Just walked in to Fit1 for the first time since COVID shut it down. Wow is all I can say. The work that has been done and the cleanliness is top notch. Machines separated for space, cleaning wipes throughout, new carpet and new floors in the bathroom, fresh paint throughout. Highly recommend this gym if your looking for a great place to workout.

Best gym ever! Updated equipment, clean, friendly staff, and great group exercise classes. The 24/7 aspect makes it very convenient as well!

I am supporting our gym by keeping my membership active even though the gym is closed. I encourage others to do so as well. We need to help Fit1 stay afloat after all this is over.

This gym is SO clean and quiet with a friendly, no judgement atmosphere. Lots of great classes and they recently started adding new equipment. The staff truly cares about their members and take into consideration all suggestions and comments give by their members.

I have been going to this gym off and on for about 5 years. It was perfect for me and my wife because of their hours. We both work during the day and well into the evening so we would often go between 11PM and 1AM. We had a month to month membership because we would often quit when life got too hectic to go often enough to make it worth the monthly fee. Then we would start back up when we had free time again. I was never hassled by the staff for starting and stopping as my schedule permitted until November 2018 when me and my wife wanted to stop because the holidays were keeping us busy. We had not been all October and thought we should cancel for November, intending to come back in the new year after everything slowed down. When I called to cancel my membership I was told that because I had not given a 30 day notice I would be on the hook for another extra month of membership dues even though I had not attended for a month and didnt intend to any time soon. I was told this was standard practice even though I had never had this asked of me before. I was also told I had signed a contract containing just this policy (I had signed back up over the phone, so I know for sure that I did not sign any contract with this wording in it and since I have never been shaken down by my gym before I know this must be a new policy). I was not given any leeway on this and am now down $140 for the 2 unused months of membership I dont have time for. I know my place in the world now though. I am not valued any more than a pile of money in the eyes of this gym and I will never be returning my business here because they only care about the bottom line and not about the community of people trying to live healthy lives through their service.

This is a great, local, family friendly gym. A convenient, clean and simple gym that fits our lifestyle and needs. The management staff couldnt be more friendly.

You must have an appointment to get a membership. They have you leave a voice mail, then never return said voicemail. Have tried 3 times. How is this any way to run a gym?

I love this gym. Its clean and organized, people are polite and theres a great variety of equipment and classes.
