My favorite nail salon in Auburn! The deluxe pedicure is more than worth the money and they always fix my slightly ingrown toenails! Everyone who has done my nails has been very nice. This is a very professional place, but also a relaxed family type environment 😁 very clean as well.

Wife went once loved it, now she plans on coming every 2 weeks. Price is great for me, since I pay. She loves it and recommend to everyone else.

My Mom and I have been coming here for about 2 years now and we absolutely love it. The women here are so nice and always professional. The prices are great and you always get a great mani or pedi. We are so happy to find a great nail salon!

This place is using illegal MMA products that damage your nail beds (your fingers should not burn while they apply the “acrylic” and they shouldn’t hurt after you leave). They also drill down entirely too far, my nail split in half and broke off along with my sister who I went with. I do not recommend this place to anyone, they might be nice and quiet but their cleanliness is terrible and work is BEYOND me.

Nail technician was extremely nice her name was Helen. I came in for the first time for a full set and was serviced right away. She took time making each nail shape correctly and Paid attention to even the most tiny details.She shaped each nail individually with the file before she used the typical nail drill. Another thing I liked about this place was that they were not rough at all with my nails and never once did it hurt.Shop was clean and minimalistic and all the stuff there were friendly and actually talk to the customers and greeted them.This has to be One of my favorite full set that I have ever gotten. Also it cost $25 and they did not try to up charge or upsell me at all which I appreciate. Typically nail shops will charge more to shape your nails in a certain style such as coffin shaped or a pointy however this nail shop did not charge me additional money to get the desired shape I wanted.I then added nail art on both of my ring fingers which only cost an additional five dollars which I thought was extremely reasonable.The service was not rushed, rather Helen took her time doing an amazing job. If you are in Auburn and looking for a nail shop to do a thorough job while also being personable and reasonably priced this is your shop. I would recommend this nail shop and would return again

They did a great job. Even tho it got a lil busy they still took their time and had such great customer service their customers were ok with the wait time which wasnt long. Also brought my 2 daughters and the workers did such a great job on the design they wanted. My full set lasted a lot longer than my other usual place did..like a 5 days more. So nail master 2 is my new go to place😊 Thank you so much ladies!! Ill be by tomorrow👍

I have been coming here and Nina has been doing my nails for a little over a year now and she is amazing! All of the ladies that work here are wonderful, they do an amazing job and they are very sweet. When I first came in I had gotten my nails done somewhere else and they messed my nails up big time. I came in for a fill and a couple repairs but Nina recommended doing a whole new set because my nails were in horrible shape from the previous place I had gotten them done at(mishapen, tips popping off, nail beds a wreck and the nails themselves not smooth at all full of tool marks). We removed the old ones and put a new set on, she didnt charge me for the removal which was awesome and when she was done my nails looked so good I was almost in tears. I refuse to go anywhere else now. As far as prices go they are comparable to most other places but the quality of their work definitely surpasses any other salon Ive been to and I have been in some more expensive higher end salons and had the work not be anywhere near as good as theirs. They have comfy chairs for both nails and pedicure spas, and it is also very clean. While they do take walk-ins, I recommend scheduling an appointment especially on Saturdays because they can and do get very busy and often times have to schedule walk ins for a later time in the day if they arent already fully booked.

Wow! These ladies are awesome, came in with my sister as she needed her nails done for a wedding. I wasnt going to do my nails but while waiting I changed my mind and had my manicure done as well. Beautiful! They are very friendly, nice and they speak English. Very affordable too! Thank you!

Great service. Nails looked amazing. Only complaint is very minor, i bumped 2 nails while they were drying and i asked her to fix them and she applied some top coat but not enough or in a way that smoothed out the nail polish so i left with a couple small dents in my polish. Ive had the same thing occur before and they were fixed and smoothed out perfectly. But overall very happy with my nails. Will go back for my next fill. The ladies there are fun and personable. Great nail salon.

I’ve been coming to Nail Master since the start of the year and every set I absolutely love. Even when they are busy they take their time! I am a very happy customer and will be back again for my next fill 💕

My first visit and I was very impressed! Amy and her employees are excellent nail techs. The salon was clean and welcoming.

New management started in June- new owner is friendly, skilled and attentive.Especially, love the color varieties available to choose and nail art that was done for my toes.Pedicure massages was relaxing, the best part was applying the hot stones!

So Ive been to the shop about five times. I did not give a review after the first time because I wanted to watch the consistency of the technicians. There are two ladies who work here. They are both very friendly. All of the times Ive been Ive had an appointment. This last time I made an appointment 2 hours before I wanted to come and they were able to get me in. Very nice and small atmosphere I would continue coming back for a while. Ive only had manicure service to date.

Very relaxing pedicure which included hot stones and hot cloths! Both ladies who helped me were super welcoming and sweet as well! Overall clean and great atmosphere; if Im ever in auburn again I will definitely be stopping by!

It was suppose to only take 30 minutes and they took an hour. They were very rude and bossy. Also, they made the nails crooked and they all were different sizes. Not good quality for the nail polish. Not a big variety of nail colors. I suggest that you do not come here. Make excuses for why your nails turn out bad

My first two experiences here were amazing. My last visit here however one of the ladies did my nails and my friends and made us both bleed. She was aggressive and very rude. She kept hurting us and didnt see to care. All she did was get irritated. I wish I remembered her name. I really did love this place but sadly I doubt Ill ever return.

I dont think Ill ever go anywhere else for a pedicure again! My mother in law and I had a very relaxing experience, they did a great job on my toes and were thorough.

These ladies were so personable and accommodating which is something you dont always find in nail salons.However, after returning home I realize, even though I brought to her attention she neglected to do my heels but she did cover it up by putting oil on them. Not good

My first visit here was amazing. The second time I decided to bring my mom and daughter. Probably the worst experience I’ve had at a nail shop in a long time. First we made an appointment do 3 manicures and a pedicure, we got there 10 mins early (1:20pm) they started soaking my mom feet at around 2.2:30 rolls around my nails still haven’t been touch no foil to remove the gel nothing. A lady called for a mani/pedi and said she had to be done at 3 and they rush to accommodate her. My moms nails aren’t done and neither are mine but someone who has just walked in was getting serviced. Whatever so i finally get my nails done the lady kept answering the phone and forgot to put the clear coat on one hand so I had one pretty shiny hand and one dull hand. I noticed when I got in the car and the next day I came back for the clear coat and the lady that did my nails said something in her language and the other lady laughed. Not to mention I showed the same lady a pic of the shape I wanted my nails and she gave me a smug look and sad u can’t go by a pic you have to just do what feels right for your hand...excuse me? I show a pic every time no matter where I go and it’s fine here it’s a problem. I would not recommend this place is cheap but you definitely get what you pay for. I wouldn’t recommend this shop.

Didnt do what was asked. I asked for my nails NOT BE FLAT. This particular person couldnt do natural curve. This place wouldnt be bad if everyone on staff could do everything that is offered on their service list. This is what i get for cheating on my regular nail tech... sorry LT

I made appointment at 1230 and had to wait when i got there...the lady started cutting my nails with out asking length or shape with coffin shape you have to cut sides first...all my nails are a different shape and my thombs are shorter they were so busy when i went to show the lady she was already working on the next lady
