They were amazing! I had them come out before my baby was born. Showed up a little early and they were done so fast! I love their products being pet safe as I have quite a few animals. I appreciate Shelby especially for being so communicative.

I called they fit me in quickly, they were friendly and ontime. They came to my customers house who were hoarders and made the carpets who havent seen daylight in 17 years and made them shine. Took out pet stains and dirt and now they are show ready. Thank you to this family owned local company for being wonderful amazing people!

We have used Legacy a few times! Both to clean our furniture after some dog accidents and carpets! Every time they have been very up front about their pricing, recommended what they would do (without me feeling upsold) and were very friendly! They also followed that up with excellent work! We plan to use them every year!

Omg what a day. Just want to give a shout out to a amazing family crew for coming out and cleaning my rugs last minute. Earlier this week I was contacted by a sparkle carpet cleaning company about getting my rugs cleaned. I couldn’t help my self by saying yes to their amazingly cheap prices but beware cheap is never better. So long story short after 3days of texting back and forth they said they would be out to clean my rugs for $120 on Tuesday at 10am tech guy shows up and got dam pulled up in a small 4door car that didn’t sound street legal pulls out a rug doctor and a liter of carpet shampoo he was wearing a hoody and I stoped him before coming in my gate. I told him I wasn’t paying for a rug doctor he proceeded to tell me it was a industrial machine not a rug doctor I said no thanks u can leave I’m not paying for that. He left after giving me a pep talk. I was ready to start crying I started to frantically call businesses I called legacy told the reception what happened she gave me a few numbers cause they were fully booked. I told her all my stuff Was moved into my kitchen and on top of my bed. She said sorry and had given me a few numbers of other company’s to call. not even 5 min later she called back said her father the business owner said he heard my story and had her call me back and scheduled to be out later today at 3 before my hubby got home and see my failed attempt. They got the work done did amazing I’m so great full they gave me a good price and left my rugs looking and smelling new. These guys were amazing!! Its been a long time since Ive experienced this level of friendly professionalism and thorough work. They came in, measured for the cleaning, gave me a reasonable quote, explained the process for me, answered all my questions about how their equipment worked, and were gracious and genuine people. The carpets are cleaner than theyve ever been and after they dried they were so soft and nice (not crunchy textured like some carpet cleaners make the carpet). Bonus- you get to support a family business. Definitely hire Legacy. You wont regret it!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I cannot say enough about how happy I am with Legacy. From start to finish, they have exceeded my expectations. I needed my carpets cleaned due to a water leak from an AC unit and general dirt build up. Cera worked with my schedule and they were able to come out quickly. Ron and his daughter arrived right on time and were incredibly professional and kind. I showed them the areas of carpet I was most concerned with. They thoroughly inspected all of the carpeting and explained how they were going to clean the different areas of carpet depending on the type of stain... ie: heavy traffic areas, dirt from dogs, stains from children, and the water leak. My carpets had all of these issues. They worked quickly and quietly and were done in a little over an hour. I was shocked when I saw my carpets. They look brand new again. I’m absolutely thrilled! And so happy I chose this family owned company. They are wonderful people and they do an incredible job!

Pretty much the worst carpet cleaning weve had at our house. 80% of stains not gone. Theyve left so much solution in the carpet that after it dried out, it is CRUNCHY! If only theyve spent more time to make sure the job is done well and less time trying to persuade you to leave them a good review... Hundreds of dollars we paid are pretty much wasted. Will give someone else a try next time and suggest you do the same. But if you have money to throw away and would like to see for yourself, at least make sure to wait a day or two till the carpet is all dry before you see the quality of work and leave a review.
