Short and sweet.I usually go here fairly late, after work.I love their no-touch car wash!But the vacuum areas are always so jacked up. It looks like people are digging through the garbage and the vacuum collection boxes, as well.The latter will probably be a temporary situation, so this could be upgraded.

Best car wash I have ever gone to! They get super busy but the line goes fast and its so worth the wait!

Very nice and all but the machine kept taking all my money! I put in like $7 dollars and only got 2 $1 air fresheners! And no one on site or even a number to call.

OK automated car wash. Not as good as a thorough hand cleaning, but good enough to knock off every day road dirt. Convenient location in South Auburn, WA.

Seems to be open 24/7 as I see it busy in the wee hours of the morning or very late night.

I went through the touchless car wash 2 times and it still didnt clean my car. I guess you have to wash your car before you pay to not wash your car.

Literally my truck is just as dirty. NOTHING came offAnd its just dust. Waste of $12.

Great car wash. Always maintained and clean. The radio rule is kind of lame but I get it. Wish you can play music at a moderate volume but people always ruin it for everyone....

They charge the same as Brown Bear Wash where elephant car Wash actually dries your car off for you and is up to you to give them a tip

Im giving this place 5 stars because it looks to be a very good car wash. I didnt use it because my truck with a rack was a couple inches too tall to fit in the auto bay. The clearance is 7 feet so keep that in mind.

Touchless car wash is good. Only wish that the drying fans would move back and forth and not rely on the vehicle moving out of the stall.

This place is a dump. Trash is everywhere, the garbage cans are all knocked over. It’s a mess. I would not feel comfortable getting out of my car and self washing it here.

I cannot give this location a good review. I have used many locations of elephant car wash this location has really suffered and gone downhill. There is always garbage and trash everywhere trash cans overturned debris everywhere and the automatic car washes do not work properly I would hope you would be able to put some better processes in place with your people that work this location Maybe some training is dueFor the price that is charged and they keep going up I would expect that I would be able to get a professional looking car wash on my car

My car is black and needed a bath badly. It was cleaned very well!! I thought some of the mud was not coming off but it did!

To be honest, this is a great car wash and you get a ton of value for the price. However, their machines: the vacuum cleaners, washing stations, and bill to coin machines could all use a little maintenance to make the experience more streamlined. I really appreciate that they have a multitude of products to use on your car like RainX and Caranuba Wax. Their houses are very easy to use and they even offer an automated car wash if you prefer.

Today was the first time I used the “touchless” washing system at Elephant Car Wash on A Street in Auburn. My vehicle was no cleaner after the wash than before. This is my first, and last, experience with Elephant. I have used “touchless” car wash systems from other vendors and they are far superior. Buyer beware.

If I could give no stars I would. My car was so dirty after the wash that my friend didnt even realize I went to the car wash. This is the same at Auburn as Puyallup. Not worth the time or money.

I use the car wash frequently and there have been a few mechanical issues, but the owner was nice and let me go through the wash again when my car was still sudsy after the rinse didnt work well. Its a little hard to get in and out of the parking lot because its off a busy street but there is access from the back that makes it slightly easier.

Only because Im sure, theres always room to improve something...

No garbage and last time I washed my car the brush was broken. I just left when I found out there was no garbage because I honestly didnt know if the car wash even worked

In December I drove from Seattle to Yellowstone NP which made for an extremely dirty 4Runner. I stopped in Spokane and got a car wash for $12 (not an elephant car wash) and the SUV looked great. This month I drove from Seattle to Kalispell and back to Seattle which made the SUV dirty but not as bad as last month. Drove to the Auburn Elephant Car Wash and spent $15 for a car wash. I could have gotten more dirt off using a garden hose. Total waste of $15. Elephant Car Wash please reply back and let me know how I can get my money back cuz all you did was spray water on my car.

I was pretty happy with my wash. He lines were pretty well non existant since there are so many wash bays. On top of that the prices were good and the scrubbers got into places others have missed. There was sap on my window and it got most but not all and then didnt dry my car for some reason. I watched the car in front of me get a full high blower until dry and I got a few sec, it stopped and off I go :/. Otherwise I would have done a 5 star. So close yet!

Other than the ridiculous amount of trash scattered around the vaccumms/trash disposal its a great place to clean ur car lol

We used to love this car wash and always took our cars here. The last couple of months (July, August 2017) we have been very disappointed with the car wash!! We pay $15 for the full deal and we leave with our cars looking the same as when we went there to wash them... something has definitely changed, and not for the good!

Great except be super gentle with the hand brushes. They will damage your finish. Especially on older cars

Token machines were out of order, so I asked the attendant. He said he could get me tokens, I asked for $20 worth, he gave me $10 worth and tried to pocket my other $10

Indicator chimes not loud enough and always stops the water before youre ready....trash is always full as well. Rarely anyone working when I have visited.

Used to be well maintained machines, typically had an attendant on site. Elephant is one of the better self washes around, in my opinion, and this is one is going downhill fast.

Pulled in to wash my car. First stall didnt even register the 5 tokens I put in. Called number in machine and spoke to woman who wished me to come back another time when attendant was there to get tokens back .Stunt to second stall and put in remaining 7 tokens. Turned machine on and gave me over 10 minutes time...to do nothing. No water came out of the spraying gun. After many attempts to try and get some kind of cleaning going on, gave up and went to another car wash business down the street. Still not sure how or if Im going to get my $10 back .

Use to be a nice clean place to go to. Now its filled with drug addicts digging through garbage, garbage everywhere from them picking through whatever the hell you suck up with the vacuums. Their vacuumes leave your car smelling like puke. Their machines are never working due to the sum that cant give time to get a job but has plenty of time to break machines to get a quarter.They really should do something about all that.

Low water pressure for a dirty car, minimum 2 coins to start so dont let time run out if low on cash

This is a reliable car wash. Not cheap, not too high, no frills. There are 2 automatic car washes and several diy stalls plus several covered vacuums and trash cans. My only complaint is that it is either inconvenient to get to or leave, as you cannot turn left upon exiting or entering.

I use to come here all the time because it was the closest to my house and their machines worked the best. Now it is ran down by the thugs breaking in to and braking the machines for that prenny fix. Garbage everywhere from them picking through your trash. Dont go there at night by yourself

Its a good car wash, I like the touch less wash for black vehicles, does a decent job too.

Nice and clean, there is always an attendant working there and making sure the site is clean and running smoothly.

Its a brushless carwash. It does a pretty good job on the body but a terrible job on tires and wheels. Also it only does a so so job on the dry. For a quick wash it wotks.

The car wash is decent, but I have found that the vacuums are poorly maintained. On my visit, the equipment was malfunctioning and the hose had been ripped.

First time going to this car wash. Went through the touchless car wash (first bay) and it didn’t even get any of the back of the SUV. I went back immediately after I noticed this and the gentlemen working there let me go through the wash again, this time the third bay.

Ive never had a touchless carwash get my truck completely clean. But they get it cleaner than the other choices around here.

A bit pricey for the automatic carwash and it doesnt really clean your vehicle that well. What I like about this place is that its clean and not always crowded.

Everytime Ive been there it either hardly dispenses any soap and when it does it doesnt wash it off...Twice now when the blower says 20 something seconds left it turns off.

I. When using the self service bays, it takes a while from it to switch from water to soap.. And when it takes 20 seconds that matters when they charge so much. The touchless car wash doesnt do a good job of cleaning car either.
