. There is a great place in Windham. Ill travel from now on.

My daughter had the worst experience here. They did not give what she requested.They also cut her finger and made her bleed. Did not even wipe the blood. Also ripped her nail off while removing other nails. Would give zero stars if possible.

The guy did not listen to what i wanted and i usually have the owners do my nails but she was busy on her phone. Not happy with my nails!! After 6-7 years going there. It might be time to go else where. I can see my fingertips through my nails. Im going to paint a dark color to cover them up.

I absolutely love it here! With prices that cut the competition right in half aligned with superior quality puts them at the TOP!! Their acrylic nails are tougher and last longer which tells me they just take their time and do a much better job! The nail art is absolutely gorgeous and their pedicures are something to wrtie home about for sure!! Ill never go to another salon, and Ive been to every one in town!

I called an hour before closing and they were going to give me a hard time about bringing myself AND a friend in for a pedicure.. if I’m going to spend my hard earned money it won’t be at a place that wants to act like they are closed well before they are, I’ll give my money to another place

This nail salon is wonderful! Decently priced, they offer everything from Mani/ pedi to facial waxing. The are warm, friendly, and gentle.

I have been here a few times and they do pretty well and Im usually pleased. I decided to get acrylics for the first time in forever and its been a few hours and Im noticing my nails really hurt. Also my cuticle area was bleeding from the dremmle tool I noticed. I dont feel like this would be a recurring issue but a little disappointed sense getting your nails done is suppose to be relaxing but now I am in pain :/

Worst pedicure ever...we were told 15 minutes.I was taken in 20 minutes for my pedicure, my friend had to wait another 20 for her manicure because they had to take care of their baby.My tech was too interested in her colleagues conversation. Cuticle removal was painful and looks rough.First and last visit.

Complete rip off. My acrylics are chipping on day 4! So rude and instead of waiting on customers, they were facetiming!! Ridiculous. My nails arent even on straight and if you cant understand them they get so mad and roll their eyes.The women who runs the cash was the rudest women Ive ever met. I didn’t have a good experience at all I went in there the guy asked what I wanted and told me a number and go sit ... umm ok I didn’t even know the prices for anything so I sat down told her what I wanted and colors and everything and I felt rushed the whole time I was there . They had a baby walking around the whole place ended up getting in my purse which was fine .Customers go to nail salons for relaxation not to feel like they are in a daycare . My service was rushed and came out very sloppy and she didn’t even measure to see if they was the right size on each finger so some of my nails not only look like chicklet gym but are also crooked . Also when they use the machine to shave it she shaved it so far down next to my cuticles it looks like I will have to go back in 3 days to get a fill . Not pleased at all . I won’t be going back . $45 wasted . Lesson learned .

Went in and asked for acrylics they kept telling me to “get shellac it’s $10 more”, and I told them multiple times that I didn’t want to spend that much. The guy got up multiple times while in the middle of doing my nails doing who knows what. They rushed when they were doing my nails and they were not gentle AT ALL. My nails came out horrible and I have bubbles all throughout my nails!! Won’t go back there. Waste of money and time.

I went for dipped color at the suggestion of the tech and it came out very streaky however they repaired it and took $10 off so it only cost me 30 instead of 40

The nail tech was not great could not make the chair work. They have some great techs but it seems the later in the day you go in it seems you get someone not as experinced. I also think its rude they talk to eacb other but not me as the client or they have company come in they dont pay attention to the paying client

Very disappointed with my nail visit today. Tech was very rude, rough and did a lousy job on my nails. I have been going here since they opened and the service is declining more and more. I let the owner know how disappointed I was and he didn’t seem to care. Oh well, you have lost a customer!
