Joel owner of Advantage Steam Carpet cleaning did a great job deep cleaning my home carpet. Results were great! He was professional, on time, and friendly.I would recommend this business to my friends and family.

Advantage Steam is awesome! They were very responsive in returning my calls and scheduled an appointment for an estimate within a few days. Joel was professional, punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Once we decided to have them perform the work we were able to be put on there schedule in a reasonably short time. The results were truly amazing on our travertine tile. It was like night and day!! My husband couldn’t believe the difference. We also had our carpet cleaned and Joel did an excellent job on that also. From beginning to end Joel and his wife were a pleasure to do business with and I would highly recommend this business!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!I wasn’t sure if I would be able to clean the turf in my gym sufficiently, until I met Joel and he looked into it. He got the job done and now it’s like no one has ever sat their sweaty butt on it. Haha it will be mandatory to have this done each quarter going forward.

What I liked about his work ethic was that he was worried that since he wasn’t getting perfection that he wasn’t going to please us! However, that shows me more of him than the job we weren’t sure what to expect! The prior owner had laid down literally “something waxy,” and Joel wasn’t able to get it all up, in the meantime, Joel did his best, and it looks great and so therefore: we WILL be taking his advise to work with him again in a few years to allow the waxy stuff to loosen up in the meantime!Challenge accepted!Thank you so much Joel!!

Joel was prompt and professional! He did a great job cleaning our carpet in our kids rooms. The carpet is older and has been through a lot but its looks great now and will get us through a few more years with the kids.

I had my area rugs cleaned and micro-sealed right before rainy season to hopefully curtail the effects of muddy dog feet - I am more than impressed with the results! Muddy footprints wipe up easily with no residual and the rugs are so soft, the dog now prefers to lay on them instead of his bed!

Joel made the grout in our tile look like new. We are always pleased with the quality of work he does.

Joel arrived promptly and after looking at our carpets and sofa (and a little chit-chat) he got right to work. We decided to do our sofa when the weather gets a little warmer so that it will dry quicker, but he did our carpet in our 3 rooms in about 2.5 hrs. The carpets look amazing! Like brand new.
