The Auburn location has been down the last 2 times I have tried to visit. Called the store so that I dont waste the time or money just to find out the carwash is broken again (which wouldve been the 3rd time). What do you know, it is in fact down for the 3rd time today alone (per the representative I spoke with). I was told to go to Lincoln or Roseville to get my car washed, which defeats the purpose of calling in order not to waste my time, gas, or money.

Its run well attendants are extremely friendly its not what we are used to quality wise due to no drying attendants but not bad for a drive through.

Shane was super helpful and a joy to deal with...keep up the good work.

Lines can tend to be a little long but the staff is always nice. The machine has shut down a few times so they definitely need to do some repair or upgrades. The wash always looks good though! Vacuums could use a little more suction.

I went at the busiest time, lunch. Two long lines of cars to the street and I was in and out in maybe 15 minutes. I expected a long wait, but was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the staff got us in and out and my car looks beautiful again

I had a piece under my head light fall off a few days ago and wasn’t sure when or how. I called and left a message to check if it happen to fall off in the wash. I didn’t think I would get anywhere with it. Kasha called me back, she told me they had something close to what I was describing. It was there! I don’t blame them at all, things happen and Kasha was super helpful and professional. I like this place so much I have a membership I’m lucky to live close by. It’s refreshing to get such good customer service.

For a drive through and self service car wash, this place gives an excellent exterior wash. A lot of clean bays for vacuuming your vehicle. I like a clean car and I find the unlimited monthly options to be an excellent value.

As of late the lines have been out to the street. we have been using quick quack for over a year and have been very pleased until now.for some reason the traffic flow has slowed to a point where we are considering dropping the service.We are definitely not happy with the Auburn location.

Great car wash, clean and fast. Kids love the colored soap and lights. Wipes are nice to clean your dash too. Dont use the wipes on the windows though.

Always quick, fast and friendly. Wish the dryer was better. Ether slow down the coasting mechanics or up the dryer pressure.

On 5-24-19 6:53 pm, I visited the Auburn Quick Quack; my vehicle sustained SEVERE gouging, dents, and scratches totaling in over $1,500.00 in damage.The Manager, Crystal Holderbaum has implied the damage was done by me within a 3 minute window after exiting the wash and then returning to point out the damage. She has stated in writing that she does not believe the wash caused these scratches. Additionally, she has verbally stated this damaged was caused by metal and there are no metal parts in the car wash.You can clearly see by the damage in the photos, this was created by something mechanical and made of metal.Ive taken the high road to resolve this incident by being factual, honest, and patient. Ive filled out the necessary company incident report, visited 5 collision centers for quotes, and called the corporate office (only to be blown off by the Regional Manager whom still hasnt returned my call in over a week). Im now taking to Social Media to see if I can get traction here before taking any additional steps.I would like to point out that the two attendants on duty at the time of the incident were extremely polite and willing to assist me.Quick Quack and its management are NOT Honest, Accountable, or Respectful.UPDATE: as of today 7-10-19 and notably after I posted this review, Quick Quack has paid me out directly to cover the damages caused to my vehicle by the flex wrap inside the wash tunnel.

Wash is average. Price is a bit expensive for what your getting, its essentially a has station car wash with led lighting...for twice the price. Leaves streaks and misses debris consistently.

Love how clean my car is after its quick quack bath. Employees are always happy and friendly.

Pretty good car wash. My only complaint is that my rear spoiler doesnt get washed or rinsed well enough so i have to use a bottle of water and washcloth for drying once u get the soap rinsed off. I love having the monthly membership. For $30 we get unlimited washes monthly I love being to use the vacuum for free as well. Very convenient and very reasonably priced.

Quick quack offers a great service. The only thing that I would improve about the experience is adding an electronic express line for checking of recurring monthly customers.

I was bawling my eyes out in this Quick Quack car wash and one of the workers brought me a free rubber ducky. So, let alone their customer service is amazing.

Quick and excellent car wash for the price. If youre not satisfied theyll let you drive through 3-4 times until you are. Get the monthly package and it pays for itself with 2 car washes. The service is great too, Danny at the front kiosk is super helpful and friendly!

I travel to auburn about once a week, I have a member ship. But I won’t wash either of my vehicles any where else this is by far my favorite quick quak!! The manager Ashely goes above and beyond to make sure her crew is doing there job and that each and every customers is satisfied! She always has a smile on her face and is in a pleasant mood! Like all places they have there off days, but even on there off days, I let Ashely know and she made it right!! Definitely have recommended to friends and family and will continue to get my business!!!

Got the car clean, but the equipment is so strong it bent my front license plate and sucked plastic inserts out of the roof rack rails.

This location has good and friendly customer service, but each time I visit something doesnt work. Last three visits the tire shine didnt work. Lincoln and Rocklin locations are much better maintained.

I go with my sister to go wash her car! She always has to wash her car every other day and vacuum out her car.

They give out complimentary dash wipes when you visit. After your wash you go and vacuum out your car and they have air too for the hard to reach areas of your car.Auburn to me seems the most friendly and genuine. However, all locations do a good job.Remember to remove your antenna

I’ve been going there for years I try to go there three times a month. I pay $30 a month for unlimited car wash. Hours are from 8 to 7 so you should be able to find a time that suitable for you. My car looks great in that machine even armor all my tires.

This was my first time going there and would have gone back but the treatment for my tires through the automated service splashed onto bottom sides of car. Stains are still there after a week and I tried to get it off the same day.

I come here about once a week and I am on the unlimited good wash, number 3 because it does not include the tire shine as it turns my wheels black, i came in today and the guy put a number one on my windshield, i did not notice this until it was too late, so I came around and told him about it and he said all he can do is run it through again, that does not work, so i am cleaning the stuff off myself. Very upset at this time I will call and stop the unlimited and find another place to wash as this has happened here before.

It is a waste of money to go to this business. The last couple of times havent been to good. Today after I had my truck washed there I had to bring it home and redue the job. They only have one job, you would think they could do it right.

Its an OK wash, over priced in my opinion. Both vehicles frequently come out with soap still on them, but otherwise the rest of the vehicles are in pretty good shape.They really need to slow down the rinse and drying process to be more effective.

Quick Quack Con is more like it. I was charged 19.99 for an 8.99 car wash. When asked bout the charge, I was told that is was a recurring fee on my credit card for 30 days of car washes ??! I told the attendant that was only visiting and didn’t need or can use the unlimited package. They refused to refund my money and said that it was impossible to credit any money on their system ( apparently it’s a one way charge, no credit system) . They literally ran the charged as I was telling them I only want to do the 8.99 wash. I was also told to call the number on the wipes package in order to cancel because he was unable to do it — really??! Such a scam! Avoid this place based on ethics alone.Also, when asked to speak to the manager — I was told there was no one available and given a scribbled number to call that was NON-WORKING!

Came for just the car vacuum, ended up with an unnecessary car wash. Turns out when you pull into the vacuum spot, you have to get a car wash as well, with a smile, youre on camera signs. Dont come if youre only looking for a vaccum.

Pay for wheel wash, go home and wash them myself. If you want your car washed, go somewhere else!

Wow! Super experience at my Auburn Quick Quack this morning!! There were quite a few cars lined up but Charlie and the other employee really moved things quickly, and professionally. You dont find customer service like that very much anymore. I will be back very soon for a membership!

Its ok, but you still have to wipe dirt spots off after wash, and completely dry your car off because the air dryer doesnt do a very good job.

The dance-party inspired car wash is one of my favorite, ever. The first time I went through and saw the rainbow black-light glowing foam and light show, I knew no other car wash would ever be able to compete. Also love the easy to use vacuum systems including 3 different tools to get into all the different areas of the car. Recommend getting their monthly package if you go regularly as its a great deal.

They need to do something about their water. My car is not completely clean, and leaves lots of water spots.

I had never been here before so I was pleasantly surprised! The line moved fast and for the cheapest option my car was sparkling! Would have liked more direction since it was my first time there and didn’t know how the vacuuming worked.

Its ok. The spinners always mess up my mirrors, staff rarely sprays the back of my car, they have the vacuums on for every other one because of the virus but when I went to use one there was Zero suction. Try going to the one in Roseville instead I almost always have a great time and car wash there. Auburn seems to be over it in terms of trying to make money.

My wife LOOOOOOVES this place. Shed go everyday if she could. The kids love it too. But the free vacuum makes it worth it. Its a very reasonable price and the Monthly unlimited is the best deal around. Very friendly service too.

I was at one of the vacuum stations completing the detailing of my car when the sprinklers came on in the grassy area near Sierra Grills parking lot. This was Sunday 10/20 at 11:30AM. Within a very short time, the car was soaked as the wind was blowing the water in that direction. I went to the attendant and suggested she notify Management about re-timing them. First she said she WAS management and added she had no control over the sprinklers. Shouldnt a Manager have control of the entire business?Really stupid time for the sprinklers to come on, dont you think??

We used to be long time cruisers members, after the ownership changed we renewed 5 cars under the unlimited wash package ($39.99+$10.00 for each car) a month, But the price per car is going up ($15.00) per car as seen on the posters at the wash unfortunately. I don’t know if my account is being charged more now and i hope the price doesn’t go up again since we pay $100 a month to wash our cars already. It’s washes great and has great vacuums. Friendly and nice workers too.

At the time of writing this I have been on hold with the main customer service line for over 11minutes just waiting to talk to someone. It is currently 2pm in California.I saw that for Valentine’s day, There was a special $14.99 for unlimited car washes! My car was pretty dirty so I thought it would be better than paying $12 at my local Arco every week. Well I guess my little 2000 car just could not take the beating because apparently there is a plastic strip on top that got almost ripped off and my front license plate was hanging by one screw and bent drastically. To top it off, the right hand passenger door was STILL DIRTY.When I went to ask what could be done, I was told: (paraphrase) “Since its still dirty, you could go through again…and this (referring to the license plate) happens to a lot of cars and it is typical because it is an after market fixture.”Why would I go through again if it already damaged my car?!?! I had to suggest a potential fix of transferring it to someone else’s car who could take the beating of the wash.I finally was able to speak with someone on the 888 number and I opened the conversation up with the part about my car being damaged. I got what seemed like a genuine “Oh No!” but when I asked to transfer the membership, apparently all thoughts of my little car were forgotten. They did the transfer, but I am still dismayed at the customer service. Needless to say, after my 20 days I will be calling to cancel… PSA to all, if you want to cancel you must do it 10 Days BEFORE the 30 day trial period is over otherwise you WILL be charged.

As many here have mentioned, I been coming to cruisers for a long time and was always happy. The new equipment they are using definitely does not wash as well. Most the time I need to go through a second time. Today I went through twice and it was still not clean. I did get a refund which I will use to go to the coin operated car wash. Hopefully after reading the reviews they will continue to improve their system but as of now, not happening.

QQCW is a great company. Not to mention the intro pricing for new customers. The manager took time to talk with me and let me know a bit about the place .I have to say a very nice guy. The wash is fast and my truck comes out looking great. IMHO Chang is usually a good thing. In this case I believe it is the whats happening. I have a membership and the last 4 out of 6 times the car wash has been broken in the last 2 weeks.

Had the car washed. What a mess it was after my husband polished his car next to mine. Ugh.

The washes are expensive. I got the cheapest one ($8.99) and at least it did a good job. However, the FREE vacuums arent very powerful. They do have wide flat head vacuums and a narrow tipped vacuums though and a compressed air hose which helps.

These guys are probably the best in town much better and cheaper then the do-it-yourself ers or drive-through there both combined highly recommend
