Took a new to me car here before I brought it home to the family and they made it shine. On short notice they were able to get me on for a full interior and exterior detail including engine steam clean. The car turned out great and my wife was very happy.

I have worked here as a manager and am intimately experienced with their operation.They are largely hit but sometimes miss. They try their best to accommodate even the pickiest of customers. BUT... they will only run your car through once without an expensive membership, even if it is still dirty.Handwash and ultimate washes can be a looong wait time. They will both get extra attention, if requested, but expect a 45min+ wait time. And if you want shiny tires, make sure they have wiped all the shine chemical off before you drive away... (especially with knobby tires)

Family full service operation that specializes in customer service and competitive prices. In my experience, forget the corporate quick wash programs and join the good old fashioned hard working car wash model and take real care of your car or truck.

Paid for the full service detail that they offer and my car barely looked like it had been wiped out. Definitely did not detail or even try to make it look clean on the inside. So disappointed that I’m out $50 and now I have to clean it out myself. They are short staffed and very busy but that is no excuse for not completing the service purchased. I will not be returning, I am better off going to quick quack car wash and doing everything myself.

When I pulled up I asked if the works plus would remove water spots and I was assured it would. It took about 45 minutes, which is fine due to the high volume of cars there. What isn’t ok is that my car looked worse when I left than when I went in. There are more water spots and now has streaks like the wax was smeared on and not rubbed in. On top of that, the person doing the mats didn’t even take the time to put them back properly, just threw them in. I feel. Like $45 and a $5 tip is a complete rip off for this type of service. Too bad there are no other full service car washes in town. I guess I will be washing my own cars from now on.

I just went in for a detail of my car. Quoted $250 for inside and outside. Dropped it off around 9:30am, took an Uber home 30 miles or so ($40 with tip). Got a ride back down at 4:15pm after I had to call for an update. I arrived and paid my bill. Then went to take a look at my beautiful car. First off I should say the car was very clean inside and out with the exception of some bug casualties on the front. The interior was spotless minus some very faint spots on the drivers seat. We’re getting ready to sell the car so I went ahead with the detailing to get it perfect for the next owner. Anyway as soon as I came out the door I could tell that the car had not been washed let alone detailed. The bug guts, brake pad dust and road grime were still all over the car. On the interior only the front seats were cleaned. The rear seat were not cleaned. there was a dried coffee drip still on the center console and they had wiped their Armor All all over the dash and onto the screen of the radio and not cleaned it up. The windshield glass likewise had that goop on it then they had made a half hearted effort in cleaning it up make smeared circles. The drivers door glass has a big hand print and several finger prints too. They agreed that the exterior had been overlooked somehow and said they could knock off $40. I told them that that would not work. Then after calling the “detail manager” they said that they would only charge me for the interior detail $159.99. I was still unhappy so they knocked off another $10. I had taken day off work, paid for a ride home got another ride back and now it was approaching 5:00pm. I had spent enough time there so I just called it an expensive lesson learned. Consumer beware.

Seriously bad. Do not recommend. In some places the car came back dirtier than before.Paid for the most expensive VIP all-in service including a wash, wax, interior cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, etc) and wheel cleaning done by hand.After 45 minutes, the car came back with the most mediocre clean I have ever seen. Could have done it myself with a sponge and 5 minutes of effort. There interior cleaning was spotty at best. Some spots were clean while others were still covered in dust, apparently at random. The ashtray and front console were not touched. There were still random bits of dirt and debris on the carpet that were missed while vacuuming.The exterior of the car came back worse than when I gave it to them! There was some sort of sticky wax on the inside of the window, streaks of soap and/or wax all over the outside of the car, and the wheels hadnt been touched. We had a bit of decorative window paint on the outside leftover from an event which wasnt fully removed- there were still random spots of it left behind.

Outside cleaning, beautiful!! But...they dont do a good job cleaning inside.and I paid for the best!

They did a great job on the car, however they took care of two cars first that came after us. My husband was not happy.

Took my car to Auburn Car Care for a poly sealant application, paid for the clay bar treatment and a wash as well, do to the fact that a car needs to be clean in order to seal (one would think that at least the wash would be included in the sealant cost).When they were done with the car, there were swirl marks all over, globs of wax in all crevices, on my mirror and on the windows. Not to mention the clay bar treatment I paid for... a clay bar would remove tree sap and bugs, but no, theyre now sealed onto my car. $150 wasted for me to have to take the car somewhere else and have it done properly. Luckily I got home to wipe the globs of sealant off before it dried. Overall, I couldve done a better job myself in about the same amount of time, but wanting my new car to look its best, I paid to have it done poorly. Never going back.

Totally dissapoint... i pay 26 dollars for a wheel drive.. when they told me ur car ready yeah.. this is ready???? I told the boy there how is possible is ready... he answer is well u need to buy the VIP wash... really... i show the cashier lady and she said the package say is dust... means??? Wet dust or dry dust... because even is a dry dust.. u past the hands and the dust still come out... even i pay the fell amount not even offer me any sorry or discount... never ever come back and dont recommend..

Seemed like the inmates were running the asylum. Loud arguing with profanity within earshot of customers. Missed a lot of places when washing my vehicle then tried to upsell me for water spots on my rims. You noticed that but not the still dirty places on my vehicle?

Last time I am coming here. This is the second time I have brought my car in and watched as several cars that came after me leave before me. Sat here for 40minutes before my car went through the wash and no one was waiting in line when I got here. I like to support local companies... but this one is off of my go to list now. Bummer. Guess I need to move my business to the chain car wash 30 seconds away.

I dont know about you all but it seems service is a thing of the past. I got to say the hole team at Auburn car wash were vary polite and did an outstanding job on my truck. After I left I went to the gas station to fill up my truck for some weekend fun and I receive 2 compliments on how nice my truck look. Thanks guy and grils I will be coming back.

The employees are very helpful and friendly. The only thing you might want to keep an eye on is the towels used to dry your vehicle . Im positive there was Armor All on a towel used to dry mine and Im still trying to get it off of the paint.

Didnt wipe inside edge of wheel wells. Didnt wipe edge of bumpers, didnt wipe edge of wheels, didnt wipe edges of running boards looked like they only did a once over without caring. Had to actually point out places missed on body that were pretty obvious to anyone.

Friendly, and fast service, they always meet my needs at a fair price. This place invests in their employees and customers. Locally owned and family ran. Love it. They go above and beyond. Highly recommend this place.

Every time I bring my car here for the basic it looks like its been detailed. They do such a good job on all the little details that the car feels brand new when you get it back. Plus theyre super friendly and have a comfy place to hang out. They also do windshield repair and replace.

I recieved a flyer on my windshield at work advertising a carwash and towel dry for $5.99. Super difficult to believe, right? Well, come to find out that ACC has way more than that. Car wash of every level. Detailing, tire care, windshield repair and the most powerful vacuums Ive ever used, included with the carwash, free. Honestly, Ive paid more for the vacuums at other car washes...

It is so awesome to be able to get a full service wash. I hate having to clean the inside of my windows. My car was spotless after I had it washed here.

It was obvious that the inside of the car was still not clean yet they gave it back to us that way. For the time that we waited it should have been clean.

The employees are hard workers. Love watching them hustle out there to get my car clean and returned in a reasonable amount of time. Nice work!

Be prepared for a long wait. This place is so packed full of customers that it slows down the process. I bring my car in weekly which speeds up the process always going for the VIP. The employees really care about the customers, and put a lot of effort into cleaning your car despite working long hours under the hot sun. They try hard to leave you smiling and satisfied with your visit. Although it is about a 45 min to hour wait. They provide comfortable seating, television, magazines, cards, and coffee. The staff tries to be accommodating even when they have a constant flow of customers.

For $40.00 I expect car mats cleaned and door jams cleaned.

Tried them today because I’m selling my car and was disappointed. Paid for the VIP full service ($40) and it looked about as good as if I took it to a $10 car wash and did it myself. Dashboard was supposed to be wiped down but was still covered in hair from my dog, and there was dirt in the console; so I still have to do cleaning myself. Basically you’re paying for 45 minutes of labor and to run it through an automatic car wash.

Better than most w/attention to detail. Wait inside in the cool, theyll come and get you inside. They do full detailing. I have not tried that service.My car was B.A.D. : Dogs, cats and kids.

I had the interior shampooed and exterior color buffed on my 2004 Subaru. It looks better than showroom! The headlights came out so crystal clear, its crazy. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

They could do a little better job in some areas, mainly the windows but overall they do a great job and depending on number of vehicles ahead of mine they get it done. I dont want them to hurry and miss anything, so if it takes a little longer than normal I do understand. If I didnt I would just do the wash myself. Great customer service minded family business.Thank you

I use to go there all the time same car for the last 10 years.Until the the last time they tried to charge me additional 5.00 because i drive an SUV. I did not allow that and will return. We did allow them to charge us for our F250, however a competitor in Rocklin did not charge the extra fee.

Washes are good but detailing isn’t as good. Lost of debris and dirt left for vip choice

Friendly people, decent prices but their service is the slowest I’ve ever seen for a full service wash. Plan on spending at least an hour waiting for your vehicle- even during the slowest of times.

These guys do a great job and are very friendly. No scratches, dings or nicks so those who consider their car their baby will be just fine.

Good service...need to change their towels more frequently, though.

Went in for car wash and didnt know i had mineral stains, Katie went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied with the service. Overall friendly service and a better alternative to the drive thru car wash.

I moved here a little over a year ago I had my favorite place to wash my car in Burlingame California I’ve been going to them for years and years and years. I would even make the long drive just to go there to get my car washed.I decided to try Auburn car care for my first time they definitely did not disappoint first I met Erica she was Bubbley, friendly, and had a awesome work ethic.My car needed a lot of work from sitting under a tree that dripped sap all over my car. They did a wonderful job the car looked as if it just came off of a car lot.It was a great experience not only the atmosphere as I was waiting talking to other customers and watching the employees interact with the customers and each other. They were so very dedicated and hard-working.I am super excited that I found my new favorite place to take my car to get all its future carwashes, waxing, vacuuming while I socialize and relax in a very nice atmosphere.Thank you Auburn car care employees!!!
