Service master did an amazing job with water infiltration and was incredibly thorough and treated my personal belongings with extreme care, packing everything away wrapped and boxed while all the flooring had to be torn up. It was a huge job and the foreman and team couldnt have treated my property any better. Im a critical consumer and also give credit where credit is due. I dont see how any other respondent to this survey could credit them any less. What the did for me was outstanding.It was a complete disaster and their remediation of my horrible situation was perfect....bar none. Every single one of my personal effects were cared for like precious artifacts. All items were wrapped, boxed and stored out of harms way while all the flooring ( which they pulled up and disposed of ) was taken care of. I cannot stress enough how thorough they were and how RELIEVED I am with the result. This was a horrible situation and Im so glad a dear friend, who happens to be extremely knowledgeable as he is a business man who knows how to get things done. Thank goodness he referred me to Service Master. Mr. Robert Meyers was the team leader and they couldnt have done better.

Had a sewer backup in my newly carpeted office. Call Service Master and they were there quicker than I had expected. They cleaned everything and there wasnt a trace left behind.I also referred someone else to SM and they were at his house the same day and when the job was bigger than expected, they worked with him on paying for the services - who does that? Service Master does!

My basement was flooded and Service Master was there in 2 hours on a Saturday. The entire experience was awesome. From the first phone call to the follow up, Service Master was thorough and professional and helped me trouble shoot the next steps. Armando, the technician, was knowledgeable and thorough and took time to explain what he did and the rationale for each step. Thank you Service Master -great service!!!

I had a TERRIFIC experience with the folks at ServiceMaster. They cleaned our carpet, sectional couch and blasted the grout in the master double shower. From Jeff and Kara in the office to Andy working in my home. They are friendly, professional and most of all do GREAT work. I will definitely be using their services again!

Awful company. Theyve destroyed my son and familys belongings, a lot of inherited items that can never be replaced. They seemed to have no customer service relation, and immediately took advantage of my aunt in law who is elderly. They bought her furniture from her, didnt protect any of our furniture/clothing/personal items, nor did they sanitize any thing in a large black water mess (2 levels of 31500SQ FT home). My cousin in law has tried numerous times to contact the owner Carl Carlson to request information regarding their astronomical charges for 10,000$ but no documentation which states what their work load consisted of and which chemicals if any were brought in to the property. Our home has been destroyed due to black water mess, however, if it wasnt for service masters horrific experience we would have been back home within MONTHS ago. black mold spores started to form on all of my sons favorite toys, they have all been destroyed because of service masters neglectfulness and not following protocol for black water mess. He cried for 2 weeks straight because his favorite toys were destroyed. They destroyed my sons toddler bed, and mattress. He hasnt slept in his own bed for months because were still displaced from our home due to the extent of negligent mess that Service Master left in my familys home. Their staff was very unprofessional, unethical (their crew bought my aunt in laws antique furniture), untrustworthy, incompetent, unqualified, inefficient, inadequate, deceitful, dishonest, ignorant, and falsely advertise that theyre a 24/7 service (they were too tired to come to our home after 1am because of earlier calls) therefore they showed up past the 48 hour CDC guideline for clear water--mind you this was BLACK fecal water (causing extensive amounts of bacteria and black mold to grow throughout the home due to the fans and not humidifiers service master used to blow airborne and surface toxins throughout the entire 3 level home)Thank you to service master for destroying my sons entire childhood toys, a lot of them were inherited, ruining my bike, couch, dining table, ruining the bed and mattress which my child lays his head in, my childs toys and his storage for them, his dressers, but especially thank you for all the black mold and asbestos that was exposed and that started to grow at the hands of your lovely crew throughout a 3000+ SQ FT home due to negligence of following iicrc protocol. Instead of preventing and remediation of mold, Service master has aided in the extensive and inhabitable amount of black mold spores and airborne mold toxins throughout our home and life time belongings which we will never see again.

Weve used ServiceMasters services for extensive water damage in our home as well as cleaning services for our rental property. We find them to be extremely customer service friendly, knowledgable, and of top notch quality—top to bottom. They are always responsive and caring. ServiceMaster has my absolute highest endorsement!

They cause more black mold and damage to your home than they do to remediate it. They DO NOT follow iicrc protocol guidelines. Do not recommend. Use any other company- this one only views you as another number > a human being going through a crisis.
