Im overjoyed with the results of my carpet cleaning! We have used 5 Star Carpet Cleaning three times in the last year. We only call them to clean our carpets. Look no further; you will be ecstatic with the way your carpets look once theyre  finished.

Upset about carpet cleaning from 5star Carpet Cleaning. I need to find another cleaning company to do my carpet cleaning.All spots is still on carpet. Carpet is really wet even after 10 hours after cleaning. I did set-up temperature inside to 74 to get carpet dry but it is not, still wet.They didn’t use professional vacuum to remove water or cleaning stuff from carpet.Price is good, but think twice to spend $100 for carpet cleaning in 2 bedroom apartment and you will get your carpet wet for couple days and not clean.

We used 5 star carpet cleaning to clean our carpet and couch because they had good reviews on google. Unfortunately our experience was horrible. The couch cushions had too much water and chemicals on them and ended up moldy with a smell that was noticeable from the front door and the carpet had a stiffness to them that wasn’t going away.We contacted them to see if they could fix what they had done and they adbmately denied any wrong doing. They stated that they were the experts and that we dont know what we are talking about, which is true we are no experts in carpet cleaning. We ended up calling Chem Dry to come out and look at it, they stated that 5 star either used too much chemicals or too hot of water and burned the microfibers on the couch. They also stated that there was still residue from the carpet chemicals on the carpet thats why it felt that way. Chem Dry was able to salvage the carpet which was good news. They tried to fix one of the cushions on the couch and said there was nothing that could be done. We are now on our way to buy a new couch. Would give zero stars if that was an option... buyer be ware they will not stand behind the work they perform and have cost us a lot of money.

I hired them to wash the carpets and my carpets were soaked with so much water I had to hand dry every room with towels. I used to wash my carpets and I never experienced this with my own machine. I will not use this service again.

This is probably the worst experience I have ever had with any company. They did not clean the carpets they jusy sprayed a chemical on the carpet and raked it into the carpet no removal afterwards or any type of steam cleaning.I had scheduled them to come At 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday they called on Tuesday said theyre Running behind and we Would-be the 1st ones on Wednesday morning. 8:00 a.m. came around on Wednesday.....8:45 passed....and no one was there yet . After 15 minutes of trying to get ahold of them I finally got a gentleman telling me that the technician decided to do another house 1st. I was not happy and requested that someone come to my house immediately. The 2 technicians showed up around 12 oclock and were finished by 1245. I have a 2500 ft² home. It should take much longer than 45 minutes to shampoo carpets.The 2 technicians that came out came in a car, yes a car.. also were fighting and cussing at each-other the whole-time they didnt even finish the job. They left 2 of the rooms just sprayed. THEN.... they continued to use my hose to wash off their car! I would never recommend this company to anyone.
