Love my nails best place to go to. Telling all my friends and family.

I’ve never posted a review before but I had to for this salon! I’ve been once before and had a great experience- super sweet workers and super good nails. I suggested this place to a friend today and we both went. I got plain paint (it took over an hour). I had hair and fuzz stuck underneath the top coat and the ends of my nails were jagged and sharp. I also had paint all along the sides of my nails. My friend got SNS and her nails ended up being longer than the powder so you could see a portion of her nails over the polish. They were also super thick and already falling off. We both went back home and had to try and fix what we could. Overall, super super sweet workers but just had a bad experience :)

The lady that did my nails was honestly so nice and actually talked while working on my nails unlike most salons. When I got home the same day from getting a fill in 2 nails chipped off and less than a week later another one broke. Ive only been getting my nails done for the last year so maybe this is common but Ive never had a nail break off let alone 3.

I came in to get a repair of one nail. Well they ask me who was first I told them me and by the kiosk it’s common sense. Later we both sit down and basically they do her first. This is rude and unprofessional. I will never be back. I guess if I wasn’t black it’ll be different.

I have been going here for years...you really can NOT beat the price, the people remember me and care about me..even when Im gone (I live out of town), AND they honestly do such a great job! I live in Boston now and still havent found a place like them in the 5 months that I have been there. Do not even look at the score. They are hygienic as well and JUST began doing an essential oil pedicure that smells amazing and has very little chemicals. Walk in and see for yourself

Walked in - was immediately greeted and welcomed. We got pedicures and manicures at the same time. One the the best pedicure I have ever gotten! VERY VERY VERY pleased. I will be back. I think Ive found my salon.

Arrived at 12:45 for pedicure and manicure. Was seated in a pedicure chair and soaked in water until 1:30. At 1:30, I asked when my service would start. Met with an apology (since it not only was taking long, one of the techs openly skipped me and started on someone else who got there after me).Received a mediocre pedicure from 1:30-2:10, they told me to go sit and wait for my mani.I sat and waited from 2:10-3:00. At 3:00, I asked what’s the deal and why am I waiting? I was told I was waiting on a particular technician (what?).Around 3:10 she started in my nails. She did a quick file and then started to do the dip. I asked her if she would cut my cuticles or address them and she gave me an, oh, oh, that’s $5 extra. I said that’s crazy, but go ahead because that’s a necessary part of a manicure.She brought warm water over and I soaked my hands in it. She goes to the back room. Another TWENTY minutes go by. I quit soaking my hands, and asked yet again what’s going on?They said, oh she’ll be back. A few minutes later she comes back (she apparently left to go wax someone).My nails were done around 4:10. I got there at 12:45. I left at 4:10. I have never, in my life, waited so long. And the only reason I continued to wait was because I had a gift card.When I checked out, the total was $100.$100.I have had my nails done at upscale spas and paid $100, but not at some strip mall nail shop.When I asked her why on earth it was so much- she rattled off every “extra” you can think of.What blows my mind is that in 3.5 hours I was there, I actually received service of 1 hour! I wasn’t being serviced to the extent of a $100 charge. And the amount of waiting was utterly ridiculous. On THREE occasions I asked THREE different workers there WHY did I continue to wait 30+ minutes over and over after every step. To charge me $100 for that was absolutely ludicrous.I watched 8-10 women come AFTER me and leave before me getting the SAME services. In fact, one even got acrylics on her toes and hands and still was in an out at least 1 hour LESS than me.I had a gel pedicure and a dip manicure. No fancy designs, no acrylics or fake nails etc.When I rose an issue with $100, the other tech was hostile and yelling from across the salon.I did pay the $100, but I’m furious for the 3.5 hours lost and the cost.I’ve gotten my nails done tens of times over the years at many places- and this was the worst experience one my life.

I absolutely love this place! Ive been going for 5 years now while in Grad school. Kim the owner is so nice and friendly. They never make you wait and double up on people if youre getting more than one service. My recent nail tech is Farah shes awesome! My dip powder and gel pedicures last over 1 month it is definitely worth every penny! I am going to miss them when I graduate!

Will never again come here. I came Wednesday 09/26 and got a gel manicure and pedicure. The manicure results were not smooth and the edges of my nails were rough. I could not come back the next day due to being hospitalized. by 9/30 the gel polish was severely chipping. I called the salon and was told to come in to get them redone. I told the technician I wouldnt be able to come until the following weekend and was told it would be okay. I go in today (Saturday) and was treated rude and the technician at first refused and then only offered to repaint the most severely chipped nail. I asked to have the polish removed and the technician refused and peeled the paint off my nail ruining my top layer of my nails. I will never again come here.

Had my nails done two days ago and it already looks like I need a fill-in. Although the shape is good and when I ask for the quality is poor

Update to Orginal Review: After only having my nails done 2 days, 3 of them have already came loose. I mean $30 for a fill in and not even 2 days later they are about to fall off!! I will not be returning. I am very disappointed.Of course it being Sunday the other place I use isnt open. This one was close to my house. The environment was very pleasant. The staff was very nice. The pedicure I got was GREAT especially for the price!! My fill-in looks jus like the first day I got them. Very pleased with everything. I think I found my new nail spot😍

The people were so inviting & I even enjoyed the customers! We had a great laugh w/ one another & I felt @ home!This place is worth the drive! Thanks for making me feel I was a star!

This is the only nail salon I will go to in Auburn because I absolutely love it here! The staff never fails to be friendly and accommodating. Ever since the fall I have been seeing their nail tech named Farah. I get dip powder on my nails and she is the absolute best! She always takes her time and they last for at least 3 weeks. You definitely won’t be disappointed!

I love coming here and wont go anywhere else. Ms Kim is very accommodating and literally wont let you leave unhappy! Ms Cindy give free massages (bonus) and everyone is so friendly. I feel like Im coming to see my friends when I drop by. They might not know my name, but they treat me like they know me as soon as I walk in the door. And Ive never seen them do a bad job. Try them if you havent already!

Worst customer service. Waited for 20 minutes for tech to be available. Another lady walked; didn’t sign and went straight to a tech. Said she’d wait for her. Then Kyle or whatever his name is came & started working on her nails. She did not have an appointment but was taken first. Worst service ever. Bad treatment. Avoid at all costs. Not worth anything.

I have been coming to this salon periodically for years and my nails have never been anything but perfect. The manager or owner, Kim, runs a tight ship — you won’t have to ask which person she is, as she is clearly in charge. She goes out of her way to be friendly and accommodating. I think they’ve recently got themselves a solid team of nail stylists who are extremely detail oriented and kind, as I think service has improved since I’ve been going. Service can be slow because the stylists do not rush when working on your nails and the salon is extraordinarily popular. So if you are not wanting to wait, I recommend going Sunday evenings.

Really nice. Like a barbershop for women! Really calm atmosphere; for all the men out there the seats give a mean massage.

It used to be really great but the last few times I’ve come it’s been short staffed and a lot of the nail techs can’t even paint nails properly. Probably gonna find a new salon. Which is a shame because I’ve been coming here for years.

Been a client for over 8 years. I only see Kim. Ive not gone anywhere else in 8 years. When Kim travels I wait for her to return. Will not let anyone else touch my nails. She is the best.

They were very rude and dry. We had to wait 30 min and wanted 3 acrylics and 2 pedicures. They only had one person doing acrylics and no one came to do the pedicures. Then after waiting another 20 min we were told masks we were required (although there was no clear sign) and tried to make us all buy one. We decided to leave because it was taking way too long and the lady was very disrespectful.

Would not recommend at all. Went with a small group and were the only people there. All they wanted to do was pressure us to spend more money which isnt completely out of the ordinary but they were literally trying to rush us out too. They did not take their time to provide QUALITY work. This is the worse salon Ive ever been to and its likely because all the manager is doing the whole time is telling her employees to get you to spend more and rush the work. Ive been to super busy salons where I pay more but get great quality work. Dont waste your money here!

The people are very nice but the lady that was doing my nails got up anywhere from 15-20 times during the manicure to answer phones/work on other people which dragged the entire process out almost 2 hrs. I was absolutely amazed that she thought this was ok. She was so worried about keeping everyone happy that I never at any point had her undivided attention. The manicure itself was very uneven because she was working so quickly when she WAS working on them. Very disappointing!

Huge fan!! Ive been a customer of Kims (the owner) for over 8 years at two different locations, and she is incredible. Very kind, customer-focused, great staff, comfortable salon, reasonably priced. Wonderful people -cant recommend them enough!

Such a sweet staff and they do an amazing job on my nails and eyebrow waxing every time. The people are very accommodating and the atmosphere is wonderful. The service is wonderful and the job they do is even better. My go-to nail salon, always!

We were greeted immediately and they were able to service my daughter, mother-n-law, and me at one time. Did I mention we just walked in. Excellent service. I dont live here but will definitely be back.

This is a clean, beautiful salon, with a highly professional staff. Taise (sp?) did a beautiful with my manicure! I would recommend this business to anyone.

Worst nail salon I’ve EVER been to. Came in to get my acrylics removed, nothing else and ended up spending over an hour in there. A technician did not start the process until I had been sitting in a chair for 20 mins then had me soak my nails in acetone for 45 mins 3 different times after shaving them down a little each time while he worked on someone else’s full set who got there after me. My nails are now cracked down the middle and extremely brittle. There were maybe 3 technicians working on a day before game day, as they know to be a very busy time. Just nail removal would of taken 10 mins anywhere else. If you want your nails broken and cracked then plz go here!!!

Horrible service. I went in there a few days ago for gel nails, a couple days after they started peeling off so I went back, the owner was actually the one that “fixed” them for me. She ripped off the old gel, and so she ripped off a part of my nails too. She used a hard nail file to buffer my nail beds. She used a completely different color for the three nails she redid, and if that wasn’t frustrating enough, it’s only been 1 hour and one finger is already starting to peel off. The whole time she was working on my THREE nails, she was acting bratty as if it was inconvenient for her. The nail salon was EMPTY. Honestly by far the worst nail salon and worst treatement.

I would not recommend anyone to go to luxury nails in auburn. They are nice but the quality of the service is horrible. First I went in just for a fill in and they started taking my nails off which I didnt ask them to do (I guess so I can pay more money) then as she was taking my nails off she was not paying attention because they were very busy and she was trying to do everything else in the shop plus my nails that she broke off my real nail in two might I add hurt...she did apologize about it. Less than 5 days later two of my nails broke down the middle might I add hurt as well and she fixed it today....later my middle finger broke in half and now half of my nail is missing plus my index and thumb fingers are damaged. The excuse she said is I got my nails too long. If you didnt feel comfortable with doing long nails I would have appreciated if they didnt do the service. They didnt give me my money back which is not the problem but the next time I come 50%off my total.

I went one time and nails peeled off in less that week (paid in cash) and they told me since I had no proof of going there they could do nothing for me.... game them another chance and 2 peeled off went back with receipt and they said after 7 days they dont fix anythingSO SO RUDE

I will NEVER go back and don’t recommend coming here to get your nails done either. I only wanted a gel polish change with no manicure and then my toe nail color changed (because I just recently got a mani and pedi back home but wanted new colors) and they told me it’d be $28 for both. Not only would the lady not file my nails they way I wanted them, but she charged me $2 for cutting my toe nails when she didn’t even ask me if I wanted them done (and btw I didn’t need it)!!! My gel nails are so lumpy and as I was leaving and looking at them the receptionist said to her coworker “she better like them, she only came in here for a polish change what does she think she’s going to get”. I was honestly way too uncomfortable to go back in there to tell them that I didn’t like my nails so now I’m here wishing I had just saved my money or went somewhere else.UPDATE: BEWARE I checked my card statement a couple days afterwards and they charged me $6 more than what I signed for. Unbelievable.

Not a very good nail place. I had a giftcard there I got for my birthday and they did not accept it and said it had nothing on it. The place itself is not very clean either.

NO NO NO NO NO. Terrible eyebrow experience, they did it in the chair instead of the back room. Very annoying, but whatever. I told her just a clean up and she took off almost my entire brow, and I have thick eyebrows. Theyre WAY too short and look terrible. And then I got my lip done, and she left the wax on too long and it burned my skin. Like you can see where the layers of skin are peeling off.Charged me an arm and a leg and it is the worst experience I have ever had.

Not the service i would have liked to receive, my manicurist cut my previous tips off without soaking them, causing my natural nails to hurt, when he put new tips on their was gaps between my nail. Had my nails done for one week and are already off.
