Fantastic local service center in Auburn. Very quick to answer and speedy to get out and take care of whatever we need. Our technician is extremely passionate about what he does, and his knowledge of bugs, critters, wasps and the moths rivals that of most scientists specializing in bugs and their behavior.If an emergency comes up and our technician is busy or unavailable the service center always has someone else come out day of or at the very latest the next day. We have some occasional ants getting in the house, Clark is always quick to get here and make sure they stop them from getting in again (at no extra charge with our monthly service)Love their team and highly recommend.

My usual service was not provided since the technician was out of juice. He used a more organic treatment that seems ok for nowThere was a small amount of damage to one of my plants. The perimeter around the house on the upper deck was not treated.

He used these gel syringes which actually brought more ants, we called him back and even more came after he sprayed inside ... So I cloroxed everything he sprayed inside and took care of it myself ! They do well out side cause we dont normally see any bugs in the house, but inside was a different matter . The 2 guys theyve sent have been less than professional ! The first one we had to stop h from coming unannounced and all together, and the second guy is better than the first, but had some derogatory comments last time he was here .... So well see next time ....

Clark service is great! Controls pests on the outside from getting in, and they help with those indoor pests that just appear as well. No fear of the safety of the methods they use to discourage these pests either. Bob, our technician, is always friendly and knowledgeable and helps with any issues that arrive.

Expect the same person to arrive on time and complete great jobs.But, Clark PC itself does fails to provide customers with notifications that a new Tech will be coming out. They leave that to the new Tech.

Prior summers, every time I went to feed the ferals, those friking bees would be after their food. The neighbors like to eat outside. Im sure its an issue for them too. Looks like the treatment around the tree worked. WOO! I actually had almost NO meat bees pestering me this year... except now, from the next yard. Still, its far less a problem. Extra visits to help with specific issues are very appreciated. Also the extra spraying for ants around my feral cat feeding area helped a lot! Sometimes I do request a flea treatment of the yard. I can tell after that my ferals are not scratching so much.

Rob Biando has been my Clark serviceman for almost 5 years. He has always done an outstanding job in all the aspects of pest control. As well, he sealed the openings in my attic eaves to prevent rodents from entering and found some dry rot that I hadnt been aware of. He is also eternally upbeat and personable and I look forward to seeing him regularly.I have recommended Clark and Rob to quite a few friends and neighbors.

Great Pest Control. A Little more pricey but worth every penny. They always do a good job and If something extra needs to be done like Pesty ants in the house they are right there. They take care of the spiders and Wasp too. I live next to a green belt and there are tons of critters which Clarks takes care of. I have opportunitys to try cheaper companies on this weekend actually that came to my door, but Clarks has always done me right so I will stay with them.

We used Clark Pest Control at our home in Pleasanton for years. When we moved to Loomis, we continued and absolutely love them! Dan is our rep and all we need to do is call and he is out the same day. I wouldnt use anyone else.

When I discovered I had bed bugs, I called Clark first because we have a monthly service contract with them and I assumed spraying for the beasties would be included since Clark assured us when we signed up that all we had to do was report any pest issues and they come out and take care of it.Think again. Not only were bed bugs not included, they escalated to tenting the whole house immediately.Their inspector couldnt even find any bed bugs because my infestation was so minor. The only bed bug he could locate was the one I caught myself and turned over. Nevertheless he quoted me $9,300 to tent the entire house. He hyped bed bugs like some sort of unkillable, maniacally proliferating super-pests that are smart enough to evade all conventional treatments. He said heat treatments don’t work (and would cost $2300 per room) and pesticide wasn’t even an option.The procedure would kill all of my house plants (I would not be allowed to remove them from the premises because they could be infested) as well as any outside plants close to the house. A circumstance, which the inspector showed absolutely zero concern about, even though I expressed considerable upset about it (included in the proposed victims was a 10 year old Bonzai tree I love like a pet).So, for one bed bug which I caught myself and zero evidence of others, he wanted to tent my house, kill my plants, empty out my cupboards, freezers and fridge, force me to board my family and pets for 3-5 days and charge me $9300 for all that fun. For even better customer service, we were informed that just basic spraying for them was NOT included in our monthly service agreement and would cost an additional $2300.Needless to say, I got some second opinions. The other pest companies laughed outright at the idea of tenting for bed bugs. I eventually went with Earthwise Pest Management, whose inspector actually found the crafty little critters, determined they were a very minor infestation limited to only one room, and treated that ONE ROOM for $400, using non toxic methods. I am now bed bug free, zero tents required. Meanwhile Earthwise wants half what Clark is charging for their monthly service. Needless to say, I’m switching.

When a pest control company gets into arena of the arborists, this is trouble.They took a picture of our redwoods, sent to to their expert who determined we had bark Beetles and the best coase was to administer a chemical treatment boing straight into the trees.Two things.1. Chemical treatments are completely ineffective dealing with bark beetles.2. drilling into the core of a stressed tree only causes more stress.Oh and the cost, $800. Plus they are promoting on the web via key work buys.This is a terrible practice and reason to run the other way. Who knows, maybe their service technicians are spraying water and not chemicals.
