They have new items and surprises everywhere! The massage room has shelves and candles, as well as a dimly lit area to set the mood for rest and relaxation! Bathrooms and floors are always clean too! Last but not least, the staff is super friendly, helpful and offered excellent discounts and customer service! Very grateful for them and my hometown today!

The 3 new male employees, one being Gavin and the new GM being Bre are professionally unprofessional. Although, I have been there for years, well beyond their term. They complained about everything I had done. If they do not like you, in the judgement free zone for whatever reason, they will stalk you and find any reason to kick you out. Mind you, I have been going to planet fitness since 2006 or so, on and off with no incidents. I suggest going in the morning. The morning staff is lovely.

Went to workout and they were closing due to a weather advisory. It’s not snowing at all and isn’t supposed to start until after midnight. Nothing on the website about closing! Drove all the way there to find out! Time to find another gym!

Dont fall gor their no contract BS. If theres no contract why do they charge you to leave and they wont stop stealing money from you until your bank account is overdrawn and closed.

Great place to get a workout. The staff is courteous and attentive to details. This location has always, and still does have a high standard of cleanliness.

Since Planet Fitness had reopened, I have found it to be a very safe and clean environment. I would like to add that the staff is always very friendly and accommodating.

Planet Fitness is actually a pretty nice place. The machines are all new and seem to be replaced fairly often. They also have the massage bed and tanning. All in all a nice, chill place to go do your working out. Im enjoying my time there.

Clean exercise area with room for social distancing

A good deal for the money. The gym is always clean, theres plenty of room, and the staff is helpful and nice. I really like the machines, and Ive developed a workout that works for me. Im not a fan of the music, or of the TV channels selected (I think they should have different things on all the screens instead of repeating), but I appreciate being able to catch up on news while Im on the treadmill. Overall a very good experience.

Least expensive place in Auburn to work out. Good, clean gym and very nice people. The only reason I cant give 5 stars is because it isnt open 24/7. A gym that closes at 7 on weekends when those are the days a lot of people have off, just isnt good business. At least stay open until 9 or 10.

We called the automated phone service to cancel my fiances membership since he hasnt gone in a year+ and the phone service said its doable and okay but wed have to go to the club we registered at. We went to the club to cancel and are told that we arent allowed to cancel the membership. So either theres a communication issue or we are being lied to. Fun stuff.

I love Planet Fitness! I’ve been a member for the past three years, and look forward to my workouts more than I have at any other gym I’ve belonged to. It’s nice and bright, clean, and has a friendly knowledgeable staff. I would recommend it to anyone without reservation!

I went to gym today 12/7/19 morning 7 am lot of people waiting outside with freezing cold but the gym not open at 7 am actually supposed to be open at 7am .it is very worst staff management no one respond lot of old age people waiting and freezing weather. Worst management, staff and service . Please guys my request don’t go to this gym .

Customer service literally sucks and they dont have a line that you can call to deal with stuff. When you tell them that you wanna cancel it’s a whole problem with 10 different steps that you have to take and then you have to wait like a month so that you can go in before the 10th because that’s the only time you can cancel apparently when they charge you your membership fee. This pf has been nothing but constant problems for me. Can’t even go in and pay with cash for my memebership. Wish I could give y’all 0 stars!

Id love to go here but they dont allow jeans and I hate sweats or anything like that they make me feel self conscious.

Different kind of species on this planet but I give 4 for being uniquely different in a bad way, if you want to stay the same or get slightly fat, its your place to go.

Its alright. I personally dislike the Auburn Locayion because it isnt open when I like to go to the gym. Not everyone works regular hours. I like going Saturday and Sunday nights when I get out of work. Which arent available at this location. I have to go for a drive just to go to the gym.
