I called for an estimate (tile & grout cleaning) & someone came out within only a few days of calling. When I called to make an appointment after receiving our estimate they worked around my schedule to get someone out here as soon as they could. When they called to confirm my appointment they bumped me earlier which worked out great. Great customer service. The two men that came were professional, informative and very quick to get the job done. Floors turned out beautiful. Thank you 👍

My boyfriend and I had an area rug we kept in storage for 2 years, that my dog had eaten treats on prior, leaving stains. My boyfriend also spilled a bit of pain on it while working on the house. I contacted Lisa who worked with me to arrange pick up and drop off of the rug. There were some mechanical issues with the truck during pick up that lead to delays, but I contacted Lisa and she updated me immediately and kept in touch until the pick up occured. She estimated 1-1.5 weeks but the rug was done much sooner than that. The drop off was very prompt and there were no issues. The rug looks much better than it did prior! Lisa did state at the beginning that it might not be feasible to remove all the pet stains, so I had reasonable expectations for the rug, given its original condition. It came back without any traces of the paint, and the majority of the stains were removed. I would absolutely recommend their services!

Quality Care Carpet Cleaners are absolutely amazing. They rescheduled me on a short notice. When they came the gentlemen working were amazing and did not let my children asking questions bother them. Our carpet was brand new looking once completed. Then a few spots re appeared they educated me on the stain and provided me FREE spot remover and to come in and touch up the spots. Absolutely best service and wonderful family owned business. We will be back for sure!

Lesa answered my call on a Sunday morning and was able to schedule service for my area rug the very next day. The carpet was cleaned thoroughly and eliminated all pet odor from our “puppy training” phase...within the week! The cleaning revitalized a favorite carpet that I couldn’t stand to toss!
